Chapter 3200: Chaos, Order, Primordial, & Tribulation
Date: Unspecified
Time: Unspecified
Location: Myriad Cosmos Corridor, Unknow
“What are these Original Energies?” I asked BoBo, trying to see if I could sense some of these energies while I was still in the Myriad Cosmos Corridor.
Since I couldn’t sense my Soul Gem right now, I couldn’t store these energies, but sensing them shouldn’t be a problem.
“The Original Energies existed before us. They gave birth to the Myriad Cosmos as we know it today and brought the Myriad Cosmos Corridor into existence. There are countless Original Energies, but among them, four stand apart. At least one of these four energies can be found in every existing cosmos, earning them the title of the Main Original Energies. They are Chaos, Order, Primordial, and Tribulation.
“Since our pixie dust is made up of these Original Energies, it can replenish whatever energies a young cosmos lacks, allowing us to complete its creation and maintain its existence. Which is why we are known as the gardeners of the cosmos across the Myriad Cosmos.
“Take your cosmos, for example. It was our pixie dust that transformed a cosmos filled with nothing but Primordial Energy into the Myriad Realms you know today. The various Original Energies contained in our pixie dust supplemented the existing Primordial Energy, allowing it to give rise to Soul Energy, Celestial Force, Spiritual Energy, and millions of different Rule Powers. Together, these energies and forces formed everything that exists in your cosmos today.”
“There are so many cosmoses out there that have only one of the four Main Original Energies, but they have other Original Energies. Hence, they don’t even have the concept of Barred Beings. There are only a few cosmoses that consist purely of one of the Main Original Energies, like yours. Though they don’t have a path to transcendence, Transcendents specifically seek out these cosmoses to comprehend these Main Original Energies at a deeper level,” BoBo somehow went off track and began to brag about Primordial Pixies instead of talking about the Original Energies.
I guessed it was maybe because there was only so much she knew about the Original Energies. After all, unlike the other beings in the Myriad Cosmos, who had to try to comprehend these energies to gain and wield them, the Primordial Pixies were born with them. Not to mention, BoBo wasn’t even part of the Primordial Pixies tending to cosmoses but part of the Myriad Cosmos Corridor. And from the looks of it, there didn’t seem to be a lot of work around here.
“Wait a second. If your pixie dust contains all the Original Energies and supplements whatever a cosmos lacks, then wouldn’t that mean the cosmos now contains all the Original Energies?” I asked in confusion.
“You are making the same mistake as the Barred Beings from your cosmos. Pixie dust doesn’t create; it supplements and guides. It supplemented and guided the Primordial Energy in your cosmos to take on so many forms, creating the functioning cosmos you know today. You’ve used pixie dust yourself, right? Did it give you something new? No, it only supplemented and guided what was already there, helping you grow. There is a reason why we are not called Creators of Cosmos. We are called Gardeners of Cosmos,” BoBo pointed out where I had gone wrong.
Her words made me recall my work with Pixie Dust. Growth in my synchronisation rate, Ceed’s birth, etc. Each time, pixie dust had only dug out potential and accelerated growth. If I were to describe pixie dust, it was a universal supplement derived from all the Original Energies.
“You should have seen Dredre in my memories, right? About her controlling the Breath of Erosion?” I asked cautiously, seeing BoBo frown when I brought up another Pixie.
“What about it?” BoBo asked as she summoned a wisp of Breath of Erosion and continued, “Due to your influence, the curse on her has weakened, and she is able to do what she has been capable of since birth. There is nothing special about it.”
I was so wrong. Dredre was nowhere near becoming an Elder Pixie; she was just regaining part of her ability. Despite being wrong and Dredre still being far from becoming an Elder Pixie, that was good news.
“If Primordial Pixies are all almighty, why were the Barred Beings able to weaken them with a Bloodline Curse?” I found it bizarre that Primordial Pixies, who helped build the Myriad Realms, had fallen prey to a mere being from that realm.
“No being in the Myriad Cosmos can win against a Primordial Pixie in a direct fight. Yet, since the beginning, the Primordial Pixies have lost countless times. Why else do you think? It was trickery. In all those times, they fell to trickery…” BoBo trailed off as she furiously ate nearly half a dozen Calamity Fruits. I guessed she wasn’t indifferent to the plight of the Primordial Pixies in the Myriad Realms; it was just that she had seen it happen many times in different cosmoses, and it was always the same.
So, I decided to change the topic for now.
“BoBo, correct me if I am wrong. The Myriad Cosmos is a collection of cosmoses, and the Myriad Cosmos Corridor is the tunnel connecting them. So how can the latter be on a higher plane than the former?” I asked, failing to sense any kind of energy in the Myriad Cosmos Corridor, not even the Primordial Energy I was already used to.
“You are correct about the Myriad Cosmos, but not about the Myriad Cosmos Corridor. It doesn’t connect realms; it separates cosmoses. The Myriad Cosmos Corridor is the gap between the numerous cosmoses in the Myriad Cosmos.
“You know how each cosmos keeps expanding? What happens if two cosmoses collide during their expansion? The expansion of both cosmoses reverses, causing them to collapse back into singularities before starting over again as new ones.”
“To avoid such a scenario from ever happening, that is where you and I come in.”
