Pei Ze nodded silently. He knew that for a battle involving a deity, only an Elemental Mage—and one who possessed their own Wizard Tower, at that—would even be qualified to participate.

Otherwise, they would be nothing more than cannon fodder on the battlefield.

Even so, Pei Ze couldn’t contain his curiosity. "Teacher, when do you plan to make your move?"

"That depends on when the Spider Goddess and the divine abomination clash."

Mo Weng mused for a moment.

"Divine abominations are no trivial matter. We don’t know the power level of the one in the Dark Territory. If it’s too strong, the Spider Goddess would probably rather relocate her followers than face it head-on."

Pei Ze nodded to himself.

Indeed, there was also the option of relocating her followers.
