Chapter 1290: Is It Little Ah Qing?
Chapter 1290: Is It Little Ah Qing?
Mid Quasi-Immortal cultivation power swept madly through the starry sky in the area, covering entire universes like heavenly tribulation. Rumbling sounds echoed everywhere. The canon of order manifested as chains, which swept through the void and locked down everything.
Sir Star Ring wasn’t holding anything back. Eventually, he sensed a person fleeing through a rift in the void! The person was clearly very adept at getting away unnoticed. Were it not for the fact that Sir Star Ring was very close to late Quasi-Immortal, he probably would not have noticed the clues.
The fleeing person looked very strange. His head was the size of a normal person, and resembled a young man who was neither good-looking nor ugly. His body, though, was that of a five- or six-year-old child. The bulky robe he was wearing made him look almost like a ghost.
As for his aura… it was that of an Imperial Sovereign. That said, he was moving so fast he was like a blur. He was obviously using a secret magic of some sort, and even seemed to have fused with the star ring itself in some way.
Seeing all that caused Sir Star Ring’s eyes to overflow with killing intent. His right hand flashed with an incantation gesture, causing countless lightning bolts and chains of order to shoot toward the fleeing figure. Sir Star Ring himself also gave chase. The killing intent materialized, locking down the entire area!
His eyes were crimson. That heaven’s principle was very important to him for his breakthrough. He had spent blood, sweat, and tears to get it, and had even set up the entire secret mansion grotto in order to prevent anything unexpected from happening. He had set up warding spells all over the shattered planet, and had been careful to maintain them.
How could he ever have imagined that something like this would happen?? That mouth seemingly came out of nowhere. And even more gruish was the fact that Sir Star Ring hadn’t been able to detect it at all.
Sir Star Ring was like an erupting volcano as he chased after the fleeing figure. Where he passed, the starry sky shattered. And soon, his power swept over the thief.
The fleeing figure exploded. However, only a moment later, he formed anew and then started fleeing again.
Sir Star Ring snorted coldly and set his foot down. That step took him right to the thief, where he sent pressure out in all directions. The weight of order erupted, and his immortal embryo’s power surged out.
The strange-looking thief exploded again. This time, he didn’t form anew. Instead, the shattered flesh and blood turned into a host of wriggling blue worms that scattered in different directions. At the same time, they belched out a large volume of mist that distorted the void and upturned natural laws. The multicolored mist seemed corrosive, but Sir Star Ring’s cultivation base was so high that he simply unleashed his canon. The resulting order shattered all the mist.
It also caused all of the worms to explode. However, the moment they exploded, a frigid energy swept out madly in all directions.
The frigid energy wasn’t a sealing ice, but rather, a force of destruction. It destroyed all traces of passage! In other words, it made it seem like his true form was dead, while in fact, he had vanished without a trace.
Sir Star Ring looked around grimly. He had lost track of the thief!
This guy is weak but very gruish….
Sir Star Ring’s eyes were ice-cold. The sensation he got was that this person had carried out countless heists, to the point where it was an ordinary circumstance to have someone trying to chase him down and kill him. Given his extensive experience in that regard, he had a host of gruish techniques to draw on. At the moment, Sir Star Ring knew he had no way to track the person down.
That said, those motes of heaven’s principle are deeply connected to my canon. Special escape methods aside, he’s still just a measly Imperial Sovereign. Assimilating that collection will not be easy to do….
Sir Star Ring chuckled coldly and used his connection to the heaven’s principle to start tracking it down. A few days later, Sir Star Ring could be seen hovering motionless in the starry sky, his eyes closed, but a scowl on his face.
A short time later, the void rippled and Sir Vilespirit stepped out. Looking at Sir Star Ring, he grinned.
“Sir Star Ring. I never thought I would see the day that you asked for my help.”
Sir Star Ring ignored his comment.
Sir Vilespirit raised an eyebrow but said nothing further as the void next to him rippled. Yuanshan Su appeared. Next came Hordeslayer and Rampart, who hadn’t been inclined to show their faces, but in the end, realized that they might need Sir Star Ring’s help later. Next to arrive was Li Mengtu, who was only now returning to the area.
Finally, Zhou Zhengli showed up. “Given your cultivation base, Sir Star Ring, how could an Imperial Sovereign evade you for so long?”
Sir Star Ring opened his eyes and looked at the group. “He’s only an Imperial Sovereign, but he’s very gruish. He seems like a cultivator, but also resembles a god or even a mutant. He has undying characteristics, and can split apart into innumerable clones. I’ve actually wiped him out numerous times, but his flesh and blood just scatters and then comes back to life. What’s more, he’s obviously an expert in being deceptive.
“I’ve been able to sense that my collection of heaven’s principle is on the verge of being assimilated. I suspect that this person seems like an Imperial Sovereign, but is actually an injured True God! That is why I’ve troubled you all to come here. Going forward, I’ll owe all of you a favor!”
Sir Star Ring spoke in a rather stiff manner. He had never asked anyone for help, but at the moment, he was out of options, and time was running out. Meanwhile, his words caused the others’ eyes to glitter with interest.
Zhou Zhengli looked at the surrounding void and smiled. “Not a problem. How exactly would you like us to help?”
“I’ve tracked the thief down to the universe up ahead,” Sir Star Ring replied. “Please, unleash your sealing magics to block all the exits. I’m going to assimilate this universe, and that way, the thief will be unable to escape!”
Li Mengtu nodded. Waving his hand, he unleashed his canon, causing a massive poisonous flower to cover the universe in question. His poison canon was then made manifest in the form of millions of streams of poisonous fog.
Sir Vilespirit grinned and took out his broken sword. Its raging, baleful aura locked down the area. Yuanshan Su, Hordeslayer, and Rampart all used their various canons and Quasi-Immortal might to further seal the area. Last was Zhou Zhengli, whose forehead opened to reveal a third eye, which finished the sealing.
Their combined power caused the universe up ahead to tremble. Then Sir Star Ring sat down cross-legged and performed a double-handed incantation gesture, causing chains of order to snake out and wrap around the universe. He immediately started assimilating it!
Based on his connection to heaven’s principle, he could sense that the thief was getting very anxious.
At the most, it will take a few days to force you out into the open!

A figure was fleeing at top speed through the sealed universe. Put precisely, a head was rolling along through it. Occasionally, some motes of heaven’s principle would spill out, though he would quickly swallow them back up.
It went without saying that the head was Erniu. At the moment, he really was starting to get nervous.
What the hell kind of place is this…? Why are there so many strong people around here?? Besides, I’m just borrowing this stuff! Is there really a need to push things this far? Isn’t chasing me for half a month enough, ya fool? You killed me a bunch of times! And yet you’re still coming after me?? This is outright bullying!!
Erniu quickly swallowed some of the heaven’s principle he had spilled. He already had planned a way to escape, but doing so would require giving up the stolen goods. And he wasn’t willing to do that.
This is some precious stuff. It would be a huge waste to give it up!
A crazy look could be seen in Erniu’s eyes, and it was a struggle for him to breathe steadily. After escaping from that pocket realm, he had been careful to stay out of sight. That was especially true after he realized how many powerful experts there were in the area.
His current situation came about because he was just too gluttonous. Having sensed the precious treasure right there, he had taken a big risk and devoured it.
What should I do? Do I… really just throw caution to the wind??
Grinding his teeth, he finally decided that he had no choice but to undo one of his seals. However, that was when a terrifying stream of divine will swept over him. Erniu shivered as a sense of deadly crisis filled him. The divine will made him feel like a tiny rowboat navigating terrifying waves. But then his jaw nearly dropped, and his expression became one of doubt. His eyes widened.
It seems so familiar. Is this… is it… Little Ah Qing??

Outside of the universe, the divine will swept through the area, causing Sir Star Ring and the others to shiver. Zhou Zhengli’s eyes lit up, and he shot to his feet and bowed.
“We offer respectful greetings, Young Lord!”
A person approached through the starry sky. He wore a daoist robe and had long, flowing hair. A dao will emanated from him, and he was surrounded by auspicious signs. Every step he took caused the entire starry sky to tremble. He was none other than Xu Qing!
However, he didn’t seem interested in anyone gathered outside of the universe. Instead, he was looking at the universe itself with a very curious and surprised look on his face.
