Chapter 2342: Senior Yang Lishan

Chapter 2342: Chapter 2302: Senior Yang Lishan

After Ye Qiu left, Xia Jing went online to look up Yan Family Garden, initially thinking it was some luxury community in East Sea.

Unexpectedly, checking it out gave her a shock; it was actually East Sea’s most expensive luxury residence, and there’s only one suite. The idea of living in the same luxury community as Ye Qiu was certainly out of the question.

However, there are other communities nearby Yan Family Garden.

Since Ye Qiu was heading over there, Xia Jing knew she’d definitely have to follow him.

When Ye Qiu returned to Peach Blossom Source Villa Community, in the afternoon, Ye Qiu was heading over to East Sea.

He was ready to bring his academic records to East Sea Normal University.

By the time he arrived at the university, it was already past four in the afternoon.

He knew he had to find the university’s administration leadership.

Upon arriving at the university, he stopped the car, then took his files and academic records.

After asking a passing senior for directions, he planned to find the administration office director himself, but unexpectedly, the senior in the long dress was very enthusiastic.

“Junior, are you really from Jin University?” Yang Lishan asked.

“Yes, from Jin University, I plan to transfer to Normal University.”

Jin University is a higher institution ranked much higher than Normal University. The other was puzzled as to why Ye Qiu wanted to transfer to this university.

Upon hearing that Ye Qiu was Jiangnan Province’s top scorer in the liberal arts entrance exam back in the day, Yang Lishan believed him.

“Junior Ye, I’ll take you there.”

Yang Lishan was very helpful, leading Ye Qiu by elevator to a teaching building where the administration office of the Normal University was located.

Under Normal University, there are many different departments, each with its own college.

These separate colleges are essentially like a university.

They have their own dean, vice-dean, and administration director.

Now Ye Qiu is going directly to find the administration director of Normal University, which is certainly different.

“Junior Ye, Director Liu is inside.”

Ye Qiu saw the office plaque at the door, he had already noticed it.

He knocked on the door, a voice came from inside, and Ye Qiu pushed the door open to enter.

He saw inside a middle-aged man in his forties, wearing a gold-rimmed glasses and suit, sitting in front of the computer in the office.

This must be Director Liu of the administration office.

He was not only the administration director but also the admissions director, holding considerable authority.

“What can I do for you, student?” Liu Mingrong asked.

Ye Qiu directly took out all his academic records, including his admission notice from back then.

Liu Mingrong took them to look at, somewhat surprised that this young man before him was actually the top scorer of Jiangnan Province’s entrance exam three years ago.

However, he was puzzled, not understanding why the other party brought these things here?

“Director Liu, I want to transfer to Normal University.”

Transfer?

“Do you have an application?”

This application must be submitted in advance and needs approval from this university.

Obviously, Ye Qiu hadn’t applied in advance.

“No.”

“Then why do you want to transfer to our school? Jin University, as a higher institution, is not inferior to our school, and your academic record is excellent.”

“Because of family reasons, I want to be in East Sea long-term.”

Family reasons?

Liu Mingrong heard this for the first time.

But, this young student directly came to say transferring to their university.

For a moment, he was a bit taken aback.

“If Director Liu doesn’t believe it, you can call over to Jin University, Jin University was actually opposed to my transfer.”

“Then why did they eventually agree?”

“Because of Li Zhiguo.”

Li Zhiguo?

Director Liu was momentarily unsure who Li Zhiguo was?

When he recalled, the other party found out Li Zhiguo was the newly appointed deputy mayor transferred from Jinling to East Sea.

If Ye Qiu has a connection with Li Zhiguo, then Ye Qiu transferring to Normal University here surely wouldn’t be a problem.

“Leave these academic records here first, and let me discuss it with the administration office.”

Actually, he just wants to confirm Ye Qiu’s identity.

When Ye Qiu left those things, Yang Lishan was still waiting outside.

“By the way, Director Liu, I anticipate other classmates might want to transfer together with me.”

Transfer together?

What?

If it’s just Ye Qiu alone, that’s easy to handle, but if too many students transfer at once, then that could be somewhat difficult.

“Ye, are these all students from Jin University?”

“Yes, all Jin University students, with excellent records.”

Even if their achievements are outstanding, Liu Mingrong knows he needs to check what this is actually about?

Ye Qiu went outside, Yang Lishan asked, “Junior Ye, finished so quickly?”

“Not yet.”

“I’ll take you to see the campus then.”

Yang Lishan took Ye Qiu away, Liu Mingrong hurriedly called Jin University.

These university leaders, they usually keep some contact.

When the call was made, Jin University was also surprised that Ye Qiu wanted to transfer to Normal University, and now Director Liu was inquiring.

Director Liu could confirm that Ye Qiu was indeed the top student from Jin University, also the top scorer in Jiangnan Province’s entrance exam, but apart from that, his university records were very good.

As for his connection with Li Zhiguo, they didn’t explicitly say, only confirming there indeed was a relationship.

If there was a connection, Director Liu would surely arrange for Ye Qiu to transfer over.

However, as for other classmates, that might be harder to arrange.

Liu Mingrong found it hard to believe, how suddenly there could be so many students from Jin University transferring over?

If this spreads, would it mean enhancing Normal University’s reputation, or would it cause other issues?

Liu Mingrong himself didn’t know, he could only mention this matter to other leadership.

Now Ye Qiu was being guided by Yang Lishan around the Normal University campus.

Actually, Ye Qiu had already toured it with Ma Wenwen and the others.

This Normal University truly had a lot of beauties, moreover, the proportion of females to males was significantly higher.

“Junior Ye, you previously studied medicine, but here there’s no medical program. What major are you planning on taking?”

What major?

“Which major has the most beauties?”

“Which major has the most beauties? English, fine arts, music, these majors probably.”

Yang Lishan herself was an English major in the Normal University, meaning she could specifically teach English after graduation. For her English major, she still needs to pass Level Eight, including oral exams.

Now she’s already in her sophomore year, in two more years, she’ll graduate too.

“English, huh? I’ll keep that in mind.”

For Ye Qiu, the major doesn’t really matter.

If he has time, he’ll come to school; if he’s busy, he’s definitely doing his own things.

Now the important thing is to arrange for others who came with him.

Like Lin Xiang, Ling Fei, they surely all need to be well taken care of.
