Lin Muyu leaned back in her chair, crossed her arms, and looked at Su Qinglan with an expression of sheer exhaustion.

"Qinglan, we seriously need to spread awareness to all the other females in this city!" Lin Muyu said, rubbing her temples.

"Look at Dragon Beast City...it is practically bursting at the seams with cubs! If we don’t put a stop to this constant breeding until these little monsters grow up a bit, I am going to lose my absolute mind! I can’t even sleep peacefully anymore!"

Lin Muyu was truly, deeply fed up.

Every single time she took a step outside her house, she would immediately stumble over a tumbling cub.

If she tried to eat a bowl of sweet soup in peace, a chubby baby beastman would instantly pop up out of nowhere, staring at her with big, watery eyes and demanding a bite.

Even worse, when she went down to the river to enjoy a nice, tranquil bath, there was always a cub floating around like a little duck!

And when she went behind the bushes to take a poop... there would be a cub dumping beside her!

Lin Muyu slammed her fist on the table. "Don’t these people understand birth control?! Don’t they know about child protection?! It’s completely out of control!"

Su Qinglan rubbed the bridge of her nose, letting out a soft, helpless sigh.

She had to admit, Lin Muyu actually had a point. Su Qinglan had used her medical skills to heal almost all the females in the settlement, making them vibrant and full of energy.

But because they were so healthy now, every single female was giving birth left and right!

If they didn’t receive proper health education soon, the sheer strain on their bodies would eventually cause severe medical issues down the road.

However, Su Qinglan looked at Lin Muyu in a dilemma. "Muyu, your idea to give them a two-year recovery period is great... but suggesting that females stop having cubs is practically a taboo in the beast world! Having many cubs is seen as the ultimate blessing here. I honestly don’t even know how to bring this topic up to the other females..."

Lin Muyu puffed out her chest, slapping it proudly. "Leave it to me! You just stand beside me and nod your head. I’ll do all the talking!"

Before Su Qinglan could even process what was happening, she was forcefully dragged out of the house by the overly enthusiastic Lin Muyu, heading straight toward the central plaza under the giant shade tree.

Lin Muyu beat a tree loudly to gather everyone, shouting at the top of her lungs until every single female in Dragon Beast City assembled around the tree for this grand "health education seminar."

Standing on a large wooden stump, Lin Muyu cleared her throat and began her speech with full confidence.

She spoke loudly, passionately, and completely unfiltered! She declared that having too many cubs would ruin their beauty, wear out their bodies, make them age prematurely, and turn their beast husbands into lazy babysitters!

She firmly advised them to close their bedroom doors and refrain from making any more cubs for at least two whole years!

For a second, the entire plaza fell dead silent.

The female beastmen stared at Lin Muyu in absolute shock. To these females, cubs were their pride and joy! Suggesting they stop having cubs sounded like an evil curse meant to bring ruin to their families!

The next second, the plaza erupted into pure chaos!

"HOW DARE YOU SAY SUCH EVIL THINGS?!" an elderly female screamed in outrage.

"YOU ARE TRYING TO CURSE OUR CLANS!" another female roared, grabbing a basket of soft, rotten fruits from the basket she was going to throw away.

Before Lin Muyu could finish her next grand sentence, a barrage of squishy, rotten fruits came flying through the air like cannonballs!

Splat! Splat! Splat!

"RUN!" Su Qinglan gasped in horror, grabbing Lin Muyu’s arm.

The two females turned around and sprinted for their lives as a rain of rotten fruits and squashed vegetables chased them down the street!

Thanks to Su Qinglan’s quick reflexes, she managed to dodge every single projectile, remaining completely clean and unscathed. Lin Muyu, on the other hand, was not so lucky!

A mushy, overripe tomato hit her right on the side of her cheek, while two more rotten fruits exploded squarely across her chest and shoulders!

By the time they safely burst back through their front door and slammed it shut, Lin Muyu was covered in red fruit pulp and reeked of rotten tomatoes.

Her face was darker than a thunderstorm! She wiped the squishy tomato from her cheek, her eyes practically shooting fire as she stomped her feet.

"THOSE UNGRATEFUL WITCHES!" Lin Muyu roared, rolling up her sleeves in pure rage.

"I WAS TRYING TO SAVE THEIR LIVES AND THEIR LOOKS! I swear, I am going to go back out there right now and beat every single one of those females up!"

Su Qinglan quickly stepped in, grabbing Lin Muyu’s waist to hold her back, unable to hold in a soft laugh. "Calm down! Calm down! Don’t go beating anyone up!"

"They threw rotten tomatoes at me, Qinglan! ROTTEN TOMATOES!" Lin Muyu fumed, looking like an angry, puffed-up hedgehog. "They are so ignorant and stubborn!"

Su Qinglan grabbed a wet cloth and gently wiped the fruit pulp off Lin Muyu’s face, smiling warmly at her hot-tempered best friend.

"Of course they reacted like that," Su Qinglan explained softly, soothing her anger.

"Reproduction has been the core of their culture for thousands of years. Hearing someone suddenly tell them to stop having cubs makes them feel like we are trying to harm them. A sudden, drastic announcement was bound to make them furious."

Lin Muyu huffed loudly, crossing her arms and pouting angrily. "Then what do we do? Just let them turn the city into a giant cub nursery?!"

Su Qinglan smiled gently, poking Lin Muyu’s angry, puffed cheek. "Your idea wasn’t bad at all, Muyu, but we have to take a much softer approach. From now on, whenever the females come to me for check-ups, medicine, or minor illnesses, I will slowly explain the benefits of resting their bodies one-on-one. Once a few of them see how much healthier and energetic they feel, the rest will naturally follow."

Lin Muyu looked at Su Qinglan’s calm, smiling face, then down at her own fruit-stained clothes. She let out a long, dramatic sigh, deflating like a popped balloon.

"Fine... do it your way," Lin Muyu grumbled, though her lips twitched into a small smile. "But if a cub peeks at me behind the bushes one more time, I’m throwing them into the river!"

Su Qinglan chuckled softly, shaking her head as she ushered her angry, hedgehog-like friend toward the bath area to clean off the tomato juice.
