There was still a distance to the dormitory, just passing by the parking lot.

Lu Li paused in his steps, so Bai Lu handed the coat to the dormitory attendant because she didn’t want to give it back to him personally?

Had their relationship reached a point where she didn’t want to see him anymore?

“Young man, had a fight with your girlfriend? Girls just need a little more coaxing!” The dormitory attendant said a bit more because she thought Lu Li was handsome, “Didn’t you bring a cake? Just say a few nice words.”

Lu Li gave a dry laugh, if saying a few nice words could coax Bai Lu back, that would be easy.

“Auntie, could you please help me give this cake to Bai Lu, she really likes this.”

“Alright, young man, just coax her a little more.” The dormitory attendant took the cake and coat back, seemingly forgetting to hand the coat back to Lu Li.
