Chaos Devourer System: My Classless Ascension
Chapter 527 - 525:Fuck!
Chapter 527: Chapter 525:Fuck!
The moment I opened my eyes, all that greeted me was... nothing.
"This..." I was taken aback. For a moment I could only stare, wondering if I’d spawned in a different location.
The bright lights, the surrounding spatial defenses, the distant stars—they were all gone. The region had become well and truly dark.
"Dante... this... what... how?" Xuan’s confused and shocked voice echoed through the darkness.
I could feel the sheer amount of shock running through the man just by the tone of his voice, and I couldn’t blame him. I didn’t know what it would’ve looked like watching everything you swore to protect get devoured one after the other by some indescribable force, but I’d imagine it as something not very pretty.
Hell, I’d wager that the only reason the man hadn’t reacted even more strongly pertained to the fact that he genuinely trusted I wasn’t doing anything harmful to his inheritance, but the shock obviously still remained.
"Come," I answered, intending to show the man what had become of his high planar galaxies. "I’ll take you there."
Not giving him any time to understand what I meant by my words, I wrapped everyone within the reaches of my senses, bound them with my aura, and then—
Gone.
....
....
"Woah..." Su Yin exclaimed, her eyes widening at the sight before her.
"These are..."
"Your high planar galaxies, only this time, I’ve relocated them to my soul," I answered before his question could even be completed.
"Your... soul?"
"Yes, surreal isn’t it?"
"This... how can that even be possible?"
"The same way it’s possible for you to begin creating a world seed. Don’t tell me you don’t know what happens from then on?"
The man went silent at my words.
World seed. The stage beyond the Law Sovereign, a level where one pulled together all their understanding of the laws they’d comprehended and tried to create a seed within their cores. It was this stage that almost all noteworthy powers within Prime were at.
A single World Seed being more important than hundreds of Law Sovereigns. That was why the Calderans hadn’t acted rashly against Xuan. He had attained enough power to stand on equal footing with the best they could provide.
But that wasn’t why he kept quiet at my statement. The reason for that would be what happened after the seed grew.
The world seed stage was already a difficult stage to reach, as it required one’s complete understanding of multiple laws, one’s creation and adaptation of his own unique laws, and then integrating all these back into the core, channeling what little aspect of creation they could’ve grabbed during the law stages. Yes, without at least some insight into the law of creation, attaining the world seed stage was nothing but a pipe dream.
It was only after one had successfully integrated all their comprehended and created laws into their core that they could finally create a seed. But the truly difficult part was what came next: the watering process. According to Sana, many could go their entire lives without ever growing their seeds to maturity. As for what maturity meant, well, one could already infer from the name. A world seed maturing meant one would finally be able to birth a world within their core, stepping into the world core stages of power.
That was the reason he fell silent. If it was possible for people to bear cores the sizes of worlds, then why not me bearing galaxies within my own soul?
Sure, the scales were a bit too far-fetched to even be compared together, but the basis remained the same.
"Wow..." Xuan was left speechless at the thought, and I couldn’t blame him truly, because even I, despite all my words, still found the sight awe-inspiring.
Despite all the changes that had happened, Terra remained unchanged in the fact that she was located smack-dab at the center of my soul, her position like what the Martial Spirit World had been to the high planar galaxies. Her resplendent glow bathed the entire region in a subtle and warm verdant green.
Multiple formation pathways, like those that had been connecting the Martial Spirit World to the high planar galaxies, branched off her in their tens, hundreds, thousands, and hundreds of thousands, disappearing into the far reaches of space as they connected to each and every world under her jurisdiction.
Around her closest orbit, I could see the cerulean blue planet of Aetheris Prime and the large Martial Spirit World, although it had become significantly dwarfed when placed beside Terra. Her size had increased incredibly from what it was before; just by merely looking, I could already tell she was more than a hundred times the size of what the Martial Spirit World had been. And the Martial Spirit World had been a prime world. As for the stage Terra had reached as a world—
"She’s... she’s close to becoming a realm of her own," Shaia spoke out in surprise.
A realm. A separate dimensional entity. Like the divine realm the celestials inhabit or the demon realm the filthy demons had come from, Terra was on her way to becoming like those, and beyond—for so long as I am here, a realm wasn’t her end point.
"You look beautiful, my wife."
"Hehe.. Thank you, husband. And don’t worry, once I’m done fully assimilating the gains from this trip, I’ll be sure to reward you properly."
"How properly are we talking about here?"
"How about creating a little Lucien of our own?"
Well, damn! I’m sold.
"Fufufufufu... It’s a date then, husband. But until then, I’ll be indisposed for now."
Done with her words, she went silent.
The physical representation of herself, the planet itself, lit up brilliantly as a cocoon of light covered it up.
"Haaa... and there goes my calm and peaceful wife." I sighed, shaking my head at the familiar sight. It would seem this time around, Terra would be the one getting into a cocoon.
No, I could still feel the beings on her surface living their lives as usual; they weren’t affected by her hibernation. It was merely her consciousness that had fallen into stasis. As for what would happen should I keep assimilating planets in her current state, I had no idea, but it should be something good.
"Xuan, what do you think? Are you willing to be emperor of my realm?" I asked, turning toward the still-silent emperor.
"That depends," the man replied.
"On what?"
"On what you’ll be doing from here on out."
"Oh, that?" I turned, my attention finally landing on the woman still held hostage by Shulvan. "I’ll be heading out for a long-overdue trip to the Calderan Empire, and then I’m going to bring back my parents."
"I see. Then I guess it’s decided." Xuan clapped his hands, turning toward me fully. "I’ll be accompanying you on this journey of yours."
"Are you sure?"
"Of course. After all, I’ve got some scores to settle with the Calderans, so it’s about time I pay them a visit myself. But first, I need to do some last-minute cleanup."
His gaze shifted toward the region where the high planar galaxies were located as his voice rang out:
"Paku. Malachi. Salazar. Who’s in the mood for a massacre?"
"Heh!" Malachi grinned.
"You don’t have to ask twice. Just point me where," Paku rumbled.
"A massacre, you say? Well, don’t mind if I do," Salazar drawled.
"Good. This time around, we remove the plague that is the Shen family from my lands... PERMANENTLY!"
His figure blasted toward the high planar galaxies the moment he finished speaking as the others trailed behind him.
I watched them leave, not in any mood to get involved as I had other things to attend to—
"Aren’t you forgetting something?" Sana cut in, her voice drowsy, clearly just having woken up yet conscious enough of what was happening.
"Forgetting what, my love?"
"Humph! Who’s your love? Don’t go getting any funny ideas."
"Hehehehe... Sure, sure, whatever you say. Now, what could I possibly be forgetting, my dear?"
"The gates."
...
...
"Fuck!"

A/N: the motherfucker completely forgot about the abyss gates didn’t he? Lol... anyways,
