Celia: After Dying in the Apocalypse, I Live Once Again!
Volume 10. Chapter 295: Fixing The Newly Found Control Panel. (Chapter 1196)
Chapter 295: Fixing The Newly Found Control Panel.
Celia: “My exploration of Home hasn’t been that detailed or expansive, but how is it that you were the one to find this location, Runeth?” She asked with a curious tone and expression.
Runeth: “You’re doing it in a lazy way, while I was searching via tracking Pure Mana. I am still hopeful that non-Mana Beings can eventually use Pure Mana, after all, and Home has many mysteries.” She answered with a thinking pose.
Vulely: “Yes, so many…that none of it can be expressed in the rest of this narration. As such, get to it, Celia, fix the daughter-caused issue so I can end this thing already, I beg of you!” I pleaded with a tired tone, still wearing my bikini.
Nemu: “You aren’t very convincing in such an outfit, Vulely.” She added with a deadpan expression.
Vulely: “( ’-’ ~)”
In fact, I was the only one wearing my bikini, the others were dressed as usual. Of course, the ice snake woman, Celia made a giant fortress of ice for her, since she is not good with the heat in the least. And, yes, the heat was still very much a thing at the moment; the others were just able to withstand it in their normal attire. I, for one, am not willing to bake like that willingly; just please ignore my intentions of seducing Celia with this inappropriate-for-the-situation getup of mine.
Whoosh!
Another large slid door opened for us, revealing that control panel that Runeth mentioned earlier. She was clearly not giving the full truth of the matter, though. This place wasn’t a rundown electrical room that I envisioned, nor is it the sci-fi-like alternative, either. It was pure white room, made out of Pure Mana, hard to explain what it actually looks and feels like. Walking through the several nondescript halls was jarring, having to rely on Celia’s sense on Pure Mana to even know where we were going. The control panel was a large, square room, with nothing in it; of course, there is Pure Mana strings within, I just cannot see them.
Celia: “Guanyu, Runeth, Vulely, please stay at the entrance. Considering how damaging to Home just one thread being destroyed was…having either of you accidentally walk into one isn’t a preferred outcome.” She kindly warned.
Runeth: “Hey, Nemu going makes sense, as she can see Pure Mana…but what about me? I can see those threads as well, you know!” She exclaimed with a pout.
Celia: “Thread touching destroyer says what?” She replied with a head tilt.
Runeth: “…What.” She said with a defeated sigh.
With the daughter giving up, Celia and Nemu went to work. Even though she can see Pure Mana, Runeth doesn’t have the ability to properly interact with it; so leaving her to do what she pleases is, as Celia said earlier, not a good outcome. Hm? Why is my wife back? I, the ever humble and graceful Vulely, belittled myself, leaving Home to find Celia and Guanyu, then asking them to fix the heat. Do please keep your praising of me to a respectful minimum, thank you!
