"What secret?" Pei Ze’s interest was instantly piqued.

Julis didn’t conceal the truth. She said in a low voice, "My people and the Dark Elves have never been on good terms. Those dark-skinned fiends frequently infiltrate our plane to carry out assassinations, but they’ve been completely inactive recently. Our chieftain thought something was amiss, so he sent me to infiltrate the Dark Territory and investigate."

"As it turned out, I discovered a Divine Abomination had appeared in the Dark Territory. The Dark Elves are so busy dealing with it that they have their hands full, which is why they haven’t had time for anything else."

Pei Ze’s heart skipped a beat.
