Those people were staking out the weapons section, all to buy a single weapon.

Because no matter their appearance, the weapons made by Tong Wynn all shared a single characteristic: unlimited ammo.

Well, not truly unlimited.

These weapons could convert your body’s energy, or even your physical stamina, into power for attacks.

As long as you had enough internal energy and stamina, the weapon effectively had infinite bullets.

This time, the moment Everrise arrived, he noticed something was off. There were three new item slots.

Without a second thought, Everrise hurried over and quickly skimmed the information.

[Battle-Damaged Spaceship: A spaceship damaged in combat. Most parts are ruined.]

[Battle-Damaged Squadron Mecha: A mecha damaged in combat. Most of its internal parts are ruined, and it can no longer be activated.]

[Universal Energy Block Fabricator: Can turn anything into food. Yes, *anything*.]

Seeing these three items, Everrise didn’t hesitate for a second and clicked "buy." First on his list was the Universal Energy Block Fabricator.

There was no other reason than the fact that this item had the lowest stock. If he were too slow, someone else would surely snatch them up.

In comparison, the other two items were available in much larger quantities.

Even with Everrise clicking as fast as humanly possible, he still missed out on three of the Universal Energy Block Fabricators.

"Dammit, who the hell is that fast!"

Still, he was satisfied with getting all the others.

Without any hesitation, Everrise set his sights on the other two items.

They might be battle-damaged mechas and spaceships that were no longer usable, but they still had research value.

Besides, he could always salvage parts.

The extent and location of the damage varied for each spaceship.

By patching one with parts from another, he could probably assemble a good number of complete mechas and spaceships.

So, Everrise’s speed in placing the orders didn’t slow in the slightest.

Because the spaceships and mechas were enormous, Moira Lynch didn’t hand over the items immediately after the orders were placed. Instead, she told the buyers to go to the fifth floor to pay and pick up their goods, which also gave them time to go back and discuss with their superiors where to even put everything.

After all, the size of a single spaceship was nearly as large as their entire base.

Even Moira Lynch herself didn’t know exactly how many she had brought back from the battlefield this time.

All she knew was that there were a lot of them.

She didn’t keep any of the Universal Energy Block Fabricators for herself, since she had no shortage of them, and they’d probably be useless to her even if she did.

She didn’t plan on keeping the battle-damaged spaceships and mechas either, as they were of little use to her.

As for the supply ship that was in perfect condition except for a malfunctioning engine system, Moira Lynch had originally planned to list it for sale with the rest, but she changed her mind after some thought.

She contacted Redlight to arrange a private transaction.

This supply ship was even larger than the others, so they definitely needed to find a place for it in advance. Otherwise, if she just suddenly produced it, the entire base would probably be wrecked.

So what were Redlight and Chase Shepard doing at this moment? They were reveling in a state of painful bliss.

They were thrilled by Everrise’s glorious shopping spree, but their joy was tinged with worry. Where were they going to put all this stuff?

It felt like they would be incredibly conspicuous no matter where they put them.

Especially with the current weather outside—what if they froze and got damaged?

Before they could even solve the problem Everrise had created, Redlight received a message from Moira Lynch.

Moira Lynch got straight to the point. She said she had a spaceship that was in perfect condition except for its engine, and asked if he wanted it.

Redlight didn’t hesitate for a moment. "Yes, of course, I want it," he said immediately.

Hesitating for even a second on a deal like this would be an insult to the spaceship itself.

Chase Shepard reported the predicament to his superiors and promptly got an earful.

If there’s no room on Caelus, isn’t there still Veridian Prime?

It’s more than large enough there, and there’s no one else around.

Hearing this, Chase Shepard slapped his forehead in frustration. ’How could I have forgotten about that?’

He quickly led Redlight and Everrise to the fifth floor of the "Don’t Miss It" shop.

Seeing the rows upon rows of Healing Pods and Hibernation Pods, a flicker of longing couldn’t help but cross their eyes.

Unfortunately, no matter what they said, SoySauceDrunkard simply refused to sell.

After arriving in the VIP room, Chase Shepard and his group ran into another party.

The two parties glanced at each other, then let out a cold snort in unison.

「Meanwhile」

When Moira Lynch woke up in the morning and looked out her window, she was stunned by the sight in her courtyard.

In the courtyard, one side was filled with the various vegetables she had planted, all lush green and full of life.

On the other side was a patch she had also planned to use for vegetables, but she hadn’t yet decided what to plant.

The main issue was that seeds were hard to come by these days. Although she had some in her personal storage space, it wasn’t a good idea to just take them out. The soil in that patch, however, had already been tilled.

Now, a massive, rectangular metal object sat on that tilled soil.

"Why does this thing look so familiar?" Moira Lynch muttered to herself.

Taking a closer look, she realized—wasn’t this an escape pod from a spaceship?

According to Ellers, every spaceship was equipped with two or three escape pods.

When Moira Lynch was collecting the spaceship wreckage, she would set aside any intact escape pods she came across.

Because of the harsh interstellar environment, escape pods were designed to withstand all sorts of accidents and protect the lives of those inside to the greatest extent possible.

After returning, Moira Lynch had listed those salvaged escape pods for sale as well.

As for why Everrise hadn’t noticed them, it was simply because the escape pods weren’t placed in the weapons section but were instead listed with the daily necessities.

When Moira Lynch came downstairs, she saw three men staring at the escape pod before them, their eyes gleaming.

Kai York was the first to spot Moira Lynch and waved at her excitedly. "Moira, come over! See if you like the gift we got for you!"

"A gift for me?" Moira Lynch pointed at herself. "Why would you get me a gift?"

’The first thought that flashed through Moira Lynch’s mind was the old saying: a weasel visiting a chicken is always up to no good.’

But on second thought, that saying didn’t seem quite right for Shane Rhodes and the others.

"To thank you, of course," Shane Rhodes explained. "After all, you’ve taken such good care of us for so long."

It was no exaggeration to say that without Moira Lynch, they wouldn’t be where they were today.

With their own strength, they might have been able to live well, but definitely not as comfortably as they were now.

’Alright,’ Moira Lynch thought, ’so they have a grateful heart, but...’

"But what’s the use of this thing you bought?"
