Chapter 4266: Wrong

Roan’s eyes focused on the Godly Beast, ignoring the Godly Spawns. Naturally, the Godly Creatures saw them, and they all attacked at the same time. Their Godly Pressure passed over the twins’ group, weakening their power.

Rean, Celis, and Kentucky, on the other hand, joined forces and blocked the Godly Spawns’ paths. They left Roan alone with the Godly Beast.

The guides thought that it was suicide. This group had thirteen Godly Creatures, with the Godly Beast as their leader. Each Godly Spawn in this place was as strong as an Anchor God. There was no way Rean, Celis, and Kentucky could hold back twelve Godly Spawns at once. Even worse, they thought Roan would be the one to die the fastest as he was facing the Godly Beast.

’Yes!’ The twins willed just as they were about to clash.

Immediately, the Yin and Yang fifty meters around the twins’ group changed. The Godly Pressure of the Creatures disappeared without a trace, and the twins’ group recovered their real strength. Also, there was one extra effect of deploying the Sanctuary in this place.

’Red Death, Death Cross!’

Roan’s Crystal Void Scythes cut through the claws of the Godly Beast, leaving a big cross injury on its chest. However, it was shallow, not enough to kill it.

Roan’s eyes lit up, and he stepped to the side. The claws passed just millimeters from his chest, and the big beast shot past him like a bullet... but not before Roan took that moment to attack. ’Indeed, no intelligence.’

His Scythes changed into two Crystal Void swords, and then...

Roan couldn’t create several Intent Weapons floating in the air since he wasn’t an Aura God yet, so the Dragon Claws skill couldn’t be used yet. Only at the Aura God level could you move your Godly Energy out of your body. However, the Intent Weapons in his hands still worked just fine for the Lightning Draw!

Different from the first attack, in which Roan went head-on against the Godly Beast, this time he attacked its weak spot. With no claws to defend against Roan, and the Godly Beast not able to stop its own forward momentum, the Crystal Void Swords cut right through its heart!

Roan still failed to really cut the Godly Beast in half, though. ’Truly impressive. That far surpassed the power of what an Anchor God should be able to do. Now they finally understood what it meant to be able to use Weapon Intents at such a low level, especially Stage Seven Weapon Intent! Well... the main reason was definitely the Yin Yang Sanctuary. His vines and his energy-draining prison were the perfect support abilities, and the Godly Creatures never managed to catch Rean and Kentucky with their guards down. Their energy was also being drained nonstop, weakening them in the process.

There was one more thing that definitely helped. As mentioned before, this place was still inside the Sacred Relic’s influence. It’s just that it was at the very end of its range.

The Godly Creatures were using their Godly Pressures to negate the effect of the Sacred Relic here, which only worked because the Influence was barely present. That said, the Pressure stopped working as soon as the Yin Yang Sanctuary was deployed! So, the relic also decreased the power of the Godly Creatures! Due to the distance to the relic, it was only around 10 to 15%, but that was huge in the overall context.

This was an advantage that would only work if it happened inside the Sacred Relic’s range. If the twins’ group goes into the Godly Creatures’ Territory, that will not happen.

Yes, that was another reason the twins’ group didn’t mind jumping right into the middle of the Godly Creatures. The advantages they gained from the Yin Yang Sanctuary in this place were just too big! Not to mention the twins’ group was already strong in its own right.

"Eh?" The leading guide was taken aback. "Y-You took these Godly Creatures down so easily... shouldn’t we go look for another group?"

Rean shook his head in response. "To make sure we would take them all down as fast as possible, we used a lot of our reserves. My friends, don’t forget, we are nothing but Initial Stage Anchor Gods. Our energy reserves are... miserable... to say the least."
