“I’ll remember you, kid,” mumbled Adelbert while giving Chaotic Luck yet another deep look before returning to their platform.

“I’m sorry, Branch Manager. It seems like I have underestimated that kid a bit too much and got careless in the end,” he said, acting humble and submissive before Gunner.

Gunner squinted his eyes while staring at his assistant for a while before reprimanding the latter. “You have even used that scroll, yet you are still unable to win? You’re such a waste!”

Adelbert did not say anything and continued to bow before Gunner until the latter dismissed him.

Proceeding to another, it was the Heavenly Resto-Bar’s turn to send their next combatant to start the next rotation.

“I’ll be going then,” said Ryoto while standing up. He was planning to represent the team for this round.

“Oh! You look very eager, Senior,” said Arthur after seeing Ryoto immediately stand up.

Ryoto chuckled when he heard this and said. “Let’s say that I am itching to fight as well after watching all those battles.”

“I’ll be going ahead,” he said while turning to Aoki and Riko.

Coincidentally, he happened to see a person standing up from the ranks of the Dragon Pavilion, whom he happened to recognize due to the huge war axes on his back.

“Berserk Dragon? This is going to be a rematch, then,” he said while smirking.

He was feeling excited since they would have a chance to finish their earlier battle from the previous trial.

However, when he stepped on the battlefield, he immediately realized that someone was already standing at its center and seemingly waiting for him.

He swiftly raised his head and realized that the other person was from the side of the Hydra Guild.

“Eh!? Since when has this guy arrived here?” he mumbled while staring at his opponent.

His eyes had also become extremely wary after sensing a dangerous air coming from this person.

Arthur felt that he had already sensed it somewhere before, but he was not sure where it came from.

However, the sense of danger that was coming from the opposing side became more distinct because of this.

“Senior is in deep trouble this time,” he mumbled with an extremely grave tone.

“Not just trouble. He is up for a serious beating if he doesn’t go all out in this one,” added Aoki with a serious tone.

Riko, who did not have senses as sharp as theirs, could not help but ask. “Is that guy really that dangerous?”

“Dangerous?” repeated Aoki while raising his brows. He then shook his head while saying. “That guy is more than just that.”

“In our terms, we can put him on the same level as those people known as the incarnation of death. That guy should be an extremely dangerous assassin in the real world.”

Hearing this, Riko could not help but give the opposing party another deep look, observing that person with a scrutinizing gaze.

Not long after, the system finally announced the start of the battle.

However, right after the ring from the system sounded, something absurd suddenly appeared.
