Despite her aversion to crowds, Moira Lynch was still brought to the victory banquet.

The victory banquet was held on Veridian Prime. It wasn’t just high-ranking officials from Cathaya; top officials from every nation were there. The scene was comparable to a meeting of The Allied Worlds Assembly.

To be honest, Moira Lynch had no desire to speak with politicians. They were not only ruthless but also full of cunning tricks; she was no match for them.

And sure enough, in the short time that had passed, these people had already wheedled a good deal of information out of her, whether she meant to reveal it or not.

Some of the information she had disclosed intentionally, but another portion had simply slipped out by accident in the course of conversation.

Seemingly noticing that Moira Lynch wasn’t comfortable in such a lively setting, Shane Rhodes and Kai York escorted her away, while Hugh Finch remained behind.

The victory banquet was still underway. It wasn’t just held to welcome them back; it was also about the future reconstruction plans for Caelus.

After more than a year of apocalyptic conditions, Caelus’s environment had mostly recovered over the past month, but many of its buildings were nearly all destroyed.

Cathaya was in a slightly better state thanks to Moira, but the other nations hadn’t been so fortunate. Some had even been completely wiped out by the cataclysm.

But besides the reconstruction, there was good news: Caelus’s environment was now even better than before. Species that had gone extinct during the cataclysm had reappeared, including many that had been extinct for a very long time.

Beyond reconstruction, there was an even more important matter: establishing diplomatic relations with The Interstellar Federation.

Other things could be handled slowly, but this was urgent and could not be delayed.

If Caelus’s reconstruction could get help from The Federation, that would be a good thing. After all, no one wanted the newly recovered environment to be polluted all over again.

The Caelus of today was much like Veridian Prime before it was ever developed—everything had to start from scratch.

Meanwhile, Shane Rhodes and Kai York, who had left with Moira Lynch, suddenly asked, “Moira, what are your plans now?”

Hearing this, Moira Lynch thought for a moment before replying, “I’ll probably have to go into seclusion for a while to finish the orders I promised those three Marshals.”

As she said this, a look of regret crossed Moira’s face. ‘If I had known, I wouldn’t have agreed to so much at once. Great. Now I’m going to be busy for a long, long time.’

“What about after you’re done? I mean, after you finish that batch of orders, what are your plans?” Kai York suddenly asked.

“I actually do have something in mind.” Moira’s eyes lit up. She crooked her finger, beckoning the two of them to lean in.

Seeing this, they both leaned closer.

“Earlier, when I had Patience assess my assets, it discovered a very strange planet among the hundreds I own.”

As she spoke, Moira had Patience pull up the data and images of the planet, displaying them for the two to see.

A projection appeared, showing a planet to the group.

The planet was encircled by a belt of meteorites, like Saturn. Most importantly, it was bicolored—half blue and half red—giving it a very peculiar appearance.

“This planet doesn’t look like one people can live on,” Shane Rhodes commented.

Hearing this, a mysterious smile played on Moira’s lips. “If you think that, you’re dead wrong. Not only is this planet habitable, but the scenery is incredible. Meteor showers, auroras—it has it all.”

“It might be half ocean and half volcano, but the planet’s core is very stable. The volcanoes are all dormant with no chance of erupting. So, I plan to develop it into a tourist planet.”

“A tourist planet?” Shane Rhodes and Kai York said in unison.

Moira nodded emphatically. “Actually, I’ve had this idea for a long time.”

‘My first choice was actually Cloudsea Planet.’

‘It used to be a Garbage Star, but after my gradual modifications, the Cloudsea Planet of today is completely transformed compared to its past.’

‘However, with The Merfolk Tribe and several other rare species living there now, turning Cloudsea Planet into a tourist destination might put them in danger, so I gave up on that idea.’

‘I’ll just save Cloudsea Planet for my retirement.’

‘After all, it was the first planet I transformed with my own hands. It’s my proudest creation and holds a special place in my heart.’

“On the ocean side, we can build a huge water park. I have quite a few mutated Elf Trees that I can move over to serve as hotels. For the land, we can use Qio Vine.”

“Plus, I brought back a lot of positively mutated flowers and plants from the game last time. They’re already starting to sprout new shoots, and some of them can be moved over.”

“As for the volcanic side, there are plenty of hot springs. We can make it a hot spring-themed resort. It’ll definitely be a huge hit.”

Moira enthusiastically laid out her plans for the planet to the two of them, and both Shane Rhodes and Kai York found themselves thinking it was a great idea.

“With such an amazing plan, do you need investors? The two of us wouldn’t mind buying in,” Shane Rhodes said with a smile.

Moira beamed back, “Of course.”

On the day Caelus officially established diplomatic relations with The Federation, Moira was also in attendance.

She hadn’t expected the person in charge of the proceedings to be Yarrow. And accompanying him was aid from The Federation for Caelus.

With the help of these people, it was clear that Caelus’s future would only get better and better.

Although Caelus had recovered, they hadn’t given up on Veridian Prime.

After all, even with so many deaths during the cataclysm, the remaining population was still a staggering number.

To relieve the pressure on Caelus and protect its current environment from suffering the same fate as before, they decided to have a portion of the population migrate to Veridian Prime.

The people on Caelus weren’t opposed to this; in fact, many were eager for the opportunity.

As wonderful as Caelus was now, they also wanted to see the sights beyond their world.

It was like a child who had been cooped up at home for too long, longing to leave and see the world outside.

After the diplomatic ceremony concluded, Moira began her seclusion. She shut herself away on Cloudsea Planet, and with the Guardian Magic Cube activated, no one could find her.

The materials for the weapons were provided by Jeanette Norris, Yarrow, and Dustin Foster.

She had originally planned to use jade and gold, as was her habit, but they had rejected the idea, complaining that gold wasn’t hard enough and jade was too brittle. They insisted on providing the materials for the weapons themselves.

Moira now stood inside an Elf Tree House, facing a small mountain of crafting materials—and this was only a fraction of the total supply.
