106 Lei Luoyang
“As long as you wish for it, then the Lei Clan will become history.”
Jiang Ming’s mental transmission to Yuan Chunhua had shocked her deeply.
After seeing the drastic change in Jiang Ming, she no longer doubted his words one bit.
If he dared to utter it, then it must mean that Jiang Ming was truly confident in doing so.
Flashing a gentle smile, Yuan Chunhua shook her head.
“Not yet, Jiang Ming. The Lei Clan is still useful for our investigation, so let’s not take things too far.” She replied in mental transmission.
Jiang Ming shrugged his shoulders. “Suit yourself then. Just let me know when to make a move.”
With that said, Jiang Ming calmly looked for a comfortable chair to sit on, acting like he was in his own house.
Of course, Lei Hou held a fierce glint at Jiang Ming when he noticed his movement..
However, other than showing a slim amount of killing intent, he had stayed put in his position.
His grandfather had already warned him to not make any irrational action and already apologized on his behalf. Thus, he wasn’t going to create more trouble for his grandfather as he snorted coldly and sat back down.
“Haha, youngsters these days are really hard to behave properly. I beg that Instructor Yuan Chunhua can forgive my grandson.” Lei Luoyang gave out a small laugh as he cupped his fist.
Yuan Chunhua shook her head.
“Taking into account that his elder brother is being detained, I can understand his emotion. So Patriarch Lei Luoyang does not need to worry much.” She said calmly.
After that, she made an eye signal to Qizhi Shun, indicating for them to retreat a few steps back.
Since her goal was not to directly eliminate the Lei Clan, she needed to give them some leeway. Otherwise, it might escalate into an all-out fight in the capital area which would result in numerous casualties.
Lei Luoyang was also shrewd enough to know that starting an all-out fight would be disadvantageous for his clan.
Hence, he nodded his head and kept calm.
“Please have a seat, Instructor Yuan Chunhua. It must have been exhausting to come all the way here in the morning.” Lei Luoyang said as he pointed at one of the main chairs meant for their elders and higher-ups.
Yuan Chunhua nodded her head with a light smile. She proceeded to take the chair next to Jiang Ming, ignoring Lei Luoyang’s recommendation.
There wasn’t a need for her to be overly polite and accept whatever Lei Luoyang recommended. She would much rather sit next to Jiang Ming than any of the members of the Lei Clan.
Lei Luoyang twitched his brows slightly when he saw her action.
‘This feisty little girl… if it weren’t for the Golden Medal Token in your hand, then I wouldn’t even bother showing up.’ He sneered inwardly.
Meanwhile, Jiang Ming gave Yuan Chunhua a thumbs up.
“You have earned my respect, Instructor Yuan Chunhua.” Jiang Ming said cheekily.
“Didn’t I have your respect from a long time ago?” Yuan Chunhua said in confusion, rendering Jiang Ming speechless.
Seeing him being stumped, Yuan Chunhua giggled softly before returning to her cold and cool complexion.
“Anyway, I came to the Lei Clan today to ask a few questions, Patriarch Lei Luoyang.” Yuan Chunhua said solemnly.
“I hope that Patraitch Lei Luoyang will answer my questions truthfully. Otherwise, I’m afraid the matter will be blown up even more than the farce made by your eldest grandson, Lei Zichen.” She warned.
“Don’t bring my elder brother’s name up!” Lei Huo suddenly slammed the mini-table with his palm and shouted. “My elder brother was schemed against and was framed for his crime.”
“Heh, he was framed? If he was framed, then everyone in the scene must have been guilty of falsifying evidence.” Jiang Ming snorted coldly.
He then glared at Lei Huo with a menacing look.
“Piss off before I throw you out the window. Adults are speaking now, so little kids should keep their mouths shut and pretend to be invisible.”
“You-“
“Don’t point your shitty finger at me, Lei Huo if that’s even your name. Actually, I don’t give a damn if it’s your name, but I can bring you to the same place where your elder brother is currently living.”
Lei Huo’s eyes had turned bloodshot at the consistent insults thrown at him by Jiang Ming.
He felt every part of his organs boiling hard as he couldn’t suppress his anger any further. That person was the one who had caused his elder brother to be detained by the Imperial Soldiers and Guards.
How could he remain still when that same person is barging into their house and humiliating them?
Thus, with some circulation of spiritual qi in his core, Lei Huo’s eyes flared up as he propelled himself toward Jiang Ming.
‘Jackpot!’ Jiang Ming exclaimed inwardly as he watched the idiot Lei Huo launch a surprise attack on him.
Secretly, Jiang Ming snapped his finger to cast out his Moonstow Flame, ready to burn Lei Huo into a crisp for making the first move.
However, before he could even launch his Moonstow Flame, Lei Huo was suddenly pulled back forcefully by an unknown force.
BAM!
Lei Huo crashed backward, destroying a few pieces of furniture in the meantime as he coughed up a mouthful of blood.
Jiang Ming clicked his tongue at this outcome with his eyes staring deeply at Lei Luoyang.
‘What a damn crafty old man. You are willing to harm your own grandson to such a degree to prevent the situation from escalating.’
Others might not have caught on to what the unknown force was, but Jiang Ming was different.
As an experienced cultivator in the game, he only needed a glance to determine what kind of technique Lei Luoyang was using.
“Nova force… to think Patriarch Lei Luoyang had mastered a technique at this rank is truly impressive.” Jiang Ming clapped his hand.
Lei Luoyang squinted his eyes when his technique was called out by him. ‘This brat is not simple.’
