Cleaver Of Sin
Chapter 1248: Disaster Body Art
With a world-shuddering impact, the two titanic fists met at a single point in existence, the power behind each punch simply too staggering to measure as space shattered before them. Both of their hands immediately burst apart from the damage caused by their respective punches.
But neither of them stepped backwards. With their right hands out of commission, their left hands moved without pausing or waiting for instructions. The same power, the same force, the same style. A Light-enhanced fist met a Destruction-enhanced fist.
Another thunderous explosion rang out, devouring everything within a two million kilometre radius as their left hands tore apart, their fingers and flesh reduced to mangled remnants, blood splattering through the air.
But neither man cared about the pain. They had both turned into animals who saw nothing but the defeat of the other, and they wouldn’t stop until one of them fell completely.
With their left hands damaged, their right hands had already healed. And with that, they punched out once more. But this time, there was even more power behind each punch.
Destruction activated yet again, feeding Azazel with even more ridiculous physical strength. Azaron tapped into his Gravity Affinity as he compressed gravity around his fist, increasing the weight behind his punch.
With another sundering cannon blast, the world exploded around them as a dome erupted outwards with yet another titanic force. But this time, their right hands remained intact, and their left fists moved once more.
And with that, they entered a constant stalemate. Their left and right hands shot forward continuously, but the other side met them endlessly. The earth beneath their feet gave way, while the air collapsed and exploded outwards, slamming into their eardrums, but they paid it no attention.
Azaron himself seemed to have turned into an animal to match his best friend’s animalistic instincts at that moment.
Azazel’s fist streaked forward once more, but as it was about to land, his animalistic instincts came alive as he caught a glimpse of the future. He didn’t have to consciously move, as his body simply recalibrated to the future on its own.
Instead of meeting Azaron’s fist as usual, his fist now tore towards Azaron’s sternum with rocketing force. Azaron wasn’t an idiot. He had known that Azazel’s animalistic instincts and future-seeing ability would kick in sooner or later. Just because he was enjoying the battle didn’t mean he wasn’t thinking ahead.
As the punch closed in on his sternum, the light beneath his feet shone as his speed spiked. He weaved out of the way, his body moving like that of a tap dancer. The moment he dodged, he caught Azazel by the head from the side, forcing him downwards as he drove his knee upwards.
With a brutal impact, his knee met Azazel’s ribs, the force slamming into his body and cracking his ribs as the compressed space and Light working together tore through his steel-like skin.
Before Azazel could shoot skywards from the impact of the attack, Azaron acted once more, his body moving like a machine operating on combat coding as he caught Azazel by the neck, then unleashed one hundred punches into his chest, ribs, organs, and face within a picosecond.
With successive booms and flickers of light, Azazel’s body shot towards the sky as he coughed out a mouthful of blood. His organs collapsed in real time, his body battered as Azaron simply ramped up his output the stronger his stupid black best friend became.
Azazel had been caught off guard. He hadn’t expected Azaron’s speed to spike at the last moment, as Azaron had used Gravity to reduce the gravitational force acting on himself, thereby boosting his already insanely enhanced speed.
Azaron didn’t chase Azazel into the air. He simply stared at his best friend with a grin on his face. His eyes blazed with battle intent, his entire cells screaming for more damage and impact, his fists screaming for more punches. And Azaron answered like the madman he was.
Ender immediately appeared in his grasp once more, his Astra Energy erupting in full force as his Nebula Affinity came alive.
[Ending Spear Technique: Space Style: World Restructure]
His Astra Energy screamed into the spear as he raised it towards the sky. His Space Affinity compressed around the spear, Ender trembling with power and demanding more as it drank Azaron’s energy endlessly like a glutton.
Without missing a beat, and within that brief timeframe, Azaron thrust upwards with full force. Whether Azazel survived or not was up to his Destruction ability.
World Restructure tore through space itself by compressing it until it reached its target, and upon arrival, it exploded with devastating gravitational force, tearing through everything in its path.
Azazel seemed not to sense the attack. Time appeared to slow in his perception, as though it had paused for him, leaving him seemingly trapped in a sort of daze, his grin gone. Then, the next moment, he snapped back into reality, time returning to normal as his Destruction ability activated yet another effect: the fourth one.
Azazel immediately recalibrated, his fist clenching as his Astra Energy vanished, a red power covering his fist instead. His black eyes snapped towards the incoming attack, and he clenched both fists as he responded without missing a beat.
[Disaster Body Art: Fist Part: Total Annihilation]
His hand shot out like a gatling gun as his Martial Technique flared with ridiculous power, the red energy around his fist boosting its strength to an absurd degree as he met Azaron’s technique head-on.
The moment World Restructure and Total Annihilation met midair, reality-warping, staggering devastation was unleashed upon the planet itself. The world turned into cinders, embers, and pure destruction, incomprehensible annihilation consuming everything as it was erased.
Molecules, particles, atomic bonds, sound, air, oxygen, colour, space, and time.
They were all destroyed, as the maddening power these two possessed was anything but normal. The scale of their destruction climbed to a staggering seven million kilometre radius and continued rising.
Through the smoke, endless shockwaves, and explosions, Azaron walked out with a grin on his face, Ender humming in his grip. His body was covered in blood, as Azazel’s Martial Technique had reached him and inflicted injuries despite his attempts to block.
Attacks of this scale made entering the Second Layer of Space futile and useless, as even space itself had been destroyed.
Through the churning, choking smoke, Azazel could be seen standing on the ground, his body covered with various spear marks and injuries inflicted by Azaron’s spear technique.
Both of them had landed their attacks. Although the damage inflicted wasn’t much in comparison to their overall capabilities, it was still something.
Azazel’s red power immediately cloaked him, his Astra Energy receding until it vanished completely.
He no longer needed it.
The red power he was using now was Destructive Energy, the fourth effect of his Destruction ability. It was the hardest to activate, as it barely manifested in most fights.
Seeing this, Azaron’s grin remained. His Void came alive as the Astra Energy covering his body vanished, and the Light disappeared too. Both of them immediately picked up the tempo of the battle as they stared at each other.
Azaron wouldn’t lie; he was happy that this friend of his was keeping up, but he wondered how long he could continue doing so.
