The woman moved towards the lodgekeeper with the 200 dollars. She was trembling in fear.

When she arrived at the counter, she put the money on the counter.

"Thank you," Aiden replied politely.

He counted the 200 dollars. After that, he sent the money into his storage bracelet.

The Grim gang members were staring at the lodgekeeper in fear. It was as if they were waiting for some sort of verdict, as if their lives were in his hands.

Grim’s assistant could not help but shake in fear as she stared at the man behind the counter.

"Sir, since we’ve apologized to you for the inconvenience we caused you, we would like to take our leave," the woman said.

She turned quietly, intending to slip away. Since the man’s attention was currently on his phone, she assumed that he only killed Grim because he failed to pay for destroying the door handle.

Now that they had compensated him for inconveniencing his business, and he was not even looking at them, was that not a greenlight that they should scram?

The group seated on the couches shook their heads. These people were underestimating the ruthless nature of this polite lodgekeeper.

As for the couple who had been headed to the elevator earlier, they observed everything with curiosity. Would this polite terrifying lodgekeeper spare these guys?

They were not too sure about that.

Just as they expected.

Grim’s assistant spasmed. She felt extreme pain travel through her.

She looked down. Her heart had stopped. Something had pierced through her heart.

She fell on the ground with a dull thud.

No blood pooled below her.

No matter how many times everyone saw this, they’d be terrified. The lodgekeeper was still on his phone. He had not even moved. Yet, he had killed someone again.

How did he do it? The group on the couch, the couple and the remainder of the Grim’s gang were certain that it was not because he was too fast that they didn’t see him stand to execute the attack.

So how?

The remainder of the Grim Gang members were so terrified that some of them started to lose control of their bowels.

They had arrived here in large strides, throwing their weight around in extreme confidence, thinking their boss could get rid of the new lodgekeeper.

Not only had he killed their boss without lifting a finger, their boss’s assistant had met the same fate.

"Don’t dirty my floor. You people should read the rules," Aiden sighed, still on his phone.

Some of the members of the Grim gang had peed on the ground in fear. Their trousers were wet and a heavy stench spread through the place.

Puchi... Puchi... Puchi...

Thud... thud... thud...

Dull thuds resounded, many of them fell on the ground with lifeless expressions. They were dead.

Only one of them remained alive.

The person was shaking in fear.

She didn’t know why she had been spared.

Had the Lodgekeeper taken romantic interest in her?

Had lady luck decided to shine on her?

This was her chance to prove herself.

Before she could entertain more wild imaginations, the lodgekeeper gestured.

"Here’s some detergent." A washing powder appeared. "Get some water and mop the floor."

The lady quietly nodded and obeyed.

She took the detergent from the counter and went to get some water.

Then, under the gazes of the couple, and the group on the couch, she started mopping the floor as her heart thumped wildly in fear.

When she finished, she returned to the counter like an obedient lamb.

"Is there anything else you’d like me to do for you sir?" She spoke, attempting to highlight her assets for the lodgekeeper.

The group on the couch and the couple sighed.

What a shrewd lady. She was very good looking too. Not even the lodgekeeper may be able to exercise self control. Perhaps her plan would work and he would keep her alive as his mistress?

However, contrary to everyone’s expectations, the lodgekeeper replied with a polite expression.

"Not really. Thank you."

After that, a dull thud resounded as she fell on the ground with a lifeless expression.

The lodgekeeper had killed her.

Aiden’s microscopic crimson needles turned into microscopic blobs of blood and returned into him.

He absorbed the blood essence of all the Grim gang members.

After that, their corpses disappeared into his storage bracelet.

He looked at the customers.

"Sorry for the minor inconvenience. Feel free to feel comfortable."

The couple: "...."

The group on the couch: "...."

What the fuck? They thought inwardly.

You just killed people, including a beginner rank 2 warrior, without lifting a fucking finger.

During the process, you even thanked two of the people you killed. You thanked the first person for paying 200 dollars in damages. The second person you thanked was for mopping your floor.

You thanked them so casually but killed them???

The second person you thanked, we even thought you would make her your mistress.

Only after you killed her did we realize that you were only using her to clean your floor and eliminate her after that.

Then right after such an absurd thing, you politely tell us that there was minor inconvenience and that we should feel comfortable?

What sort of bipolar lodgekeeper was this??

Why was he so unhinged?

Why was he so crazy?

Damn. This man was the most polite yet dangerously unsettling fucker they had ever met.

However, neither of them dared to voice their thoughts.

"Thank you, Senior." The couple cupped their hands and fled into the elevator quickly to their rooms.

"We will also be heading up, senior." The group on the couch were so scared that they wanted to quickly disappear.

The lodgekeeper simply nodded.

The group on the couch paid for their rooms. Aiden handed their key cards to them and gave them verbal directions to their room.

"Pleasure doing business with you," he said professionally.

Pleasure doing business, our fucking foot, they thought.

If we look at you one more time, we may get a heart attack and die.

"Yes, senior," they replied.

Then, they scurried off towards the elevator.

This lodgekeeper... what the fuck was wrong with him?

Aiden returned quietly to his phone.

Suddenly, a group of town enforcers entered the establishment.
