Chapter 129: 129: Final Decision

"You..." Luther staggered closer to June’s team. "How is it possible...? How...?"

Ryan smiled. "What? Disappointed that the spy you implanted in our team didn’t help much?"

"...."

Luther was speechless as the entire audience gasped at the revelation.

Spy?!

June added with a smile, "It was a fair fight though. And you lost beautifully. Do you want another round to have your asses kicked?"

Jason immediately stepped forward and pulled Luther back. It was already embarrassing enough that they had lost, and he had no intention of letting Luther make things worse.

"Let’s go," he said, pulling him away as the rest of the Elite 5 staggered down from the arena and left in shame.

The crowd continued cheering wildly for June and his team, celebrating their shocking victory.

At that moment, Mr. Kevin turned and stared at the principal. "And what happened...?" he demanded.

The principal was speechless as well. He stood there staring in disbelief, wondering what the hell had happened. His eyes shifted toward Ken, but Ken didn’t even glance in his direction.

"We won!" June announced loudly for everyone to hear, staring directly at Mr. Kevin. "But the authorities don’t seem happy at all. Could it be that you’re disappointed?"

He continued, his voice carrying across the now quieter arena. "If the authorities already have favorites they were betting on to win—supporting the already powerful without giving room for those still growing to grow—then how on earth is this an academy?"

Everyone fell silent, listening as June continued, his eyes firmly locked on Kevin and the other authorities.

"If you can’t give equal room for growth and root for all the students you accepted into this academy, then please shut down this shitty school and go run a home tutorial for your little favorites."

With his statement, the atmosphere became quiet and contemplative. Some students slowly nodded at his words, agreeing with him and reflecting on what he had said, while others stared at June in shock at his audacity to openly question the academy.

Phones were already being pulled out, recording what would undoubtedly become viral moments.

June turned toward his teammates. "Let’s go. We don’t need anyone telling us congratulations when it was already clear who the expected winners were. I guess we messed up their bet big time."

With that, they began making their way down.

Mr. Kevin was furious, but he maintained his composure as he spoke.

"You’re just going to walk away like that after destroying the academy’s prized possession? No remorse?"

June turned and stared at Nyx. The two of them seemed to realize at the same time that Nyx had actually destroyed the simulated dungeon with his skill.

Still, June turned back to Mr. Kevin with a calm expression. "And what do you want to do? Punish us for it?"

Mr. Kevin held his chin high. "The academy’s rule is simple. If a student destroys a major property of the academy, they are liable for punishment. And the school will decide on that punishment."

June stood there with a soft smile as he stared up at him. "Is that so? So what punishment have you decided on?"

At that moment, Professor Watt didn’t hesitate.

"For this case, it has already been decided. You’ll be expelled from the academy for such an act."

The entire atmosphere went silent before instantly erupting into murmurs. Everyone stared in disbelief.

"What?"

"Did I hear that right?"

"Expelled? The F-rank Guide will be expelled?"

"How did it escalate this fast?!"

Silence followed.

Ryan and Nyx stared at June in shock before looking toward Mr. Kevin.

Professor Watt continued, "That’s the school rule... right, Mr. Principal?"

He turned toward the principal, who slowly nodded.

They had been looking for an opportunity to expel June ever since Mr. Kevin’s plans had begun. Now that they had gotten one, they immediately grabbed it.

"So it’s final," Mr. Kevin said with a firm smile. "As a consequence, you’ll be expelled from our prestigious academy."

Nyx immediately grew uneasy.

"No, you can’t do that! Why would you—how do you even have proof that he’s the one who destroyed it?! I was—"

Before he could continue, June held Nyx’s hand and stopped him.

Nyx turned toward him, but June simply gave him a gentle smile and shook his head. Then he turned back toward Mr. Kevin.

"So you’re finding an easy way to throw away your obstacle? That’s a pathetic way out..."

"What?" Mr. Kevin frowned. "What did you say?"

"Nothing. I sneezed because I was allergic to nonsense," June casually replied.

"...."

Mr. Watt cleared his throat.

"From day one, Mr. En has been a terrible example of a student of this academy. He’s the literal opposite of what this great academy stands for."

He continued without hesitation. "He’s always late to class, unserious with his studies and tests, and doesn’t take his academics seriously. He has terrible relationships with other students and constantly looks down on everyone."

"He even looks down on his seniors and talks down on our great academy, as you can clearly see. Someone as unruly as him, especially an F-rank, has no business being in our great academy. So he has every reason to be expelled."

June kept his eyes on Mr. Watt as he spoke, staring firmly at him with a soft smile lingering at the corner of his lips.

He found the entire thing silly and pathetic. He had dealt with enough people ganging up against him in his previous life to recognize exactly what was happening.

"You can’t say that about—" Nyx tried to speak again, but June stopped him once more.

With a calm smile on his face, June stared up at the authorities.

"All big words and no brains. I guess the dignity of this academy died the moment suit-wearing airheads were placed in such important seats."

"...."

Everyone was speechless at how completely uncensored he was with his words.

"You—" Mr. Kevin tried to speak.

"And you shut up," June firmly cut him off.

The entire arena froze.

"I wonder how much you’ve threatened them to have them all dancing to your dumb tunes."

His eyes moved toward the other authorities.

"An academy that can’t think for itself but relies on shallow government influence to operate certainly doesn’t deserve my time."

June sighed.

"So why waste it here? Sure. I’ll drop out myself then."

Everyone gasped as murmurs immediately filled the atmosphere.

His teammates stared at him in disbelief. Nyx looked especially devastated, his expression filled with heartbreak and disappointment.

June smiled as he stared directly at Mr. Kevin.

"And you..." His smile slowly widened. "You better watch your back. Because this unruly F-rank Guide is going to make you wet your pants if you can’t keep your hands off my person."

He tilted his head slightly.

"It’s a promise."
