Chapter 70: Chapter 70: The Audacity of Vance Crossing the Line

Henry’s eyes widened as he stared at the unexpected visitor. For a moment, he couldn’t say a word. He just stood there, completely stunned by who was standing at the door.

It wasn’t Sarah.

Instead, standing right on the threshold was Vance, dressed in a brazenly sheer mesh shirt with sparkling details, paired with sleek black leather trousers. He held a sleek leather briefcase in one hand, while a sly, knowing smirk curved across his lips as he looked straight at Henry.

Henry blinked, completely confused by Vance’s unexpected appearance and the way he was dressed. He slowly glanced over his shoulder toward the living room, where Elisha was already getting to his feet and starting to walk toward him.

Elisha had no idea who was standing at the door. Assuming everything was going according to the surprise he had arranged, he simply smiled and walked toward Henry.

Henry glanced back at Elisha and forced an uneasy smile. "Babe... maybe Sarah couldn’t make it over here herself. She probably sent someone else to bring the files."

Before Elisha could respond, Henry opened the door wider and stepped aside to let the person outside in.

Vance walked straight into the house, crossing the threshold and stepping into the foyer.

The moment Elisha’s eyes landed on Vance, his gaze dropped to the sheer shirt he was wearing before moving back to his face. Elisha’s expression changed instantly. He quickened his steps, closing the remaining distance between himself and Henry.

"Vance?!" He snapped, his voice filled with anger. "What the hell are you doing in my house?"

Henry knew Vance had wanted Elisha in the past, so he assumed Elisha’s reaction had something to do with their history. Seeing how angry Elisha was, he stepped closer and raised a hand to calm him.

"Come on, babe, stop. You said Sarah was bringing some files. Maybe she couldn’t make it, so Vance decided to bring them himself."

"No, baby. That’s not what happened," Elisha replied firmly. "I don’t want him here, and he needs to leave now."

"Come on, babe. Just take the files and deal with the work. Put everything else aside for now."

"No. This can’t be put aside. Vance has to leave." Elisha then turned to Henry. "Babe, can you leave the two of us alone for a while?"

Henry stepped closer and leaned toward him. "Be gentle. I know you don’t like him, but you don’t have to make it this obvious."

"I’m going to make it very obvious," Elisha replied. "He doesn’t deserve to see the good side of me."

Henry sighed. "Fine. I’ll leave you two alone. He’s still your manager." He leaned closer and whispered in Elisha’s ear, "Easy, baby."

Elisha didn’t answer.

Henry gave him one last look before turning away and heading upstairs toward their bedroom, leaving Elisha alone with Vance.

Once Henry was out of sight, Elisha turned back to Vance, his hands shaking with anger.

"If you don’t get the hell out of my house right now, Vance, I’ll have no choice but to terminate your employment. You’ll find your termination letter waiting for you at the office tomorrow morning."

Vance didn’t flinch. Instead, he stepped closer and ran a hand down his chest over the sheer mesh shirt, a smug smile playing on his lips.

"I’m only here for work, Boss. Why are you making such a big deal out of it?" he asked. "Do I tempt you that much that you can’t even stand having me near you?"

"Tempt me?" Elisha let out a harsh, disbelieving laugh and stepped closer, his face filled with disgust. "You really think you could tempt me? You walk into my home dressed like that, while knowing I’m about to marry Henry, and you still think I would want you? Looking at you makes my skin crawl. You’re arrogant, delusional, and completely out of line."

Vance’s smirk faltered for a moment, a flash of malice crossing his eyes.

"That’s right. You’re getting married, but you’re not married yet," Vance said sharply. "That means you still have time to change your mind. Think about it, Boss. You deserve someone like me. He doesn’t deserve you."

"You don’t stand a chance with me, Vance. Not now, not ever." Elisha pointed toward the door. "Get out of my house before I give you a reason to regret coming here."

Without waiting for a response, Elisha turned away and walked toward the landline in the foyer. He picked up the receiver and called the security team at the main gate.

"Send security to the house. Now."

He hung up and turned back toward Vance, his expression cold and unforgiving.

A few moments later, the security team entered the foyer.

Elisha pointed toward Vance. "You see him? I don’t want him coming onto my property again. From now on, if he shows up at these gates, turn him away immediately. I don’t care what excuse he gives or who he claims he’s here to see. He is not allowed inside."

"Yes, sir," one of the security officers replied.

"Make sure everyone at the gate knows."

"Yes, sir."

The security officers turned toward Vance.

Before they could reach him, Vance gave Elisha a slow, knowing smirk. He didn’t look intimidated in the slightest.

"Don’t worry, Boss," he said calmly. "I’m leaving."

He glanced toward the security officers, then back at Elisha with the same arrogant expression. "But this isn’t over."

One of the officers stepped forward and gestured toward the door. Vance gave Elisha one last arrogant look before finally turning and allowing the security team to escort him out of the house.

Elisha watched him leave, his jaw still tight with anger. As soon as Vance was out of sight, Elisha turned away from the foyer and hurried upstairs.

When he reached the bedroom, he saw Henry sitting on the balcony, quietly watching the security team escort Vance through the estate gates.

Elisha stepped through the glass doors and walked onto the balcony. He pulled out a chair and sat across from Henry, his expression filled with anger.

Henry didn’t look at him at first. He kept his eyes on the gates for a few moments before finally turning toward Elisha.

"Can you tell me what actually happened between the two of you?" he asked calmly. "And don’t you dare lie to me, Elisha. I know you. You’re not the kind of person who would hate someone this much without a serious reason. You clearly despise Vance. Why?"

Elisha swallowed, realizing he couldn’t hide it anymore.

"Fine. Since you want to know, I’ll tell you. Yesterday, Vance sent me a message saying he still wanted me. He said he wanted me to sleep with him."

Henry listened quietly, his expression hardening. "And how did you respond when he sent you that message?" he asked.

"I didn’t reply," Elisha answered quickly. "I ignored him. But then he sent me explicit photos and videos of himself completely naked and touching himself while calling my name."

Henry’s eyes widened.

For a moment, Elisha braced himself, expecting Henry to explode with anger or demand to know why he hadn’t fired Vance sooner.

"You don’t have to worry, pretty. I’m sorry I kept this from you—"

Henry leaned forward before he could finish, his eyes suddenly filled with curiosity.

"Wait. Where are the pictures and videos?"

"Don’t worry about them, I already deleted all of them," Elisha said, blinking in surprise.

Henry immediately sat up straight. "You what?"

"Trust me, pretty. I deleted them as soon as I saw them."

"You deleted them?!" Henry exclaimed, throwing his hands up in mock betrayal. "Why would you delete them without letting me see? How could you do that to me?!"

Elisha stared at him, bewildered. "Henry... you’re not angry?"

"What? Why would I be angry?" Henry scoffed, a mischievous grin spreading across his face. "I just wanted to see what he was sending you. That man has no shame!"

"I already deleted it," Elisha repeated, shaking his head in disbelief.

"Go to your Recently Deleted folder. Let’s see if they’re still there!" Henry demanded, holding out his hand. "I have to see them."

Elisha crossed his arms, a flash of irritation crossing his face. "You don’t even care about what he did to me? You only care about looking at another man naked?"

"Of course I care," Henry replied with a roll of his eyes, though he couldn’t hide his amusement. "I wasn’t worried about the messages because I trust you."

Elisha raised an eyebrow, slightly mollified. "Why?"

"Because you know that if you ever cheated on me, I’d literally end your life," Henry said sweetly, flashing him an innocent smile. "So I knew you wouldn’t dare. Now give me your phone."

He leaned closer with a teasing grin. "Besides, I just wanted to see how big or small his cock actually is compared to mine."

That was the final straw. Elisha’s face flushed with anger and jealousy. With a huff, he pulled his phone from his pocket, tossed it onto the table in the middle of the balcony, and stood up.

"Fine! Find them yourself since you want to see another man’s body so badly!"

Henry grabbed the phone, laughing brightly. "What is wrong with you, Elisha? You get jealous over absolutely everything! It’s just a simple cock to take a look at, and you’re already throwing a tantrum."

Without answering, Elisha turned on his heel and walked back into the bedroom. He climbed onto the king-sized bed, dropped onto the mattress, and turned his back toward the balcony.

Outside, Henry unlocked the phone, navigated to the Recently Deleted album, found all of Vance’s deleted photos and videos, and restored them. With a few quick taps, he transferred...
