Turning toward Lucy, she said firmly, "Lucy-san, it's okay even if you're Happy!"

"That's right!"

Lucy reached into the backpack Happy always carried and pulled out a frozen fish from X782.

Now wearing Happy's body, she faced Sai and Gennai with a completely serious expression while her mind raced through the options available to her.

'At least Happy is incredibly fast. If I only use his Wings, my Magic Power should last for a long time. I can harass them and buy time, especially since Wendy already enhanced everyone's speed.'

Gennai tried several times to trap the pair with Smoke Transmutation, but the speed of the girl and cat exceeded anything he had anticipated.

"So fast! Even my smoke can't catch them...!"

Wendy and Lucy seemed to appear and disappear at will.

One moment there was nothing above them, and the next a blue cat was hovering overhead before bringing a frozen fish down with a vicious smack and immediately darting away again.

Gennai finally began jumping up and down in fury.

"Damn it! Turn her back already!"

For the first time, Sai openly refused one of Gennai's orders.

"What difference would that make?! We couldn't beat her before either, Gennai-san!"

"Exactly! Speed MAX!"

Lucy swooped in with a frozen fish in each paw and hammered both straight onto Gennai's head.

"TURN HER BACK ANYWAY!"

"I told you I can't! Are you stupid or do you just not understand words?!"

Lucy actually paused for half a second.

"Is this the first time I've seen the enemy start arguing with each other in the middle of a fight?"

Wendy did not waste the opportunity their infighting had created.

She brought her hands together as Dragon Slayer Magic surged around her.

"Dragon Slayer Secret Art: Shattering Light: Sky Drill!"

A horizontal blue tornado exploded forward and swallowed Sai and Gennai whole.

The raging winds were like countless blades, cutting relentlessly into their bodies from every direction.

By the time the vortex finally dispersed, Sai and Gennai could no longer hold themselves together.

Their bodies shattered apart.

Chunks of clay and broken mechanical components scattered across the ground.

With Sai destroyed, Weakness Bond immediately came undone.

Lucy and Happy returned to their original bodies.

Lucy wiped away nonexistent sweat from her forehead and let out a deeply relieved breath.

"Happy absolutely cannot find out that I think he's the weakest person I know... If he does, he'll never stop roasting me about it."

Wendy clenched one small fist and nodded solemnly.
