"Mmm..."

Alagina’s brow twitched slightly, and finally, in the next moment, the struggling consciousness in the foggy state awakened. She opened her eyes and looked around confusedly, hearing indistinct conversations nearby, seemingly between Fisher and David, prompting her to call out,

"Fisher?"

"You’re awake, Alagina."

Not far away, as Fisher was conversing with David, his image gradually focused. Upon hearing Alagina’s call, he quickly turned around and walked toward her, holding a paper filled with writings in his hand.

"What just happened..."

She sat up; she only remembered trying to summon the Ice Prince Sword, resulting in a blazing Fire Phoenix emerging from behind. The scorching heat made her, accustomed to the cold, lose consciousness, leaving only fragments of the scene in her mind.

Fisher held the papers in his hand, briefly explaining what had just transpired, especially when mentioning her inexplicable faith in the Mother Goddess, which made her a bit fearful,

"No, even if Valentina is a Phoenix and has such a relationship with Fisher, for us North Realm people, faith is faith, unrelated to Valentina... Moreover, so many years have passed that our faith in the Frost Phoenix may have greatly diverged from the original Phoenix."

Indeed, faith is like this; it’s hard to say that the Mother Goddess believed in by humans now is the same in nature as the original one. As time changes, faith also shifts according to actual needs.

However, these are not very important now; the key point is, Alagina noticed the serious expression on Fisher’s face. She glanced at the paper in his hand and couldn’t help but ask,

"Fisher, did you get in touch with Dalasgon?"

"Ah... No contact with Dalasgon, but we have connected with another deity currently in the Spirit Realm, learning a lot of information..."

Fisher handed the written papers to Alagina; it contained all the information he and David obtained through the signal transmitter after contacting Ramasitia. As he spoke, Fisher pointed to the corresponding content on the paper,

"Dalasgon’s entity has completely lost consciousness due to damage, and... according to Ramasitia, it’s linked to the Gap, or rather the Gap is part of its body, so the burning Gap causes such harm to it. But the current situation is that the Gap is wide open to reality, and Dalasgon has no consciousness, unguarded on all sides, with entities in the Spirit Realm watching hungrily..."

"..."

Alagina stared dumbly at Fisher’s detailed explanation. Although she tried to use her small mind, she couldn’t keep up with Fisher’s thoughts, not understanding the purpose of his statements.

Fisher noticed the bewilderment on her face and couldn’t help but find it amusing; these words could be understood when speaking to David, but Alagina couldn’t comprehend any of it, so he had to directly state the conclusion,

"In short, we must first prevent the chaos from entering the Gap, it’s that simple."

"Oh, oh..."

Alagina nodded partially understanding, but she still felt Fisher hadn’t finished speaking or his expression wouldn’t be this serious,

"Then why, Fisher, does your expression... seem so grave?"

Because he had asked Ramasitia more than one question, and Ramasitia, very patiently, answered all except for the last question.

His second question was about the structure of the Spirit Realm; it wouldn’t hurt to understand a bit ahead of time since they might arrive there later, and the answers came quickly.

The so-called Spirit Realm is actually a spherical space centered on Dalasgon’s "Gap", though Fisher didn’t ask about the diameter, presumably quite large, divided into three zones.

This is the widest layer, where the Angel Sanctuary currently resides; the space initially guarded by the God of Fate, Anibatos, is here. It’s also where Chaos Species lived before, observing the scenarios inside the Gap. Unfortunately, after Spirit Realm Pollution descended, the Chaos Species scattered all over this wide area, leading a difficult life.

Moving outward, there’s the zone Fisher heard many times, the Sea of Souls area. The tangible souls gather into an ocean on this second layer, where the Mother Goddess originally resided and where Chaos Species were born.

The outermost area is barren and closest to the Boundary. Somewhere in this space, Azan Ross’s Boundary has collapsed, creating a tremendous breach known as the Ultimate, letting chaos in. Currently, all deities, including Renie, reside in this layer, monitoring the Ultimate and controlling Spirit Realm Pollution.

Indeed, after the base in the Northern Realm controlling Spirit Realm Pollution was breached, the gods had to disperse its force to weaken it, extending the effect of the Scarlet Mist across all regions of the Spirit Realm. This greatly weakens its force, while monitoring the Gap and controlling its influence from the outermost layer.

And this is why Fisher’s expression doesn’t look good; he couldn’t help but sigh and explain to Alagina,
