At the shop, the shelves were filled with all things related to Demon Beasts. Voices mingled together, and among them were even some notable nobles. Thor could sense several formidable presences, clearly indicating their arrival in the Divine Domain. As Thor's gaze inadvertently swept over, those figures nodded slightly toward him. Thor also responded with a nod before refocusing his attention on the shop.

At that moment.

A noble had obviously already settled the price with the shop.

In the end, one and a half million Gold Coins secured the purchase of a somewhat malnourished Earth Bear.

One and a half million Gold Coins, an undeniably large amount in the Three Northern Countries, but in Walt City, it seemed almost insignificant.

The crowd's attention quickly shifted to new items.

Thor glanced around.

Soon, he arrived at a place where Demon Beast Eggs were located.

This area was different from others.

The number of people gathered seemed larger.

Among them, quite a few seemed hesitant.

"Does the gentleman need a Demon Beast Egg?"

"We have produced High-Level Magical Beast Eggs here."

An attendant quickly stepped up, speaking with a humble tone.

"High-Level Magical Beast Eggs?"

Thor's eyebrows raised inadvertently, somewhat surprised.

"Yes, someone merely spent a hundred Gold Coins to buy a Sky Spirit Dragon egg. You know, even the lowest-tier Sky Spirit Dragon can reach Tier Four, which is definitely a great deal."

"And it was just yesterday."

The attendant said excitedly.

"Hehe, your shop is good at fooling people. Why don't you mention that master Tabang Max spent over several hundred thousand Gold Coins here, enough to buy a complete Sky Spirit Dragon?"

But as the attendant enthusiastically introduced the eggs, a snickering voice interrupted.

Thor looked over instinctively and immediately saw a middle-aged man with blonde hair.

"Master Chiz Rous, you shouldn't say that. Although Master Tabang Max spent hundreds of thousands of Gold Coins here, he did buy the Sky Spirit Dragon egg for only a hundred Gold Coins. If he's lucky, perhaps he'll only need that hundred Gold Coins."

A figure stepped out, a woman clad in fiery red armor, her words accompanied by a gentle smile aimed at Thor.

The blonde man heard the words from the fiery woman, mouthed something but did not continue.

Listening to their conversation, Thor gradually understood what was happening.

The Demon Beast Eggs here were likely akin to gambling stones in his past life.

What good things one might buy entirely depend on one's insight.

The possibility of loss or profit exists.

But most likely, it's a loss.

After all, sellers are unlikely to offer high-quality products.

Thor didn't believe the shop owner didn't know what was inside the eggs.

The only difference is a matter of proportions.

Once intoxicated by it, you're likely to lose your pants.

Just like the earlier Master Tabang Max.

Moreover, Thor believed there were more unfortunate people than Master Tabang Max.

What surprised Thor was that here in Walt City, people dared to play like this.

This wasn't on the continent, nor within the Kingdom or Empire.

When pushed to desperation, no one knows what someone might do.

This is no joke.

This is an Extraordinary World; if I can't beat you, can't I at least destroy you physically?

Especially in this Exotic World where there are many methods.

Of course, albeit surprised, Thor soon composed himself.

These were not things he needed to worry about.

His gaze quickly fixed on the Demon Beast Egg he desired.

"Are all the Demon Beast Eggs here one hundred Gold Coins apiece?"

Thor spoke, his gaze directed at the woman in fiery red armor.

"This one is a hundred Gold Coins!"

"This one is a thousand Gold Coins!"

"And this one is ten thousand Gold Coins."

"The more expensive, the higher the probability of finding a High-Level Magical Beast Egg."

The gentle voice spoke, and the fiery red armored woman's eyes brightened as she looked at Thor and smiled.

"Understood!"

"I'll take this one!"

Thor nodded and indicated the one he had been paying attention to.

"Ten thousand Gold Coins!"

"Sir, are you sure?"

The fiery woman raised her eyebrows, looking at Thor with a hint of surprise.

"I'm sure!"

Thor nodded.

Then a Knight stepped forward to pay the Gold Coins.

The fiery woman hesitated slightly, but still handed the Demon Beast Egg over to Thor.

"Thank you!"

Thor smiled.

He roughly understood her gaze, knowing she probably knew about this egg.

But it didn't matter to him.

For most, this egg was a dead one.

Unless the Elf Queen could be found to nourish it with the Life Law, it was practically impossible.

Yet, if one could part from the Elf Queen, the egg seemed to lose its significance.

Only Thor, having comprehended the Life Law and possibly condensing the Life Rule, could hatch the Demon Beast Egg.

Thor departed.

The fiery armored woman returned to a room.

Inside the room.

An elderly hunched figure looked over.

"Catherine."

"What's wrong?"

The elderly person spoke with curiosity.

"Grandfather, the Earth Spirit Dragon egg has been bought by someone."

The fiery armored woman spoke, her expression carrying a hint of gravity.
