Chapter 912: Chapter 906: Linden, Once Again (1)

She hopes that Georgia Thorne is just a selfish, ruthless, cold-blooded woman, not someone who harms others.

Hopefully, Georgia Thorne won’t follow in her mother’s footsteps. Unless absolutely necessary, she won’t become an enemy of Georgia.

Her kindness towards Georgia Thorne is also because she is the only blood relative her father has in this world.

If she chooses to be ensnared by her own actions, how would father handle it?

"There’s a traffic jam ahead."

Tiana Thorne glanced at the time, having mentioned she would return at this point, furrowing her brow: "What’s going on?"

"There was an accident ahead."

Tiana thought it wouldn’t help to be anxious, and leaned back in the leather seat: "Let’s wait."

She was about to rest with her eyes closed when she caught sight of a familiar silhouette from the corner of her eye.

Sitting upright, she looked carefully, her eyes froze, her breath tightened.

It was him.

Linden Hawthorne.

He was standing by the car, on the phone, his dark hair swaying as the autumn breeze passed by, his side profile striking, standing out on the congested bridge.

Seeing the benefactor from her past life, Tiana couldn’t quite control the excitement within her, she opened the car door.

Felix Grant hurriedly called out to her: "Miss, what do you plan to do?"

"The man up front, around six foot one, do you know him?"

Felix followed her gaze, noticing Linden, and nodded: "I recognize him."

"Seems like he ran into trouble, let’s go check it out."

Felix nodded: "I’ll assist you onto the wheelchair."

"Alright."

Her injury was getting better, but of course, she needed to take good care of it.

To avoid causing a scene, she put on sunglasses and a hat. If you’re not a true fan, you’d never recognize her.

Once out of the car, seated in the wheelchair, Felix pushed her over.

The wind on the bridge was especially strong, blowing her soft hair over her face, which she tucked behind her ear.

Soon, Felix pushed her to a spot not far from him.

Tiana smiled: "Mr. Hawthorne."

Linden turned upon hearing the voice.

His face had a very distinct contour yet wasn’t entirely sharp, with a hint of softness, his demeanor enchanting.

That kind of turn back, she had seen it countless times in her past life.

For a moment, it felt like she had returned to the past.

Linden remembered her and politely spoke: "Hello."

Tiana looked at the woman wailing on the ground: "Did you knock her down?"

"Yes."

Tiana looked at the congested bridge, the woman’s voice blown away by the wind, unclear, yet knowing she was seriously hurt.

"Are you waiting for an ambulance?"

Linden nodded: "Yes."

Previously, he hadn’t really looked at her, now he noticed, her contour outside of the sunglasses looked like someone familiar.

Tiana showed a friendly smile: "Mr. Hawthorne, I’m a doctor. If you don’t mind, I can help stop her bleeding first."

"I’d greatly appreciate it."

Felix was startled, hastily trying to stop her: "Miss, your injury..."

"It’s okay, saving the person is crucial."

Felix no longer tried to stop her.

Tiana half-knelt on the ground, ensuring her injured foot didn’t bear too much weight.

"Am I dying? It hurts so much..."

Tiana shook her head: "Don’t be afraid, I’m a doctor, I won’t let anything happen to you."

Upon hearing the word doctor, her mood improved a lot.

Tiana reached out, feeling the bones: "Your hand is dislocated, that’s why it hurts so much, the other injuries are surface wounds, don’t be scared, it’s going to be okay."

"Miss, there’s a medical kit in the car."

"Go get it."

Felix turned and left.

Linden’s gaze fell on Felix, slightly frowning.
