Looking at the two hint prompts that appeared, Zayne sighed and used Legacy Transmission to transfer the memories of seeing them to Jade.

After Jade read the Hint Prompts via the memory passed to him by Zayne, she sighed as well, "No wonder you didn’t want to offend the World Will."

Zayne helplessly replied, "See? It’s not that I don’t want to do my part and assist humanity, but doing so would ruin the interests of the World Will and the cultists of The One."

"Although the current World Will isn’t powerful, who knows if it’d become stronger in later Apocalypse World Update Themes. No matter what, offending them for the sake of these Terrans isn’t worth it."

After all, the purpose of the Apocalypse World Update Themes was to temper the mortals within it and let them use crisis and adversity to smooth out the flaws and imperfections they possessed.

If Zayne were to do things that greatly affected and removed such adversities, the World Will and the cultists of The One would find him an eyesore.

Jade shook her head, "Even after reaching our current power, we still can’t remain complacent. Celestial rank powerhouses like us might be big shots who could easily achieve a lot of things, but anything that touched the interests of those forces with Heaven rank powerhouses would be out of our league."

"From the looks of it, we don’t even need The One himself taking action to wipe us out. I don’t doubt that one of the cultists who follow The One might be at Heaven rank themselves."

Zayne nodded, "This is the reason why I’ve been cautious and haven’t lost my drive to become stronger. Only when we are truly powerful to the point that we no longer become pieces on the board but the chess players themselves in the grand scheme of things, that we’d finally be able to achieve freedom."

"However, while I cannot remove the adversities of the current Zombie Apocalypse World, there are still things I can achieve."

Speaking such words, Zayne used Hint Prompt countless times to do a trial and error of what he could do with his current power, until he came to a conclusion and used World Order.

"Order! The Zombie Apocalypse might have ruined the previous human order, but I, as the Sovereign Of Order, shall restore a semblance of Order within this apocalyptic world!"

"Effective immediately, these rules shall now be absolute!"

After Zayne used World Order and King’s Decree at the same time, platinum-colored system screens appeared in front of all terrans that were unlike the World Will’s blue-colored system text screens.

After everyone on the Main World Terra heard Zayne’s worldwide broadcast, these platinum-colored system screens that displayed the rules and order he imposed onto the world were somewhat silently accepted by the World Will.

[These Rules Of Order are absolute, and transgressors shall face death! Imposed by the Sovereign of Order and not the World Will!]

[However, these Rules Of Order shall not interfere with the necessary struggles, conflicts, adversities, and trials of the Zombie Apocalypse.]

[1. Rape, sexual assault, and sexual coercion are prohibited. No sentient being shall be compelled, threatened, or deliberately deprived of necessities in order to force them into unwanted sexual acts.]

[2. Sexual slavery, forced prostitution, and the trafficking of sentient beings for sexual purposes are prohibited.]

[3. The torture, mutilation, or killing of sentient beings primarily for sadistic pleasure, entertainment, or amusement is prohibited.]

[4. The deliberate destruction, poisoning, or contamination of food, water, medicine, shelter, weapons, and other essential survival resources solely for sabotage, spite, cruelty, or the deliberate creation of unnecessary suffering is prohibited.]

[5. The trafficking and selling of sentient beings as commodities is prohibited.]

[6. Any formal contract voluntarily established between sentient beings and willingly acknowledged by all parties shall be binding. Deliberate violation shall constitute a transgression of Order.]

[7. Deception, theft, plunder, violence, murder, warfare, and conflict between sentient beings shall remain permitted when they arise from survival, competition, retaliation, self-defense, resource acquisition, or the struggles inherent to the Zombie Apocalypse. The permissions granted by this rule shall never supersede the preceding Rules Of Order.]

[8. These Rules Of Order shall not grant food, shelter, safety, resources, or protection from the dangers of the Zombie Apocalypse to any sentient being.]

[9. No Rule established by the Sovereign of Order shall prevent sentient beings from experiencing the adversities necessary for survival, growth, evolution, and tempering.]

After the Nine Rules Of Order were established, Zayne waited for the backlash of the World Will.

However, nothing happened.

The entire Main World Terra remained silent, and the World Will did not display any warning or attempt to interfere with the Rules Of Order.

Zayne wasn’t surprised by this.

Before imposing the rules, he had already used the Hint Prompt countless times to test the limits of what he could do.

He couldn’t eliminate the zombies.

He couldn’t remove the dangers and disasters brought by the Zombie Apocalypse.

He couldn’t prevent humans from fighting over resources, killing one another, plundering settlements, or experiencing the various hardships that came with surviving in this apocalyptic world.

However, there were many things that had nothing to do with the purpose of the apocalypse.
