Chapter 1108:- Mark of A True King
Chapter 1108: Chapter 1108:- Mark of A True King
At that moment, Wahid’s two wives arrived while carrying Wahid’s unconscious body between them. Wahid remained in a vegetative state and could not react to anything happening around him. His eyes were open, but there was no awareness in them. He could not speak, move, or even show any emotion.
Aditya immediately stood up from his chair. The two women carefully brought Wahid forward before placing him on the wooden chair that Aditya had been sitting on. They remained close to him, their expressions filled with pain and anger as they looked at Victor.
"Hahahahaha...!!! Look at this bastard."
Realising that he could no longer do anything to change his own fate, Victor decided to mock Wahid instead.
He wanted to provoke Aditya. Even if he could not escape or fight back, he did not want Aditya to get the satisfaction of seeing him completely broken. He wanted to insult Aditya’s uncle and make Aditya angry.
However, Aditya had other plans.
Before Victor could say anything else, Aditya suddenly moved at lightning speed. He forcefully grabbed Victor and opened his mouth. Victor tried to resist, but without his arms and cultivation, he had no strength left to stop him.
Aditya used one of his legs to press Victor’s face against the ground. At the same time, he used his other hand to make sure that Victor’s mouth remained open. Victor’s eyes widened in fear as he realised that Aditya was not simply trying to silence him.
Using his left hand, Aditya reached inside Victor’s mouth and grabbed his tongue.
Everyone watching was shocked by the scene. Even Boris and Malakor Harrington did not expect Aditya to react in such a way.
Under the terrified gazes of everyone present, Aditya forcefully ripped Victor’s tongue out. Blood immediately flowed from Victor’s mouth as his entire body shook violently from the pain.
The students who had surrendered and the ones who were still conscious but paralysed could only watch with pale faces. None of them had the strength or courage to look away.
Victor let out a bone-chilling, muffled scream as he rolled across the ground. Without his arms, without his cultivation, and now without his tongue, he looked completely helpless. His body twisted in pain while blood continued flowing from his mouth, but there was nothing he could do except suffer.
Aditya looked down at him with cold eyes before speaking in a calm voice. "Now talk...!!!"
Those two words alone sent chills down the spines of the students who were still awake. They understood what Aditya meant. Victor had mocked Wahid because he believed that Wahid could not react or defend himself. Now that Victor had lost his tongue, he could no longer say another word.
At the same time, Wahid slowly opened his eyes. It took him a few seconds to understand what was happening around him. His gaze moved slowly across the burning Core Court before finally stopping on Victor, who was rolling on the ground in a miserable state.
When Wahid saw the condition Victor had been reduced to, a very small and almost unnoticeable smile appeared on his face. It was not a proud smile, nor was it a happy one. It was simply the faint reaction of someone who had suffered for a long time and was finally seeing the person responsible for that suffering receive punishment.
Victor noticed that small smile. The moment his eyes met Wahid’s, rage filled his heart once again. He wanted to insult him. He wanted to mock him one final time. He wanted to say something cruel just to make Aditya and Wahid angry.
However, he could not. Without his tongue, Victor could only let out a muffled and angry roar.
Blood continued flowing from his mouth as he glared at Wahid with hatred, but no words came out. The man who had once mocked others so freely had now been reduced to someone who could not even insult the person lying in front of him.
"Now that everything is over, give the antidote to all the survivors." It was unfortunate that thousands of lower-order students had already died. The poison, the explosions, and Victor’s uncontrollable killing intent had taken too many lives. However, there were still many students who were barely holding on, and Aditya had no intention of letting them die if they could still be saved.
At his words, three of his subordinates who were carrying the antidote immediately moved. One remained in the Core Court, while the other two quickly left for the Inner Court and Outer Court mountain peaks.
The antidote had been prepared in the form of a special gas. As long as the poisoned students inhaled even a few breaths of it, the poison inside their bodies would weaken greatly. It would not fully heal them immediately, but it would pull them out of danger and stop them from losing their lives.
Aditya’s hatred toward Victor had always been personal. Victor had crossed too many lines against him, his family, and the soldiers of the Istarin Empire. However, Aditya also knew that not every student in the Night Rider Sect was personally responsible for those crimes.
Many of them had simply been disciples who followed the orders of their sect and had no direct connection to what happened in Axel City.
But the students who had gone with Victor to Axel City were different.
They had personally taken part in the attack. They had followed Victor into Aditya’s territory and helped cause destruction, death, and suffering. Those people could not be allowed to remain alive.
"Kill the ones who went with Victor to Axel City." With Athena’s help, their identities had already been discovered. Every student who had taken part in the attack was known to Aditya and his people.
Seeing Anya helping the injured students, the few hundred students who had pledged their loyalty to Aditya and become Dragonians slowly stepped forward. Although they had chosen to serve Aditya and had accepted his Divine Blood, many of them still had deep feelings for the Night Rider Sect.
They had lived here for years, trained on these mountain peaks, and formed friendships with the people who were now lying injured around them. That attachment could not simply disappear in such a short time.
One of the female students finally gathered her courage and stepped forward. She looked nervous and hesitant as she faced Aditya, but there was also concern in her eyes when she looked at the injured disciples around her.
"Can we also help?"
The other Dragonians remained silent, but many of them had the same thought. They wanted to save the remaining members of their sect. Even if the Night Rider Sect had fallen, many of the students had not personally done anything against Aditya. They were still their fellow disciples, classmates, and friends.
Aditya looked at them for a moment before nodding. He had no problem with them helping. After the antidote gas had been released across the three mountain peaks, the surviving students would still need to be given the antidote individually. With a few hundred extra people helping, many more lives could be saved in a much shorter time.
"Go on. Divide yourselves into three groups. One group will remain here, while the other two groups will go to the Inner Court and Outer Court mountain peaks."
"Yes, My Lord."
Feeling more confident after receiving Aditya’s permission, the Dragonians immediately began dividing themselves into equal groups.
Some stayed behind to help the injured students in the Core Court, while the others prepared to head toward the other two mountain peaks.
"What should we do with the Elders?" Luo Han asked from behind Aditya. His gaze moved toward the defeated Elders lying on the ground. Their cultivation had already been crippled, and their bodies were badly injured. None of them had the strength left to fight or escape.
"Take their storage rings!" Aditya replied calmly. "There might be many valuable things inside that we can still use."
Luo Han nodded before moving toward the Elders.
As people who had held the position of Elder in one of the strongest cultivation sects in the region, they were bound to possess many valuable things.
Aditya then looked at the Elders with cold eyes. "I do not see how killing them would benefit us. It would be better to leave them alive like this."
"I want them to suffer, and I want the rest of the world to see what happens when someone chooses to mess with the Dragon Monarch and his family." From the side, Boris and Malakor Harrington both nodded with pleased expressions.
At first, seeing Aditya act so cruelly and violently toward Victor had made both old men worry. They wondered if their grandson had started walking down a dark path where he only knew how to use fear and violence.
However, Aditya’s actions now proved that he understood the difference between cruelty and mercy. He knew when he needed to be cold and ruthless toward people who had crossed every line, but he also knew when to show mercy to those who did not deserve death.
This was a mark of a True Leader and a True King.
