Ascension Of The Blood Supreme

Chapter 275. The Devil of Endra

  • Next Chapter

Endra was currently silent.

Armstrong Lee’s declaration that the Paranormal Liberation Order had been officially obliterated from Endra reminded everyone that, from now on, the Paranormal Liberation Order, a terrorist group of fanatical zealots who wanted to destroy Endra as their own twisted motive for saving Endra, was completely gone.

The Order had plagued Endra for many years. They were terrifying, unpredictable, and willing to die for their ideologies. They didn’t see themselves as villains. How could one deal with an enemy who wasn’t afraid to die?

This was what made them terrifying.

For years, the International Union had found nothing on them.

The Order was a thorn in everyone’s flesh. Mass genocides. Massacres in the name of spreading their ideals. All these had led to the deaths of countless people—mothers, fathers, siblings, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, grandparents, spouses, friends of people.

Many had lost people they cared about because of the Order.

The pain of not seeing them avenged had tormented them.

And the fear that they themselves, or someone they cared about, could find themselves in a place where the Order would launch a terrorist attack cast a shadow on the hearts of everyone, the powerhouses of Endra included.

But now, the Paranormal Liberation Order was truly gone.

Everyone knew that the International Union had really done well to act on the information of Aiden Vhorn and his tactical suggestions to use the element of surprise to get rid of the Order in one fell swoop.

Everyone watched the video where Aiden Vhorn was giving tactical directives to the Legendary Rank 4 warriors on how to proceed to get rid of the Order after they arrived near the HQ of the Order.

People praised the Legendary Rank 4 warriors for being open-minded and mature, and not dismissing Aiden Vhorn’s counsel.

Also, the power the Legendary Rank 4 warriors demonstrated in destroying the HQ of the Order was extremely terrifying.

Many had looks of admiration in their eyes.

As for Aiden Vhorn, everyone looked at him on the screens across Endra with admiration, fear, and different emotions in their eyes.

Anyone with common sense could know that, inasmuch as he didn’t directly engage in a physical confrontation with the Order, he played the most key role in getting rid of them. Had he not discovered everything about them, their plans included, and partnered with the International Union to launch a surprise attack on them, the plans of the Order would have been nurtured to fruition, the Order would have been prepared to destroy Endra, and, considering their level of hidden power, Endra would have fallen.

Aiden Vhorn had proven once again that he did not need to be stronger than you to defeat you.

He didn’t have an ego. He was a clinical pragmatist who could employ the strength of allies to handle an immediate threat to his safety and that of his loved ones if dealing with the threat himself was not possible.

He was a strategist, a tactician who did not just operate with his fists. When he had to use his physical prowess, he’d use it. When the best course of action was using his tactical acumen, he’d use it.

One thing was certain, though.

Aiden Vhorn had saved Endra from annihilation. Even though everyone knew he was not a hero or a savior who would want to save the planet, and he had even stated in his confrontation with Leonis Eldorath and the four last remaining members of the Order that he stood in their way because the Order doesn’t get to decide whether he or those he cared about lived or died, a testament that he didn’t act for the residents of Endra, it didn’t change the fact that he had saved the planet from extinction.

Many had puzzling thoughts. From his rise till now, Aiden Vhorn had dazzled Endra with one tyrannical feat after another.

He was turning 21 this year, and he had become the most important and well-known person on the planet, even to a point where Legendary Rank 4 warriors had to treat him like an equal.

And he was now just an Advanced Rank 3 warrior!

No one had been able to achieve such a feat before.

From his meteoric rise in the southern continent, across the Kahra Desert, to the western continent, to his name spreading across Endra, his rise had been so fast and mysterious.

Some people even thought that he was the reincarnation of some ancient powerhouse.

Others assumed that he was the young master of some ancient sect with deep roots hiding somewhere on the planet.

Some simply felt that he was a once-in-an-era natural-born genius. They even highlighted that he was born to two abusive parents, businessmen who committed suicide after treating him badly to a point where he had to disown them, and that Aiden Vhorn was not some young master of some ancient sect.

Regardless of what people said about him, one thing remained clear.

Aiden Vhorn was now a myth.

For generations to come on Endra, no one would forget about him.

As people were currently celebrating the end of the Order and talking about Aiden Vhorn, another piece of information was released.

The remaining industries and assassin organizations in the Eldorath Empire that wanted Aiden Vhorn dead in the past self-annihilated themselves after Aiden Vhorn and Armstrong Lee appeared at the Deepsea Conglomerate and destroyed it.

After the events of the Ghost Machination, these powers decided to lay low and not offend Aiden Vhorn again, thinking that he would treat them as insignificant pests and let them be.

However, they had been wrong about him.

Aiden Vhorn was always one to finish what his enemies started.

If the Deepsea Conglomerate was eliminated, what stopped Aiden Vhorn and Armstrong Lee from destroying the others?

They didn’t want to imagine the kind of torture Aiden Vhorn would put them through before he killed them.

Because of that, they self-detonated themselves and their families before Aiden Vhorn and Armstrong Lee even arrived at their organisations.

Endra was shaken by this. Aiden Vhorn was so terrifying that he didn’t even need to be personally present to handle his enemies. Even his name could invoke fear in them to a point where they’d rather take their lives than let him kill them.

After he outmaneuvered and manipulated four secret sects headed by legendary rank 4 warriors to destroy each other, something similar happened to some of his enemies in the Eldorath Empire. They had resorted to self detonation in fear of him.

Even Grand Marshal Brown Giggs of the Cyrenthia Empire, left the Cyrenthia Empire military because he didn’t want to offend Aiden Vhorn, after the incident of the Ghost Machination.

Because of this, the Cyrenthia Empire fell to the Drax Empire.

Aiden Vhorn’s terrifying actions could not only shift the geopolitical climates of empires, his name could even incite fear into enemies to a point where they wanted to kill themselves.

Many recalled feats of his such as the massacre of Burning Sands, the massacre he performed in Derulo City of the Eldorath Empire on some people who targeted him in the past, his feats in the Eldorath Empire military, his legendary feats across the Kahra Desert, the incident in a ruined city in the Iron Empire that earned him the name the Ghost Strategist, among other feats, the terrifying Ghost Machination incident and his role in bringing Order down.

One thing was common with all these methods. Aiden Vhorn was very dangerous. He had the reputation to prove he was dangerous. He didn’t need to act dangerous. His reputation preceded him. His methods were unpredictable, and dangerous. This had given a very feared reputation.

Because of this, Aiden Vhorn earned himself another name, among other aliases like the Crimson Reaper, the Lodgekeeper, and the Ghost Strategist.

Everyone was calling him the Devil of Endra.
