Xin Feng had said that male Beastmen had to eat raw meat to replenish the energy their bodies needed.

The growing cubs needed it even more.

She tossed the fresh meat into the basket, and the cubs began to eat happily, making GURGLING sounds as they feasted.

Meanwhile, she took out some jerky from her System Space and chewed on it slowly.

The noise woke her from her drowsy state.

"Second Leader, the City Lord himself has come out to welcome us."

Bai Wanwan was now wide awake. She peeked out from behind Zhu Xiu, tilting her head to look ahead.

A few hundred meters away stood a city, built in a coarse and rugged style.

The surrounding environment was just as barren and desolate.

But strangely, there was almost no snow in this area; the ground was completely dry.

In the distance, countless beasts were stampeding toward them, kicking up clouds of dust.

Bai Wanwan heard Zhu Xiu’s voice, "City Lord."

Bai Wanwan ignored him. Turning to Zhu Xiu, she asked bluntly, "Can I follow you?"

Her words instantly silenced the chaotic scene.

With that, he nodded to the City Lord. "City Lord, mission complete. I’m tired. I’ll be heading back into the city first."

Without waiting for the City Lord’s response, he led his few trusted followers straight into the city.

Bai Wanwan was dumbfounded. It seemed her "catnip" wasn’t working.

The City Lord strode up to her. After staring at her face for a moment, he raised a hand and grabbed her chin. "Are you really the Holy Female?"

"Yes, yes, that’s me."

’Right now, I have to cement my identity as the Holy Female. Survival comes first.’

The eyes of the surrounding Wandering Beasts seemed to glow with a green light, as if they were about to tear her apart and devour her at any moment.

The moment she finished speaking, she was thrown into the air.

When she came down, she landed squarely on the back of a golden lion.

So, the beast form of Wandering Beast City’s Lord was a lion.
