This was a super advanced Mentalism Formation, which Shin would have never been able to cast with his current abilities.

It was a Grand Formation, a notch or two beneath the ones that Grandmaster Benn was using against Elder Zhi during their battle earlier.

It was also a product of combining the two Mentalism Methods that Shin possessed, which created a whole other method, hence it was named as such.

Shin was only able to cast it now due to the Mentalism Talismans that his mother had given him, who had also created this method without his knowledge.

All he knew about these talismans was that they would automatically activate so long as he injected his Divinity Grade Mental Energy into them and proceeded according to how a regular array was set up. The rest would be handled by the talismans themselves.

It was as if they were programmed to do whatever recovered in them so long as enough Mental Energy was injected into them and they were activated.

The information about this grand formation only manifested inside Shin’s head right after it was activated.

“A unified scripture? Combining the Four Symbol and Jade Kirin Scriptures?” mumbled Shin as the information flooded inside his head.

He felt that his mother had prepared some plans for him after learning about this.

“Is this the path that she wants to take next?” he furrowed his brows for a moment before sighing. “I guess I have to consult Mom about this later.”

It seemed like Evangeline was pointing him toward his next path of development.

From what he recalled, the Jade Kirin Scripture was something that both his parents had developed in order for him to contain his Seed of Hatred and let him fuse his Internal Qi and Mental Energy.

It was to lay a solid foundation that could help him fuse his Martial Arts and Mentalism in the future.

His mother had also revealed to him that he was purposely left under the care of the Springfield Family at that time.

After all, the spy that had led the Springfield’s Special Forces toward the training camp where he was ’training’ was someone that his parents had arranged.

“Uncle Troy,” thinking about that man, who was secretly protecting him within the training camp, Shin could not help but wonder where that man was.

When the tip of his sword touched the evil core, an intense repulsion suddenly erupted from that core, which was trying to push the sword away.

Unfortunately for it, Shin continued to press forward while also utilizing the power of the formation that he just summoned.

There were no immediate effects when the grand formation was summoned earlier. It was as if they had never been there to begin with.

They had expanded with a huge territory earlier, but nothing truly happened right after its appearance.

But right after Shin had executed his move, the grand formation instantly reacted. The enlarged formation suddenly contracted and retracted toward his body while a part of it melded with the Link Strengthening Formation that he had set up way earlier.

Those who went for his body fused with the mentalism runes drawn throughout his body, making them shine even brighter and more complex.

The rune diagram of the five divine beasts behind him had also transformed to a certain degree, making them more detailed and complicated.

Even his aura changed.

He was already quite strong for his realm due to the array linking him and his two brothers, especially when Leonard had consumed the Beserk Pill and Arthur had activated his Divine Mark.

However, his overall strength was further augmented after the grand formation merged with his body.

Amid the chaotic storm and explosions, a bright figure surrounded by lightning suddenly broke through everything and flew straight to Voss.

Holding his sword with both of his hands, Shin flew forward. He raised the sword above him while the raging lightning surrounding him became more violent.

Not long after, a flash of lightning suddenly fell from the sky and connected to the sword he was holding, producing a stunning sight.

Gritting his teeth, Shin endured the pain and numbness that he was feeling before swinging the sword down with all his might.

Following the descent of his sword, flashes of lightning suddenly struck down from the sky and started bombarding Voss with a lightning storm.

Under the bombardment of the lightning storm, Voss had no choice but to halt his advance and focus more on defending himself from it.

He might be losing his mind and slowly becoming a crazy monster, but his instinct to protect himself was still present.

Such an intense attack could kill him once it dealt enough damage to him. Not even his powerful physique and absurd regeneration abilities could save him.

Stabbing his sword into the ground, Shin suddenly made a series of seals with his hand, summoning every bit of Mental Energy he could muster.

At the same time, the Grand Formation had also started responding to his call, forming a complex Mentalism Circle before him.

Focusing all the powers of the grand formation into the Mentalism Circle, Shin channeled everything he had before pointing forward.
