When Venerable Jiayin saw Fang Cheng enter, a hint of surprise flickered across her dignified, beautiful face. But when she saw his five incarnations, that surprise slowly turned to wariness.

Just resisting the refining power of the lamp’s flame had already consumed sixty percent of her Magical Power. She had no strength left to simultaneously face five experts, none of whom were weaker than herself.

The Golden Crow Incarnation laughed heartily. “Venerable Jiayin, I’ve come to rescue you.”

The young nun smiled faintly. “There’s no need to trouble yourself, fellow Daoist. I can handle this myself. You should leave.”

Her voice, when she spoke, was clear and lively—a pleasant, refreshing sound that soothed the soul.

The Golden Crow Incarnation looked at the nun and spoke slowly. “Years ago, my strength was meager. I saw you were trapped, but I was powerless to help. Now that I have successfully forged these incarnations, I came here at the first opportunity to free you from this sea of fire. Please, do not refuse my kind intentions.”

The young nun’s dark brows furrowed slightly. Her beautiful eyes glanced over the five incarnations as she asked, “You don’t seem to be from any of the nearby World Heavens, do you?”

Fang Cheng stated frankly, “That’s right. I come from the Red Profound Realm, a place very distant from here. Once you are free, you will naturally come with me to see it.”

The young nun sneered. “How incredibly arrogant. You dare to scheme against the incarnation of a Spirit Immortal.”

Fang Cheng sighed. “You are charming to the very bone, your allure is captivating. The sight of you is one I can never forget. Even now, it leaves me utterly entranced, unable to find peace.”

“You are audaciously lecherous! Aren’t you afraid my true self will descend in wrath and sever your Immortal Road?” The young nun’s tone was severe, but it was a thin veil for her inner weakness. “Considering that your cultivation has not come easily, I suggest you retreat at once. Do not ruin your future and throw away all your past efforts.”

Even when she spoke in anger, her voice remained as clear and pleasant as a wondrous melody, making one fantasize about the charming moans she would make during Dual Cultivation.

Fang Cheng smiled. “The cultivators of Yuelang Heaven have repeatedly ruined my plans, even ambushing me to steal my treasures and fortuitous opportunities. This is a debt that you, my dear Daoist, will have to repay personally.”

“As for your anger, I am confident I can pacify it… If you submit to me, you will eventually come to adore me. How could you bear to be angry with me then?”

The nun shook her head and chanted a Buddhist mantra. “You have fallen to the Demon Dao. You are truly beyond saving. Very well, then let me witness your Divine Techniques.”

Fang Cheng said, “Then allow me to display my meager skills.”

With that, he channeled his Magical Power and hurled a Talisman forward.

The Talisman radiated a golden light. It swelled in the air until it was the size of a mountain, bursting forth with a heaven-shaking divine radiance that rivaled the blazing sun.

Countless runes flickered across the Golden Talisman’s surface as an incredibly dense Great Sun Golden Fire erupted from it.

BOOM!

The Golden Talisman, now like a miniature sun, plummeted toward the massive Golden Lotus.

Around the Golden Lotus, the boundless Star Sand rippled violently. The terrifyingly high temperature began to melt and vaporize it.

What was more terrifying was that this Talisman devoured and mobilized the flames of this fiery world, transforming them into a sky full of Golden Crows. They attacked the Golden Lotus and Star Sand relentlessly, pushing them to the brink of collapse.

The other four incarnations also unleashed their own Divine Techniques.

Three Primordial Light-Splitting Giant Axes slammed down on the canopy of Star Sand, creating countless cracks. Golden flames poured through the fissures, rushing toward the nun.

Enveloped in Buddha Light, the nun calmly struck out, neutralizing the golden flames.

But just then, the cry of a sword rang through the fiery realm, drowning out all other sounds.

A heaven-shattering Sword Aura slashed across the sky, instantly cleaving the canopy of Star Sand in two.

Alarm showed on the nun’s face. Her hands formed a seal, and the Buddha Light before her condensed into a Stone Stele to block the Sword Aura.

BOOM!

The Buddha Light shattered. The nun abandoned the Golden Lotus and retreated hastily, but a purple-black Talisman appeared behind her.

The Talisman swelled in the air, growing to a thousand zhang in size. Like a great mountain, it bore down on the nun to suppress her.

The Demon Talisman’s intent was as vast and wild as a raging ocean. Its countless intricate Demon Patterns emanated a strange Demonic Light that filled the entire space.

With no way to evade, the nun transformed into a ray of seven-colored Buddha Light and shot toward the Demon Talisman.
