Riven quickly closed the gate behind them and disappeared into the shadows with Label until they reached a safe, abandoned building farther away from the chaos.

"What now?" Label wondered quietly, still catching her breath.

"Let’s leave them to the monsters," Riven said with a cold smile. "We’ll go pick the other branch quickly, then clear out the whole sushi restaurant."

"?! Everything?!" Label was shocked. "I-Isn’t that crazy?!"

Riven nodded without hesitation. "With a power like this, I would be a fool not to abuse it to my heart’s content. It’s time to start cleaning Central City of all this trash."

Label opened her mouth in disbelief. In that moment she realized Riven truly was a little like a demon... in a way.

She nodded nervously. "But what about the innocent people still trapped inside?"

"Don’t worry about them," Riven said with a reassuring smile. "I’ve got that covered."

Riven waved his hands, and a system notification appeared in front of him.

[You have chosen to spend 100 GP to Summon the Believer Race [Giant] x10 inside your Domain.]

[Do you wish to proceed?] [Total GP: 100]

[Yes] [No]

Riven clicked [Yes] without the slightest hesitation.

FLASH!

Bright light encompassed him for a moment.

The interior of the dungeon trembled as powerful auras surged from within its depths.

Then another notification appeared.

[x10,000 Reward Multiplier Activated!]

[There are two options you can choose.]

[100,000 Giant Race Believers.]

[Evolve [Giants] x10 into [High Giants] with higher stats, higher intelligence, and more magic affinity.]

"..."

Riven quickly realized the incredible potential of this choice. One hundred thousand believers could make him gather Faith far faster. It was almost insane.

Or... he could choose to evolve his ten summoned Giants into High Giants.

The problem was that the gate definitely did not have enough food and resources for one hundred thousand giants to sustain themselves.

It was simply impossible.

Thus, he decided to go for the second and more practical option.

He expanded his senses as he selected the second choice, feeling his divine power rushing through the entire interior of the gate.

Ten massive figures began to materialize on Floor 3. They wore not just simple rags, but proper armor and even robes. Some of them already appeared as Magicians, while others looked like seasoned Warriors.

Their eyes were sharp and intelligent. Their appearance was almost human-like, except that their size was ten times that of ordinary humans.

Five women and five men stood before him.

Ding!

[Congratulations! You have successfully summoned [High Giants] x10!]

[All your High Giants have Awakened one Random Class between Warrior, Magician, Archer, and Priest.]

[Faith will be slowly distributed to you every day. The stronger the race, the more Faith you can gain from their prolonged existence.]

[Every High Giant grants 10 Faith. You will now earn 100 Faith every day.]

[Warning: If your Believers die, you will risk your Authority from weakening and your Gate from losing its essence.]

[Please make sure to keep your Believers alive and well fed, and they will serve you without hesitation.]

"I could certainly have gotten more Faith with one hundred thousand giants, but... they would have died from starvation in there, especially because they cannot leave on their own. I would have needed to hurry and find them enough food and supplies. It would have been a complete mess. This is much more manageable."

It was definitely a little sad that he could not take them out of the gate yet, but that did not matter right now.

With the summons complete, he quickly sent them a mental order. The ten High Giants looked around with silent, intelligent eyes.

"My Believers."

His divine voice echoed from the high ceiling. The giants, who had been summoned right in front of Label’s former house on Floor 3, heard his words clearly.

"We kneel to our Divine Lord."

The tallest of the ten, a Male Warrior, knelt first. The other nine followed without delay.

Riven sneered in satisfaction.

"I’ve sent a group of sinners into the Dungeon. They are holding captive around thirty very weak but innocent believers — their alchemists. You will be able to easily discern them from the bad guys. Please protect the captives and take care of the trash."

"Understood, master," the High Giant Warrior nodded respectfully. "Let’s go."

They quickly started marching deeper into the dungeon without saying another word.

With that handled, Riven had nothing left to worry about regarding the first location.

The high intelligence of these giants made it possible for them to follow complex orders far more easily than ordinary ones would have.

"Let’s go."

Label nodded and accompanied Riven toward the second abandoned factory.

This one was much larger — around twice the size of the previous building. It used to be a place where they produced plastic toys.

The number of people inside was even greater: seventy captives, twenty-five gang members, and four powerful D-Rank gang bosses leading the operation.

There were also ten roaming guards watching the territory.

The level of difficulty had suddenly skyrocketed, but Riven was not going to give up.

If anything, this challenge felt fun.

"Noir, I’ll help. Label, stay behind."

Label nodded and quickly used an Illusion Potion made from Invisible Dark Lilies harvested on the dungeon’s third floor.

Then Noir and Riven disappeared into the shadows once more.

One after another they took down the ten guards like silent, stealthy assassins. Riven used his Veil of Invisibility, Abyssal Shift, Assassination Shadow Blade, and many other skills to eliminate them quickly and cleanly.

Using darts imbued with paralyzing poison also helped, ensuring the guards could not run or raise an alarm the moment they were struck.

Fifteen minutes later they returned to Label, their work finished.

"It’s done. The doors have been frozen. Let’s begin."

Riven did not waste any more time. He reopened his Gate once more, and chaos broke.

A loud tremor surged, followed by the screams of everyone inside the factory as it was quickly absorbed by the Gate appearing for the first time, a phenomenon know as "Dungeon Break".

RUMBLE!
