Cash raised her hands and saw the blue-turquoise Chakra rising off her like flickering flames.

Twelve floors...

She had managed to climb twelve floors using nothing but Waterbending as her prime weapon.

That sounded ridiculous because it was.

On the grand stage of the Multiverse, Waterbending was such a minuscule power that it wouldn’t help one go past the 2nd Set, no matter how ingenious one was.

But Cash hadn’t just been a genius.

Just like casting Wandless and Chantless Spells from Harry Potter Bubble, she had learned Waterbending by shortening all the forms.

Where an ordinary Waterbender would need her entire body to perform Waterbending, Cash could do the same with only her fingers... like a Puppeteer.

Such a feat, though impressive, still wouldn’t have garnered the attention of the Flowers of Doom when she had been nothing but a puny 6th Floor Contestant.

It had happened because Cash hadn’t just mastered Waterbending, but all its forms, including... blood!

The Flowers of Doom had obviously seen great potential in Cash.

But, surpassing even the mighty Organization’s expectations, just before reaching the 3rd Set, she had outdone herself once again, shocking everyone.

Cash had learned Waterbending, in all its forms, with her mere thoughts!

Of course, none had known what had led to such a drastic power-up, nor had anyone learned the truth that it hadn’t been her thoughts that controlled Waterbending, but something much more intricate.

Heart.

And it had all been because of Mang Jian, who had later risen to the rank of the Blind Executioner of the 100 Zanpakuto School.

Ever since that day, when he had uttered those words to her in the cave, Cash had been chasing the Peak... chasing him.

From becoming the Most Wanted Contestant on the 4th Set to aiming to do the same on the 5th Set uncontested before him in one great leap, Cash had believed such a feat would surely make her rise to the Peak Mang Jian so blindly sought.

Perhaps, then, he would take back his words from years ago.

Perhaps, then, he would open his eyes and... look at her.

For this singular purpose, Cash had been holding back on releasing the Bit-Beast — Dragoon — sealed inside her, using the mythical Multiversal Interdependency between the Naruto and Beyblade Bubbles.

Because once it was released, there would be no end to the people who would come after her to steal such power.

Because once it was released, the Contestants from the 5th Set — who stood against the Flowers of Doom — would do their utmost to kill her before she ascended to the 13th Floor.

It was all because Dragoon Mode wasn’t a power Cash could fully utilize with her 12th Floor Stats.

That’s why Durga had made her promise she wouldn’t reveal it before reaching the 15th Floor.

Cash had broken that promise.

But what of it?

All she felt at this moment was a vast emptiness.

It was like someone had carved a hole in her heart, making her incapable of feeling... anything.

Even the vast power of the Bit-Beast, filling her entire body, felt empty.

There was one emotion, though; an emotion that persisted, lingering here and there among the flickering spiritual flames, through Dragoon’s growls, and in her heart.

Anger.

Cash’s large, slitted, dragon-like pupils lifted, landing on the yellow-cloaked figure lying far from her.

A moment later, she was standing next to that figure.

Cash looked at the traces of flesh scattered in all directions.

Then, she looked at the yellow-cloaked figure, whose face... wasn’t hidden under the hood anymore.

Morning Mist.

Cash recognized the woman from among the White Serpent Pirates.

What she didn’t understand was the baffling phenomenon of a 12th Floor Contestant, as powerful as that bitch Kira, getting pulverized without anyone knowing how or why.

It didn’t matter, though, did it?

She had accepted this ridiculous mission to kill the Yellow Warlock, who had later turned out to be the Five-Crowned Prince, following Mang Jian.

Mang Jian was dead, but Red still lived.

Cash would make sure that it wouldn’t remain so, no matter what.

Even if she had to leave behind fields of blood and go against the Flowers of Doom, she would make sure he died.

Not only that, she would kill everyone involved with him.

Why must she alone feel this emptiness?

Why?

Cash’s slitted eyes burned bluer than ever, her anger distorting space around her.

All it required was a single intention — a single moment.

And Morning Mist would cease to exist.

Before that moment came to pass, though, someone else appeared in her vision.

Cash, with an empty, dead gaze, looked at the walking corpse — Ekrizdis — patches of flesh dangling off his bones here and there.

Like the three husks rolling with every gust of wind behind her, the Lord of Azkaban was also under the control of Kira’s strange, irresistible power that still lingered after her death.

However, unlike those men, Ekrizdis was handling it well.

Cash could see the patches of flesh exploding to cover the Inferius’s entire body before a green, deathly glow resisted it, forcing them off his bones.

"... The benefits of serving... Him," Ekrizdis hissed, cackling.

Cash ignored the Inferius.

She could feel his monstrous desire to ravage her.

For that, even if Ekrizdis were containing that desire, she would make sure he died a brutal death.

For now, Cash brought her gaze back to Morning Mist and...

"Lord Yellow Warlock told me..." Ekrizdis suddenly said, "... that if things went south, you... Cash of the Flowers of Doom... would be standing alone on the horizon."

"...?" Cash frowned.

"Kekeke..." the Lord of Azkaban cackled. "If you spare the girl, he also gave me a few words to share with you in such a scenario... about someone named... Mang Jian..."

CRACK!

Cash ripped Ekrizdis’s skull free and brought it up to her face, the flickering flames of Chakra burning through the mysteries and magic keeping him alive.

"... Speak," Cash growled like a dragon.

Ekrizdis, ignoring the pain and still cackling, whispered...

... the Immortal Lotus Sealing Array exploding in the very next moment!
