Cultivation: I Have a Golden Talisman
Chapter 649 - 41: Charming to the Bone, Gracefully Alluring
’Success!’
’I’ve finally crafted a Sixth-rank Talisman.’
Fang Cheng was overjoyed. The Golden Crow Incarnation stepped forward and performed a Secret Technique. The newly formed Golden Crow let out a piercing cry and suddenly shrank to the size of a pellet. It looked like an intensely dazzling ball of light as it flew back into the Golden Crow Incarnation’s sleeve.
He had used vast resources to comprehend the legacy of the Great Sun Golden Crow Talisman, having long ago reached the Perfect Realm in its study.
All he lacked was the experience and skill for crafting a Sixth-rank Talisman.
After studying the Ten Thousand Demons Forbidden God Talisman, Fang Cheng finally figured out the secret. Therefore, after his three new Spiritual Mechanism Incarnations were successfully created, he used his five great incarnations as a "brush." After some trial and error, he finally succeeded in crafting the Sixth Rank Sun Golden Crow Talisman.
Each of the five great Spiritual Mechanism Incarnations was comparable to a Tier Nine Peak Great Power. The five worked together, their minds linked in flawless coordination, and jointly poured a vast and immense amount of Spiritual Mechanism into the talisman, successfully raising it to the sixth-rank level.
Unfortunately, crafting a Sixth-rank Talisman was incredibly time-consuming. Even with all five incarnations working together, it had taken more than twenty years.
’As for the other eight talismans, I’ll craft them slowly after I return to the Red Profound Realm...’
Fang Cheng mused to himself.
It was now time to leave the Lingkong Celestial Ruins and return to the Red Profound Realm.
But before he left, he still needed to make a trip to the Spirit Immortal’s Abandoned Mansion.

「The Spirit Immortal’s Abandoned Mansion.」
Many years later, the place had become cold and desolate, and few Cultivators visited anymore.
The most precious treasures in the Immortal Mansion, the Seven-Colored Immortal Lotus and the immortal peaches, had been completely plundered by the first group of Cultivators who entered years ago. No one knew how many years it would take for new lotus seeds and immortal peaches to form.
Later, Cultivators from Yuelang Heaven entered the Immortal Mansion multiple times to search for Venerable Jiayin’s whereabouts, but all returned empty-handed. They did, however, manage to pick many leaves from the Great Sun Celestial Fire Tree.
The other Cultivators were weaker and couldn’t even make it through the peach grove, let alone enter the area behind the Immortal Hall.
On this day, Fang Cheng’s five great Spiritual Mechanism Incarnations passed directly through the Void Passage and arrived above the Immortal Lake.
The five great incarnations crossed the Immortal Lake, passed through the peach grove, and entered the Sword Mark Abyss directly.
The Celestial Venerable of Universal Transformation summoned the Broken Ancient Bell to protect the other four Spiritual Mechanism Incarnations. They advanced rapidly through the Sword Mark Abyss, nimbly dodging the howling Sword Qi that shot past.
Soon after, the five great incarnations flew out of the Sword Mark Abyss and into the Immortal Hall.
Inside the magnificent hall, auspicious light and vibrant colors created a serene, beautiful, and solemn atmosphere. The floor, ceiling, and all four walls were made of seamless jade, and the hall was incredibly spacious.
The floor at the front of the hall was slightly raised, forming a magnificent square platform that was completely empty.
The top Cultivators from Yuelang Heaven had searched here for a long time but had never found any trace of Venerable Jiayin, ultimately forced to leave in disappointment.
At this moment, the Golden Crow Incarnation stepped onto the platform, sat down cross-legged, and formed a profound hand seal.
This was the Secret Technique that Beiming Cang Xue had given Fang Cheng. Years ago, her father had found scriptures in the Lingkong Celestial Ruins left by an Ancient Cultivator from the Spiritual Sky Realm. He used them to deduce the inherited immortal opportunity within this Heritage Mansion, which he then left for his daughter.
Now, as the Golden Crow Incarnation performed the technique, a soft, auspicious glow slowly appeared on the platform.
To the front left of the platform, a speck of fiery light swirled, then manifested as a White Jade Lamp Holder. Inside, the lamplight was a shimmering green, its flame perfectly still.
This lamp was the central hub of the entire Immortal Mansion. Without the Magical Power of a Spirit Immortal, it was fundamentally impossible to refine or claim this treasure.
In other words, if one could take this treasure, then refining the entire Spirit Immortal’s Abandoned Mansion would also be possible.
Within the flame of this Divine Lamp, there was a tiny figure, no larger than a black bean.
She wore a white Zen Robe as thin as a cicada’s wing and sat cross-legged on a lotus platform, her hands forming a seal. Her expression was solemn and dignified. Below her robe, her bare feet were as white as frost. They appeared soft, as if boneless, and their slender, jade-like form held a peculiar charm.
This nun was, of course, the incarnation of the Spirit Immortal, Venerable Jiayin, from the Dongyang Immortal Alliance.
When a Spirit Immortal from the Upper Realm descends to a Lower Realm, they are repelled by that realm’s Celestial Dao, making the descent extremely difficult.
Therefore, some Spirit Immortals often send an incarnation down to a Lower Realm to teach disciples on their behalf or to handle other matters.
The strength of these Spirit Immortal incarnations is at the level of a Lower Realm Cultivator just before ascension—stronger than an ordinary Nine-Tribulation Great Power, but not even one or two percent of the Spirit Immortal’s true power.
’From my current perspective,’ Fang Cheng thought, ’the Demon Lord’s original body was likely a powerful Tier Six Celestial Demon from a fragment that fell from an Upper Realm, much like the Lingkong Celestial Ruins.’
’The Spirit Immortal that the Demon Lord corrupted was most likely a dying one, or perhaps even just the corpse of a Spirit Immortal.’
’By doing this, the Demon Lord became a Spirit Immortal-level Demon Fiend in a single stroke, gaining the wisdom, physical body, and Divine Techniques to rival a true Spirit Immortal.’
’Later, the Demon Lord carved out a Demon Realm in the Outer Void, gathered Celestial Demons to indoctrinate them, and established a Supreme Demon Country. He invaded various World Heavens, plundering their Original Spiritual Mechanism, and that is what finally provoked the great Spirit Immortal powers of the Upper Realm to hunt him down.’
’Among the World Heavens he invaded,’ Fang Cheng deduced, ’there must have been Affiliated World Heavens belonging to great Upper Realm families and powers, like Beiming Heaven and Yuelang Heaven.’
’If he hadn’t infringed upon the core interests of those Upper Realm powers, why would those great Spirit Immortals have gone to all the trouble of descending to the Lower Realms just to slay a demon?’
As Fang Cheng’s thoughts swirled, his five great incarnations flew into the lamp’s flame together.
In an instant, an immense world of fire appeared before their eyes.
In the center of this world of fire, endless flames blazed fiercely. The lotus platform beneath the nun seemed to transform into a giant Golden Lotus, soaring skyward with a boundless stream of Star Sand. It then formed a canopy that spread out overhead, as beads of fire cascaded down from its edges like a torrential tide.
The flames and Star Sand collided, kicking up sky-high waves of fire that surged like a tide. The sight was breathtaking and dazzling—a true spectacle to behold.
