Chapter 335: Seoha’s family

Seoha’s POV

Taesan and I make our way into the mansion and I find my new family lying on the floor together.

A big nest has been made at the center of the living room and every person who is family to us is lying in it.

Minjae is lying with Seojun next to his body. Bada and Hanuel are side by side, and Junho is at the end. On the far end, Jisu and Sooin are lying together.

"Dad!" Sooin sits up when she notices us and Taesan places a finger to his lip to shush her.

She’s already dressed for bed. My eyes follow her movement as she runs over to us. Our pup hugs me first. I pat the top of her head fondly and smile at her excited giggle.

"My turn, princess" Taesan says and Sooin hugs him too.

"Dad did you fight with a dragon?" she asks her father curiously as he picks her up and Taesan blinks in confusion.

"What are you talking about, pup?" he asks and she pats his cheeks with both hands.

"You’re red" she says, and Taesan turns his head to give me a wink. He’s still proud of himself for what we did in the hotel room.

I don’t blame him for bragging. I still feel so good. My body hurts everywhere, but it feels nice to hurt like this. My body hurts in a good way...I think I can get Minjae to give me a full body massage.

"Why are you still awake, little miss? You have to go to school tomorrow" I say to Sooin and she pouts at me.

"But Bada and Hanuel always stay home, I want to stay home too" she whines cutely.

"Hanuel and Bada are still babies, Innah" I say to her.

"When it’s time for them to go to school, you’ll be there to hold their hands, right, Sooin noona?" Taesan asks and Sooin’s smile widens.

"Yes!" she says happily.

Sooin likes the idea of being a noona to her baby brothers. She has been practicing her big sister skills on her stuffed animals. She has been petting them, feeding them with imaginary bottles, and changing their clothes into her own clothes.

"Now go to bed, princess" Taesan says softly and puts her down.

"But I want to hug mom again" Sooin says with a pout and my heart softens for her. I can’t say no to those puppy eyes because my little girl is the most precious child in the world. I pinch her cheek fondly and she covers her mouth to muffle her squeal.

"Can I hug you, mom?" she asks politely and I nod.

This little angel is so mindful. I can’t wait to see what kind of person she grows into. She’ll be the kindest adult in the world and I’ll be there to make sure she lives the happy life she deserves.

"You can hug me all the time, little pup. I’m your mom" I coo at her and she nods.

"Jisu, hello" I say as Jisu waves Sooin over and she exchanges my greeting with a suggestive brow wiggling.

"Don’t talk to me, oppa. you two reek like a rabbit reproduction factory. I hope Minnie Oppa smells you and teases you" the silly young woman sticks her tongue out at me before taking Sooin upstairs.

"Jisu Unnie, what is a rabbit r-reprotect-duction factory?" Sooin asks, cutely messing the words up and looking at Jisu with wide questioning eyes.

"You can ask your dad in the morning" Jisu whispers and Taesan groans.

"I heard you, Jisu. You punk" Taesan calls after them and Jisu cackles.

Taesan huffs.

"Why are we surrounded by brats?" Taesan asks and I hug him, pressing my ear against his chest to hear his heart.

"We’re surrounded by the best people" I say before letting go of him and shaking my head at Jisu’s witchy cackles.

Despite the noise, Minjae doesn’t wake up, neither does Junho, Seojun and Bada. As for Hanuel, my baby boy’s eyes are wide open and he’s cooing softly at the ceiling light.

"I think he’s hungry" Taesan says and my eyes instantly fill up with tears.

That’s right. I can feed my babies now. I can give them milk.

"Go wash up. I’ll hold him and soothe him till you’re ready for him" Taesan says and I head for the stairs.

My legs shake as I go into our room, shower, and change into the simple clothes I wear at home. There’s a pair of blue pants and a stretched-out oversized shirt.

"Shin Seoha, this is a new stage." I say to my reflection in the mirror and take a deep breath. "You can do it" I encourage myself and return to the nest downstairs.

I feel refreshed, clean, and ready.

Taesan is gently rocking Hanuel side to side in front of the large mansion window and I pause to appreciate the sight of them. My alpha is speaking in baby talk to his son and it makes me jealous that my mate is so good with babies.

It makes me jealous that he’s good with kids and it’s all thanks to Jaemin and his trickery.

I exhale loudly to take Jaemin off my mind and Taesan turns around to look at me. His cheeks turn red from being caught doing baby talk. He’s so cute.

My alpha clears his throat and I try my best not to smile as I take my seat. He stays right next to me, waiting for me to get comfortable, and for me to set the nursing pillow.

"Like this?" I ask quietly as I take Hanuel from him and Taesan guides me with his words. He gently tells me what to do and how to do it right.

With his help, Hanuel latches on to my nipple and I sniffle to hold back happy tears.

My heart is pounding rapidly. I feel like I’m starting a new Chapter of my life. I’m busy taking in this moment with awe while little Hanuel continues to suckle like he has always known that his mom wouldn’t fail him.

"Calm down, baby. I can hear your heart racing" Taesan says, leaning in to kiss my temple.

"I’m so happy" I whisper and he hums.

"Me too, little thief. I’m happy you’re happy" he says.

I look down at my son for a few minutes and then I lift my head to look at the rest of my family sleeping in the large nest.

This feeling of satisfaction keeps getting bigger and bigger.
