Chapter 3575 A Ridiculous Technique

Chapter 3575 A Ridiculous Technique

Alex left with the Sky God and Bladedance, walking over to the large hall from before once again. They quickly sat down, and the Sky God began the conversation by speaking of Alex's score once again.

"Have you heard of anyone else to have possibly had this high a talent?" she asked. "I'm curious how many talented folks you didn't get to test."

"I can't say much from the human world. He is certainly the most talented of the people that I have met," she said. "That being said, there is an entirely different group—no, in fact two entirely different groups that we know nothing about. It is possible that the beasts or the demons may have some talent in their groups as well. I hear the progenitors of the heavenly beasts were quite talented in their own way."

Bladedance narrowed her eyes, slowly nodding, but a second later, she shook her head. "No, I don't believe there is anyone else that is as talented as my disciple. I have reasons to believe that, which I don't want to get into right now."

The Sky God seemed surprised to hear that. There weren't many things that Bladedance knew that the Sky God didn't, so whatever Bladedance knew, it had to be extremely important.

Alex had a guess as to what Bladedance was referring to. Pearl had only gotten a score of 91, and that was despite having the exact same bloodline as the progenitor. In fact, he had an entirely different bloodline too, so the chances of the progenitors being higher than him were quite rare. Even if they were, it couldn't be so much that they could reach Alex's score.

"Well, enough of that," the Sky God said. "If we continue talking about the score, we'll be here for ages. Considering your disciple has now rejected my offer twice, the score sadly has nothing to do with me."

Bladedance shrugged. What else could she do but quietly nod?

"Now then, let's talk about your daughter," the Sky God said. "I have heard some interesting things from your daughter. Is it true what you've told her?"

"I have not lied, but I can understand why you would think that I have," Alex said. "It does sound quite impossible for something like that to be true."

"It most certainly does," Newheaven said. "And yet you've claimed it, and I assume that you have proof you can provide?"

Alex shook his head. "The most proof I can provide will be my words, as well as my master's vouch for my claims."

Bladedance watched the two converse quite cryptically and struggled to follow along with what was happening.

"What exactly are you talking about?" she asked. "I can't vouch for anything if I don't know what is being discussed."

Newheaven turned toward Bladedance. "This young man here has brought up the, frankly, ridiculous idea of someone being able to form more than one type of Origins."

"Oh," Bladedance said, her expression turning to one of understanding. "That makes sense. He does have them."

Newheaven raised her brows. "So you have seen this to be true?"

"I have," Bladedance said. "And I concur with your belief. It is a ridiculous technique. And it's even more ridiculous that he is the one that made it work."

Newheaven's eyes narrowed in curiosity. "What do you mean by that?"

Bladedance hesitated, turning toward Alex, looking for his approval to explain.

"The technique I have does not exist anywhere else," Alex said. "And that is because I made it myself."

"What?" Newheaven nearly sat up out of her seat. "You're lying."

"I'm not," Alex said. "Although, I did use two previously existing techniques to make the second one, so I cannot claim that I came up with this technique independently."

Newheaven seemed rattled by the information. "Okay, just so I am on the same page as you, you are claiming that you have a technique that can allow one to have multiple creations, each of a different type. Not copies of each other, but entirely different. Because if you're claiming them to be copies of each other, such a technique already exists and is currently being used by someone else."

Alex seemed rather curious to hear about that. "May I ask who it is that is using it?"

"I do not wish to reveal their name to you because it is their secret to share," Newheaven said.

Alex nodded in understanding. "Is it the Saber God?"

Newheaven paused, her eyes narrowing. "How did you know?"

Alex smiled. He had guessed correctly. "The technique I based mine on comes from one of the previous Saber Gods. More accurately, it comes from a Reverend under the previous Saber God, who I know for a fact is also part of the Slayers."

Newheaven rubbed her forehead at what she was told.

"You're right. The previous Saber God did use multiple creations. But they weren't different. And you say that yours is different?" Newheaven asked.

Alex nodded. "My technique allows a person to have multiple unique creations."

"How many in total?" Newheaven seemed extremely curious.

"A factor of 2," Alex said. "So either 2, 4, 8, and so on. But in all likelihood, a person is going to stop after 2, and maybe continue to 4 if they are strong enough."

"Why is that?" Newheaven asked.

"Because having to split one's soul into multiple pieces is not an easy feat at all. The mental pain that comes with it just amplifies the more divisions you make. So most people will stick to 2, and probably a few will go to 4."

Newheaven nodded slowly in understanding. "Do you have 4?"

"I do have 4 different creations," Alex said without missing a beat. Hopefully, the Sky God wasn't trying to figure out if he was telling the truth or not at that point. Even if she was, it was true that he did have 4 creations.

It just wasn't all of them.

Newheaven didn't need to know that though, so Alex was happy to let her think that he only had 4 creations in total.
