Falling For My Alpha Stepsister (GL)

Chapter 209: Missing Lucy May

April rested against her Alpha’s body, breathing heavily as she tried to catch her breath. One of her hands had already been freed from the bondage, and she lazily rested it against Angel’s chest, feeling the steady rise and fall beneath her palm.

"Fucking hell, Papi, you are still mad and crazy. A full danger zone..." April sneered, biting her wife’s boob before playfully hitting her other boob.

Angel looked down at her with a satisfied grin, still trying to catch her breath after everything they had just done.

"And I still can’t believe you are all still in one piece... I expected you to be broken like a doll..." Angel said, shaking her head in disbelief.

April burst into giggles, clearly pleased with herself.

"What doesn’t kill me makes me stronger and better, and you really did make up for all the months we missed..." she replied, resting her head against Angel again.

"Yeah, I’m still the devil. I finally tasted what Baby Lulu loves the most. It’s not even from the bottle but the fucking tap... delicious..." Angel said with a wicked grin.

"Awww, you sick bitch... Lulu is not going to be happy..." April giggled, shaking her head at her wife’s ridiculous comment.

Angel laughed, but her attention soon drifted towards the quiet bedroom. Without their daughter around, the house felt strangely empty, and she found herself wondering what Lulu was doing at Grandma Lucinda’s mansion.

"I really wonder what would happen if Grandma Lucinda gave her a bubble bath, massaged her hair, and sang her a lullaby..." Angel said, her mind already occupied with thoughts of their little girl.

April smiled at the thought, imagining their daughter enjoying all the attention from her grandmother.

"She likes eating while sleeping. I’m sure she is going to be sucking her finger, trying to sleep..."

Angel sighed, turning her head towards the bedroom door as though she expected to hear their daughter’s familiar cries through the baby monitor.

"This house is quiet... I miss hearing her voice through the monitor. I wonder if she really is missing us."

"Do you miss her?" April asked, lifting her head to look at her wife.

"Yes, I do. I want my, my little baby..." Angel groaned sadly, her expression changing as she imagined Lulu’s tiny face. She glanced at the clock beside the bed, and her eyes widened when she saw the time. "It’s 3:15. That is less than three hours before 6 a.m...."

April followed her gaze towards the clock, then looked back at her wife. She knew Angel had been looking forward to their night together, but judging by the way she kept thinking about their daughter, it was becoming increasingly difficult for her to enjoy their time apart.

"I don’t think I can sleep without seeing my little Angel... Papi, can we just...?"

"Yes, let’s go get our baby girl..."

Neither woman needed to say anything else. They got out of bed, gathered their clothes, and dressed quickly before leaving the bedroom. Within no time, they were inside the Jeep, driving towards the Del Rosario mansion to pick up their daughter.

After several rings of the doorbell, one of the mansion’s workers finally came to answer the door. She had been wondering who could possibly be visiting at such an early hour, although there was also a chance that it was Young Master Priesto returning home late again.

However, the moment she opened the door, she was surprised to find Angel standing there with her wife, April.

"Young Master and Madam, what are you two doing here so early in the morning?" the maid asked, looking between them in confusion.

Angel and April greeted her before walking past her and entering the mansion. Neither woman seemed particularly concerned about how unusual their visit might appear, especially considering the time. They had one thing on their minds, and that was their little girl.

"Hello, Bella. We are just here for our daughter..." April explained with a smile, glancing around the living room as though she expected Lucy May to come crawling towards them at any moment.

"I’m heading to the nursery. When Grandma Lucinda wakes up in the morning, inform her that we have picked her up," Angel announced, already making her way towards the staircase.

"Young Master, the little master is not in her room..." the maid called out, causing Angel to stop halfway.

April’s smile disappeared immediately, and she turned towards Bella with a worried expression.

"Where is my baby? Don’t tell me that Priesto has taken my child to his restaurant..." she asked, already imagining the worst possible scenario.

"No, Madam. Madam Lucinda did not even let him come close to her. The little master was playing in Madam Lucinda’s room before she eventually fell asleep on their bed," the maid explained.

April finally breathed a sigh of relief. At least Priesto had not taken their daughter anywhere, which meant he was not about to receive the beating she had been preparing to give him.

"Okay, we will just sleep in our room until morning..." April decided, turning towards her wife.

Angel, on the other hand, seemed perfectly comfortable with the idea of sneaking into her grandmother’s bedroom and carrying her daughter away without anyone noticing. After all, she was already there, and it would only take a few minutes to retrieve her precious little Alpha.

Unfortunately for her, April knew that look all too well.

"Angel, don’t you dare! Let’s just sleep in your room and wait for everyone to wake up..." April warned, narrowing her eyes at her wife.

"I wasn’t going to do anything..." Angel replied innocently, pretending she had no idea what April was talking about.

April gave her a doubtful look, but before she could say anything else, they noticed someone sitting on one of the couches in the living room.

It was Priesto.

The young man sat there with his shoulders slumped, looking as though he had not slept for days. His expression was so miserable that anyone who saw him might have assumed he had just suffered some terrible loss.

Angel walked over to him, tapping him on the shoulder.

"Why are you not in your room, Priesto?" she asked, staring at him in confusion.

Priesto slowly raised his head, looking at Angel with the sort of sadness that made it seem as though the world had personally betrayed him.

"I can’t believe Mommy lets a stranger sleep in her room. I can’t remember the last time she allowed me to sleep in her room..." he mumbled.

Angel and April exchanged a look before turning their attention back to the grown man sitting on the couch.

They could hardly believe what they were hearing. As grown as Priesto was, he was genuinely jealous of a little baby who had done nothing more than fall asleep beside her great-grandmother. Apparently, the fact that his mother had allowed Lucy May to sleep in her room was enough to ruin his entire night.

Neither woman bothered to comfort him.

Angel and April simply left the miserable mommy’s boy sitting on the couch and headed upstairs to the room reserved for them. They had already spent enough time away from their daughter, and although they were eager to see her, they decided to wait until morning rather than risk waking everyone up.

When morning finally came, Grandma Paula opened the door to her bedroom, only to find Angel standing right outside.

She had barely stepped aside when Angel hurried past her and rushed into the room.

Without waiting for her grandmother to ask why she was there so early, Angel went straight to the bed, where her little daughter was still sleeping peacefully.
