"No price, this is a celebration gift for our victory and the transformation of our world, each city will get their own special trait that they can develop."

Since it’s free and they can use their former zone to nurture their pet beasts in the future, everyone enthusiastically agrees.

"Good, then, tell me, where do you want me to put the special place for your territory?" He asks.

After hearing this question, they were stunned, suddenly, one of them speaks.

"In the east, there’s already a natural lake there and dragon king Dorgagon told us before that he’s planning to connect that lake with the rivers and lakes on his project."

"Hmm, then, I’ll create a man-made river that will be connected to artificial ponds, then, encircling the city, finally, going through with it but I suggest that you think more about it, after all, this will drastically changed the city’s structure and even your sewer lines."

"We actually don’t care, my lord, it’s because, during the transformation, our city has suffered greatly because of how weak it’s infrastructures are, after all, we hadn’t expected that staying in this zone is as comfortable as our home, much more safer too."

"So, you’re thinking of fully developing this territory and the surrounding territories?"

"Yes, we have decided to become natives here and we are even thinking of earning enough money to have our city connect with Dragon King City."

"Interesting, you guys actually have some grand dream, are you thinking of dethroning Beast King City as the number one city in our region? No, let me rephrase that, in our entire continent."

The expression of everyone darkens but they aren’t angry at him but themselves, they curses themselves for being too arrogant, they might have numbers but their foundation isn’t enough to overthrow Beast King City.

"We understand, we are grateful for your wake-up call." The city lord bows, followed by the others.

"That’s good, then, I’ll start inscribing runes on the space gate, I’m going to need a couple of weeks to complete this project."

Hearing this, everyone actually have the idea to transfer to the surrounding villages, they don’t want to burden the administration of Golden Qi Capital anymore, they wanted to show everyone that they have some backbone.

After the city thanked him, he went to another city, Skyhigh City, he has some major plans for this city, especially, after their help transporting people everywhere in their region, helping people reunite.

He’s going to make their territory full of flying lands!

This place is going to be the greatest training area and flying habitats in their region, probably, in their whole world.

Those that are in tune with the wind element will have a boost in training if they stay here.

Creating flying islands or just even plots of lands permanently is near impossible for others but not for him.

He has four runes that can help him create such things but first, he needs to talk to John about this plan.

After landing on the ground, his presence shocked everyone, especially those that instantly recognized him.

"Greetings, lord Sean!" They roar at the top of their lungs as they bow to him.

"At ease, can anyone point me the direction of the city hall?"

One of the bystanders shouts. "We’re going to inform the city lord!"

Before he can even say anything, multiple people ran towards the direction of the city hall.

Five minutes later, John arrives with his group in a hurried manner.

"Greetings, Sean-sensei." He shameless greets.

This was a title reserved only to those that Sean has taught but actually, it was reserved for those at Golden Qi Capital.

His lip twitches a little but he can’t deny that John is actually the closet friends of his students amongst all the children in the other cities.

"I have come to inform you that I’m giving out free blessings to all the cities that exist on our zone. Call it a celebration for both our victory over our enemies and the transformation of our world."

He shares to them his massive project and what he proposed shocked everyone.

"As expected of sensei! You actually plan to make floating lands! No one can imagine the depths of your power! Let us lend you our help! It will be our greatest honour!"

"Then, can you give a map of your cities with a large patch of land, hills or mountains that aren’t inhabitated by any living creature?"

"We will immediately do the task!"

"Good, in the meanwhile, I’m going to the dwarf city to complete the final procedures for their space gates, didn’t your city asked for an upgrade of space gate, one that connects to Dwarf City?"

"Yes, we have, we are grateful for all the things you done and you will do." He bows z which everyone quickly follows.

"Then, I hope that you guys can finish the task I’ve given you when I return."

With his word, he flies away, in fact, he can do it himself, it would only take him a couple of minutes but he wants the people of that city to feel that they are participating in a mission that will help their city improve.

His speed is Incredibly fast and in just a matter of minutes, he arrives at his destination.

Looking at the shabby and quiet city below him, he was stunned.

Landing softly on the ground, he scans the area with his divine sense and there’s almost no people inside the city.

His expression hardens as he flies towards the location of the city hall.

Misfit and the city lord were discussing something when someone knocked on their we indow.

When they saw who it was, they freeze in shock, both are too shocked to actually react clearly and normally.

He continues on knocking, this time, much harder, causing the window feels like they’re breaking.

"My lord, you grace us with your present." Finally, Misfit moves and bows to him, the city lord quickly follows her step.

"At ease, I have come to visit you for multiple reasons." He waves his hand, this gesture is now repeated by him multiple times.

"Where are your people? Are they in some sort of danger? Since, I’m already here, I shall rescue them."

The two were stunned, they feel relieved by his presence, the city lord was even on the verge of tearing up.

"They’re not in danger, my lord. At the moment, they are in different cities, they are at different locations, they were recruited by the other cities to strengthen their infrastructure because of the great transformation."

Hearing this, Sean was relieved, he then tell them about his main purpose and the eyes of Misfit and the city lord lights up.

Their long awaited wish of having their own space gate is finally realized, not to mention, Sean is going to create a special place for them!

"Since your city is mostly consist of dwarves, artisans and smiths, I have decided to create a volcano that’s not active so that you guys can use the fire in the mountain to craft your items."

Hearing this, the two were shaken but Misfit quickly recovers, for her, nothing is impossible for the god she worships.

"The volcano will be covered with frost and snow in it’s outer layer but deep inside is the smouldering heat that can melt all types of metals that exists in our world."

The two accepted his gift with a huge smile but his next question causes their smile to turn stiff.

"By the way, I understand that dwarves are great builders and most of their cities are heavily fortified, so, why is this city so impoverished? Is the administration not treating you well? I think that shouldn’t be possible as you her in your side."

"The dwarves are a bit special, they wanted to build the city themselves but because they are too busy, it was left to this state but don’t worry, my lord, we had already planned to start our project after the space gate is built." Misfit hurriedly explains.

"Ah! You’re basing your design with the space gate as it’s core, quite brilliant! As expected of one of Jasmine’s subordinates." After rubbing her head.

She smiles shyly but in fact, she’s guilty when she thinks about that she somewhat lied to him.

"As a Fox Spirit, lord Sean believes my word immediately, it’s because we are the most reliable companion that he thinks of, if we fail to achieve what we promise, I suggest that you pick another assistant."

She sighs as she is determined that if her words didn’t come true, she’ll commit S.

The city lord trembles, just for their city, she actually staked her life, he was now immerse in guilt and determination.

Meanwhile, Sean doesn’t know what’s happening as usual.

He doesn’t really try to invade the minds of their subordinates.

With Earth Rune and Fire Rune, he can manipulate both earth and fire, with his authority and power over their world, creating a volcano is actually much easier compared to the ones that he built.

After all, he wasn’t going to transform the place to accommodate the entire city, it’s the dwarves’ jobs to build a magnificent city of their own.

The entire place starts shaking as a volatile energy starts rolling about.

Sean chuckles, with the existence of volcano with such intense fire and earth element within it, just a couple of years of existence will make it produce fire crystals and magnificent ores.

They can just buy high quality and active ores from Golden Qi Capital and let it transform for a couple of years by absorbing energy.

He’s giving them a magnificent place to gather resources that can nurture them in the future and even become their lifeblood.

In just an hour, a tall mountain appears in the vicinity, looking at the rolling smoke above, they can’t help but feel the intense heat coming from it.

He returns to the city hall and informs them about the situation of their new treasure.

"It needs some time to cool down but because of it’s size, it will start to gather snow, be prepared for such a event."

Using the power of faith and Heavenly Law Rune, he is certain that it will become a snowy peak but with intense heat inside.

He didn’t immediately went back to Skyhigh City as it will be too much, it didn’t even take a whole day to complete the task he had on Dwarf City.

His next target is actually Everglazed Witch City, to be more precise, to let them travel to another region that has plains.

This move is too great that he decided that he won’t give them a free gift, just blessed the land that they’re going to own.

When he arrives at the city, the guards immediately informs Goliath about his presence and both him and Witch arrives with their group.

"We greet lord Sean." They bow to him respectfully.

"It seems that the two of you had grown since the last time we met, I have come here to give you some great news."

The two listens carefully.

"I have decided to actually waiver the cost of the upgrade in your space gate but because of this action, you guys won’t receive the special gift I had given to the other cities."

They were stunned but after hearing the latter part of his words, they can’t help but become curious.

Still, to have their cost waived is something that they really need.

They can now buy more beasts for them to raise, they also can pay the beastmen that are going to work for them.

"Good, now then, I’m going to fly on that location, who will come with me?"

"Lady Witch, can you-" Witch raises her hands to stop him.

"No, it needs to be you, don’t worry, it probably won’t take long, especially, since you’re going with lord Sean, you are the city lord! Your status should be equal to mine, you need to have confidence in yourself and what you achieved."

He summons his cloud with his rune and covers them with his divine sense as they fly at a faster speed.

In just a short couple of minutes, they arrive at their destination, with such speed, he would be able to go to the other continent if he wants to.

Unfortunately, he still worries about his world and doesn’t want to go there before at least one of them reached the Innate Realm.

"We have arrived, don’t open your eyes, just sit or lie there to recover from the whiplash of the travel." He advises them.

They fall to the soft grassy ground, feeling quite sick, their recovery took longer than the amount of time they need to arrive.

"Now that your sense of balance has returned, you should open your eyes and look at the area around you."

They were mesmerized by the vast expanse of land in front of them, they were so shocked that their mouths are now wide open."

"I’m going to start building the space gate, it can be connected in two ways, one is in your city and the other is on Golden Qi Capital but don’t worry, only people that is granted permission by your own city can go here using the space gate on our city."

They nod their heads mechanically, still mesmerized by what they are seeing.

"These are seeds created by Liliaghant, it’s a type of grass that’s beneficial for growth for any herbivore or omnivore. This isn’t free but just buying one seed can help you create a large patch of land that’s perfect for herding animals."

"We want to buy one hundred seeds!" Goliath’s decision was firm.

Now that they’re going to be reimbursed for this protect, he wants to improve on their earlier plans.

"Great, here, one hundred seeds, remember, these seeds are laced with highly gluttonous power but because of this, they also require quite a large amount of nutrients but don’t worry, if you guys manage to buy many mystique creatures that are suitable for farming and herding, their own droppings can be used as nutrients."

That’s actually great news for them, especially, since their main target of consumption are pigs, followed by cattles, then sheeps.

Once the seeds are on their hands, they excitedly started discussing on where to plant them.

Sean didn’t really join in their conversation, he’s now busy building the space gate.

With ease, he was able to create a space gate, with a light of activation, it’s now connected to Golden Qi Capital and Everglazed Witch City.
