Golden Qi Capital has both, they are heavily monitored, each establishment is too notorious to be left on the hands of just anyone so they are owned by the city themselves.

These two establishment are quite popular for adventurers, gambling addicts are actually forbidden to play if someone noticed the first sign.

Meanwhile, brothels are actually owned by mostly women that learned dual cultivation or those that harvest yang essence, many of them doesn’t want to train and just want to rank up using this method.

Cladiius nods his head and their group parts for him to fly away.

Hearing this, the beastmen were confused, they look at each other not knowing what to say.

"Since you guys are beastmen, that means that you guys rely heavily in your physiques, spiritual energy can only absorbed by those that have technique or those at gold rank, the spirit stone mine will help your city grow financially but in order to increase your strength and training speed, you guys need something else."

Suddenly, his eyes lights up, there is actually a resource that is used by nearly all the martial artists in their world.

Blood crystals!

They are perfect for the beastmen, especially, if they can finalized their plan with Beast King City and Everglazed Witch City.

"I think I now have an idea on what to create for your city."

He shares to them his plan and they were shocked, they immediately accepted his gift and are now kowtowing him even after he told them to stop.

With Liliaghant’s creations, he have multiple plants that can help him create blood crystals.

The tree that he had chosen is the vampire tree, known for it’s ability to absorb blood of creatures that are bleeding around it, he can exploit this trait and create a place that can produce blood crystals.

"Using this place as the sacred ground, you guys can use the blood of animals to feed the trees and obtained blood crystals in the area."

A couple of days later, Sean has completed his setup, he had to return to Beast King City and apologize to Cladiius that he might take a lot longer than expected.

In a place full of scarlet trees, the beastmen were mesmerized by the crystals growing at the trees.

Using the devouring rune and the transformation rune, he managed to create a large expanse of trees that can bear blood crystals.

The trees no longer bear any blood fruits, it’s the only thing that he transforms from them.

Waving goodbye to the beastmen, he enters the space gate and arrives at Beast King City.

"I’m finished with my task on Beast City, you can now tell me what’s going on with those creatures prowling near your cities."

"They are spirits of beasts that seemed to be revived by some sort of power, defeating them and earning their recognition will increase the strength of any similar type of mystique creatures that’s owned by any martial artists."

He got this idea from the underground graveyard on Ghost God City.

Once again, he spent a couple of days building the special project, he created a coliseum that’s not that big but entering it is another story.

"You can call this place a dungeon, this will house all of those spirits and at the same time nurture more apparition in the future."

"Now then, I’m going to bring the root cause of all of this and at the same time, bring all the spirits here."

With a flash, he flies towards a certain location, the spirits are cowering as they sensed the extreme danger emitting from him.

The farther he travels, the more spirits he encounters, until, he even encounters ones that had reached Pseudo Innate Realm.

"I have already known that you are special but I didn’t expect that you actually reached the peak of Innate Realm before you died." He mutters.

The mountain peak and everything around it is actually one giant corpse that existed during the dawn of the creation of this world.

With a loud shout, he pulls the entire plot of land, creating a giant valley.

"I’m just glad that the space inside the dungeon is folded into separate locations."

The space inside the dungeon is actually connected to Beast World.

The realm that exists between the living and the dead, just barely touching the edge of Purgatory.

This will serve well of anchoring Beast World into this world, he’s making contingency plans in case the will of this world will try to control him again.

The heaven is cruel, this is a known fact, of all the worlds in the universe that are capable of nurturing life, only one percent are actually loving to their creations.

"Now that everything is complete, you guys can now start marketing the dungeon as a challenge to all of those that wishes to gain more strength or want to train themselves."

Cladiius and the others are basically staring at the dungeon intensely, they wanted to go there immediately but knew that they must have appropriate mystique creatures before entering.

"A heads-up, this place consumes spiritual energy to continuously supply itself with power, you don’t need to do anything as it will absorb the energy from the large spirit stone mine in your city but you also need to regulate it by hunting the creatures there every day, our city has the largest spirit stone mine in our region, excluding our city of course."

"What’s the danger if we let those creatures just grow? Will they be able to escape the dungeon?"

"No, I made sure of that but this dungeon has ten floors, the lower you go, the stronger the entities are. Their strength aren’t actually fixed, that means that it they grow too strong, you guys will be unable to use it to grow stronger yourselves."

"We understand, I’ll let the adventure guild in our city knows about the opportunities that they can obtain from this dungeon and they only need to pay a small fee to use it." Cladiius smiles cunningly.

"You, you have actually become quite a good city lord, who would have expected this?" Rather than feel that he’s shameless, he actually sees him as smart.

"Okay, I’m going to City Y, or New Dawn City, I have to build a special location for them and complete the space gate on that city."

He disappears from their sight as he flies towards New Dawn City.

He can only accept their request, after a grand feast, he immediately went to work.

It’s a bit more difficult to create a special trait for the city as they don’t have any speciality to begin with.

Finally, he realizes that there is something that he can help them with, since the entire former Zone Y has turned into an ocean, enclosed by it’s surrounding regions, those that are formerly from there can return and raise an entire different culture.

He needs to asks the people first on what they thought of his idea.

Upon hearing that their zone has transformed into a vast ocean due to some unforseen reason, they were shocked, especially, to those that wished to see their former home.

"Since you guys are formerly the natives there, I want to ask if you want to nurture aquatic mystique creatures?"
