Chapter 4222: Bigger Shock
Chapter 4222: Bigger Shock
Rean looked curiously at the Spatial Ring... no, was it really a Spatial Ring? It felt somewhat different.
*Zush, zush, zush!*
Roan, Celis, and Kentucky appeared almost instantly, using the Orb Dimensional Realm to exit by Rean’s side. They weren’t the first ones to talk, though.
[That... feels pretty familiar,] said Sister Orb.
They could only agree as their Divine Senses entered that Spatial Ring...and found nothing.
No...
Not nothing.
Something that made everything else feel unnecessary.
A single... point.
It didn’t exist in space.
It didn’t contain energy.
Yet, the moment they perceived it,
Their thoughts... stopped fluctuating.
Completely.
"What... is this?"
Then, they understood. The Echo around them fell silent. Yes, they could feel The Echo again!
No wonder they felt it to be so familiar. They felt it before, when Default used against them. When the Werdlem Treasures were used to open the channel, too. The one thing they were certain they stood absolutely no chance against. The one thing that gave birth to everything!
Then, a message followed, reaching their minds.
’I trust you will make good use of it.’
Victor.
*Ding!*
They didn’t have a chance to react, even with their Peak Stage Celestial Realm cultivations. The ’thing’ shot out of the Spatial Ring!
*Puff!*
The Spatial Ring turned into dust as soon as that happened. But that didn’t matter now. That’s because the ’thing’ disappeared.
[Ah!]
Too late. They finally understood where it went. It entered their Orb Dimensional Realm!
Sister Orb, even as the supreme god of that Dimensional Realm, had no control over that entity. It simply slammed into her Orb, disappearing inside.
*Pin!*
[The GV Connection has been established.]
As Sister Orb’s involuntary voice echoed in the minds of the four of them, a mark suddenly appeared in their foreheads.
Again, just a single point...
It didn’t exist,
It didn’t contain energy,
Yet, it was there. If one looked at it, one wouldn’t see anything. It was weird, as if only the twins’ group could tell. Then...
*Zush, zush, zush, zush!*
All of them disappeared.
They weren’t the only ones. Sister Orb also disappeared from the Orb Celestial Realm.
No, that wasn’t all. The entire Orb Celestial Realm, which had been growing in size with every cultivation realm breakthrough, also vanished completely!
Finally, all five of them appeared again, together, in the same place. This time, they were in the middle of nowhere. It wasn’t an empty space, though. They could feel the remnants of powerful energies, very ancient ones, which somehow reminded them of The Echo, but definitely wasn’t it.
They could still feel The Echo. It was there, and they were certain of one thing: They could control it!
Everywhere they looked, there were multicolored energies, giving the same ancient feeling. And then... that was it. All the crazy events stopped there, leaving them in that unknown place, not certain where they should go.
"Alright..." Kentucky looked around as he used his wings to gather the power of The Echo between them. Soon, a piece of Divine Crisun Ore appeared, one of the tastiest in Kentucky’s ore menus. "This is definitely not the gift I was expecting."
Roan did the same.
*Vup!*
Out of nowhere, a Rank Twenty Divine Stone appeared, the highest level of Divine Stone, extremely rare, which the twins didn’t have a single one. Roan brought it out... with The Echo... "The power that the Werdlem Empire had been working on to control for so many years, right here, on the palm of our hands..."
"Kentucky," Celis spoke, noticing something as he also could control The Echo. "My Pocket Dimensional Realm is gone..."
"Eh?!" Kentucky focused for a second, and sure enough... "Mine too! That can’t be! I had a lot of my food in there! Do you have any idea how long it took for me to gather all those ores in the Werdlem Empire?!"
"Err..." Rean pointed out the obvious. "Can’t you simply make all of them appear in front of you?"
"Oh!" Kentucky quickly nodded and concentrated on it. Sure enough, all the ores he should have lost materialized before him. "Phew... I was scared for a moment there."
"But where did our Pocket Dimensional Realms go?" Celis still couldn’t help but ask.
[Hey...] Sister Orb spoke. [It will sound a little ridiculous... but I think I know where our Dimensional Realms are... is... in the singular.]
They looked at Sister Orb, and in the next second, they also understood. Their Dimensional Realms no longer existed. That was because they had become meaningless. If they wanted, they could have countless of them in an instant, but it would also be meaningless.
From now on, the entire Great Void was their shared Dimensional Realm!
"We are at the very center of the Great Void, aren’t we? The very same place where everything started. Thus, these remnants of ancient energy all around with traces of The Echo," Rean pointed out.
[Yes. I’m still kind of the manager of our ’Dimensional Realm,’ which by the way, now has four owners, not two. Kentucky and Celis are also joint owners with Rean and Roan. As the manager, I can tell you that we are indeed at the very center, a place no one in our Great Void can get to... I think...]
Roan let go of The Echo, and he narrowed his eyes. "Just what was Victor thinking? Why did he give us control over our Great Void’s Echo?"
They all had that same question in their minds.
Suddenly, a voice echoed in the surroundings.
"Who dares to step into this plac- Uh?! What the hell are you four doing here? No, first of all, how did you get here? We just talked a few hours ago!" The voice asked.
The twins’ group recognized the voice instantly. "Default!"
Roan had a thought, and he waved his hand. The power of The Echo worked, and soon...
*Zush!*
Default appeared there, the shock on his face bigger than when he found out about the Werdlem Empire’s plans.
"What the hell?!"
