Creepy Pharmacist: All my patients are scary!
Chapter 861: My Hand Isn’t My Hand!
But there didn’t seem to be anything wrong with the fact that she was sleeping together with her Queen.
After all, she really was holding Zuo Zuo right now.
But once Zuo Zuo fell asleep and stopped reacting, this position somehow made it feel as if she wasn’t the one holding Zuo Zuo. Instead, she was the one being held intimately in that guy’s arms...
The Colossus’s Brain stared blankly at the ceiling. “So why did you squeeze in here?”
Lynn kept his eyes closed. “My arm’s only so long. If I don’t get a little closer, how are you supposed to hold her?”
His explanation seemed perfectly reasonable.
But the Colossus’s Brain quickly realized where the problem lay.
“Can’t you stretch your arm a little farther? Do you really have to squeeze in and press yourself against me?” she demanded angrily.
Lynn kept his eyes closed, his breathing even. “I can stretch it a little, sure. But I’m still a normal human being. If I stretch it, I have to maintain the state of Flesh Calamity and stay intensely focused, which uses up my essence. Then I won’t be able to sleep. So you can’t just think of yourselves and leave me here lying awake all night.”
</path>GetPrep KitsThere really didn’t seem to be anything seriously wrong with what he said.
He might be a bastard.
But keeping someone else from sleeping just for your own sake really would be too selfish.
The Colossus’s Brain lay there, bewildered.
Without thinking, she shifted a little farther away from him and pulled the blanket higher. She put some distance between them to avoid touching, then turned onto her side, facing the other way, and reminded him:
“Then just stay there and go to sleep. Don’t get too close to me, understand?”
Lynn kept his eyes closed. He looked as if he were about to fall asleep for real.
“Zzz~”
“...”
Making a big show of saying “Zzz” to make someone think you were asleep was indeed infuriating. But as long as he didn’t cross the line, there was no need to dwell on it.
She closed her eyes and hugged Zuo Zuo, ready to sleep. After all, once she drifted off, she wouldn’t have to think about all this nonsense.
She didn’t really need much sleep.
But of course, she was delighted at the thought of falling asleep with her Queen.
She’d better get to sleep soon.
Steady breathing.
Time passed slowly.
Then, suddenly, she faintly heard rustling and shifting behind her.
Her eyes flew open.
Because all at once, her back felt as if it were pressed against a massive, solid wall.
She turned her head.
She immediately saw, furious, that at some point that Lin-surnamed creature had also turned onto his side, facing her. They were practically pressed together, chest to back. A thin blanket still lay between them, but because of their difference in size, her petite body was almost curled up inside the crook of his arm, half surrounded by him.
Y-You awful bastard...
“Hey!”
She angrily tried to warn him.
But Zuo Zuo was fast asleep in her arms, so she didn’t dare speak too loudly.
Lynn was lying on his side with his eyes closed, breathing evenly, as if he were truly fast asleep. So his turning onto his side must have been an unconscious, involuntary movement, not something he’d deliberately done.
She took a deep breath, then closed her eyes.
Her fists clenched with a crackle.
Hard.
Hard!
Her fists were already rock-hard!
Fortunately, he hadn’t done anything too out of line. If he’d turned onto his side, then so be it. She’d just pretend he’d rolled over in his sleep. It was better not to get into another pointless argument with him.
She calmed herself, drew her long silver hair over her chest, closed her eyes again, steadied her breathing, and hugged Zuo Zuo as she prepared to fall back asleep.
“...”
Their breathing was steady.
Everything around them was quiet.
On the bed, one large and one small figure lay on their sides, both facing the window. The scene looked perfectly harmonious.
The Colossus’s Brain gradually began to drift off, murmuring in her sleep.
But just then,
Zuo Zuo, fast asleep in her arms, seemed to move slightly. She didn’t pay much attention to it.
Then, slowly,
that hand slipped soundlessly into the little camisole on her chest, as if moving unconsciously.
“...”
Just a little.
“Eek!”
The silver-haired girl, almost asleep, suddenly widened her eyes and opened them in a daze, instinctively tightening the arm she had wrapped around her chest.
As soon as she opened her eyes, the left hand that had moved inside her camisole acted as if it had never stirred at all, still fast asleep.
But something wasn’t right.
The Left Hand was still inside her camisole, pressed almost directly against her body.
It was still being held in her arms, just as before.
But now there was no clothing between them, and she could even clearly feel the warmth radiating from its palm.
Was Zuo Zuo moving on her own in her sleep...
Or was it the guy behind her...
She knew that although Zuo Zuo lived in his left hand, that guy could also use her just like an ordinary left hand.
Something was wrong!
Very wrong!
She forced herself to keep her expression composed and turned her head slightly toward Lynn, who lay behind her with his eyes closed. Her gaze was cold, threatening, and murderous.
“Zzz~”
He seemed to be sleeping soundly.
Could Zuo Zuo really be moving on her own in her sleep?
After all, even though that guy was truly awful and frequently lost all sense of morality, doing outrageous things, surely he wouldn’t take advantage of her like this. If he had, that would be so vile, so infuriating, and absolutely unforgivable.
She hesitantly turned back around.
She tightened her arms around the hand in her embrace.
Surely it wasn’t him.
She closed her eyes again, deciding not to think about it anymore, and prepared to drift back to sleep.
“...”
But just then,
“Eek!”
The silver-haired girl instantly opened her eyes again, her pupils dilating. Her body gave a sudden shudder, and her gaze grew slightly frantic.
Because just now, the Left Hand inside her camisole had wickedly pinched her. And it had pinched her right...
That wasn’t right!
Zuo Zuo had drunk so much herself. How could she be doing something like that?!
She immediately turned around furiously and punched Lynn, who was fast asleep with his eyes closed, right on the nose.
Thud!
Lynn jolted awake, dazed. Two streams of blood ran from his nose as he looked at her, turned toward him in a rage.
“What’s wrong? Why’d you suddenly punch me?!”
The Colossus’s Brain glared at him coldly, biting her thin lip in anger as she lowered her voice.
“Were you touching me?!”
