Shi Lang came back to the human realm and slumped down in the chair. Shi Tao came along with him, she massaged his shoulders and asked, “Baba, how was it?”

The Terran raised his head to look at his eldest and gave her a thumbs up. Shi Tao sighed and said, “I was worried that it might not be that easy.”

Shi Lang shrugged and replied, “It would have been difficult if the world consciousness of that plain not interfered in the situation. When your mother’s body was being refined, or when the four Holy Beasts tested me, the world consciousness was nowhere near the situation and so it was harder, this is also why the quality of your mother’s body is higher than the one I refined now.”

Shi Tao nodded and remarked, “Perhaps, the world consciousness is getting a bit too anxious.”

Shi Lang nodded with a serious expression on his face, and said, “Yes, this thing is rather twisted you know.”

Hao Mei, Yu Xeidi and Xiao Meng also came over. They sat down around Shi Lang talking to him about the various things that have been going on in the human race. Shi Lang gave them the guidance they sought and then he also discussed a few things about the diplomatic decisions that lay ahead of them. Shi Lang was no saint and neither were his kids, they all knew that every move they made it should have a slight benefit for them. While they didn’t overreach, they were certainly not holding back or hiding their intentions.

As they were talking, Tong Bai came over with a smile and said, “Lang, the Jewel Eyed Race wants you to head over to their plane next, they have located the barrier of the Five elemental temple.”

Shi Lang sighed and asked, “Have any of them come over here?”

Tong Bai shook her head and Shi Lang said, “Tell them I am in seclusion for a week and then go over with them. I need to rest as well, I am not their slave. These fucking rich people.”

Tong Bai chuckled and then waved her hand as she walked away from the pavilion. Shi Tao continued massaging Shi Lang’s shoulders and head, as the Terran sighed and relaxed before he remarked, “This is why people want daughters, they don’t let you feel alone or anything. They are so caring..”

Shi Lang went on to sing praises for his daughters, and the four of them smiled. Shi Lang didn’t usually complimented them or anything, however, when he did, it was something that made the girls very happy. As if they have tasted the best honey in the world. Amelia and Feng Yun also came over to join in the fun. The whole vibe of the place was light and relaxing, when suddenly Yu Xeidi said, “Oh, yes, this reminded me, Baba, I need a news sheath.”

Shi Lang raised his brow and opened his eye as he lay with his head resting in Amelia’s lap, and asked, “What do you mean you need a sheath, since when did Epee’s needed that?”

Yu Xeidi revealed her sharp vampiric fangs and said, “I have a surprise for you.”

That said, she took out a long sword from her space ring. As soon as Shi Lang saw the weapon he sat up and reached out. Yu Xeidi gave him the sword and Shi Lang looked at it carefully before he asked, “How is this possible? Your sword has changed shape, but the spirit is the same.”

From the corner of his eyes, he saw Feng Yun looking at her nails and he looked at her as he asked, “Little birdie, are you stealing my disciple?”

The lady turned to glare at him and retorted, “What the fuck! Why would I?”

Shi Lang raised the sword in his hand and said, “You changed the sword, removed the core from it and planted it in this slender sword. If you are not poaching my child, then what are you doing?”

Feng Yun sighed and said, “Amy, you better tell him I have no such ideas, or I will beat his black and blue.”

The two began to bicker and the rest of the people chuckled, and finally Yu Xeidi said, “Well, I was using the Epee because it was heavier, but this one is also similar in weight. However, it is faster and gives me more room to attack the enemy.”

Shi Lang nodded and said, “That is fine then. I will refine the shethe, get me the pelt of the crimson shadow wolf and also some Purple Elasta Iron, along with some black star well steel.”

Yu Xeidi nodded and then she rushed away to find the material that Shi Lang had asked her for. The Terran sighed and shook his head, before he lay back on the ground with his head in Amelia’s lap. The latter gently brushed his long hair and said, “There is a shade of crimson in your hair now.”

Shi Lang smiled faintly and asked, “Do you like them?”

Amelia nodded with a smile, she had always loved Shi Lang’s long hair. The young man lay quietly in her lap and Shi Tao said, “Baba, someone just reported to the sect outpost, I have to go and verify the situation.”

Shi Lang was surprised and asked, “What is this about?”

Shi Tao shrugged and said, “Someone just ascended and they have come looking over, so I am going to check who they are before letting them in.”

Shi Lang hummed and then Shi Tao left the pavilion and suddenly, it clicked to Shi Lang has he stood up from the ground in a reflex. The young man opened his eyes wide and his hands were shivering. Amelia was surprised and so were the rest of the people, but suddenly it clicked to them as well.

Hao Mei asked, “Could it be someone from the Military?”

Shi lang didn’t speak, he just vanished from the place. Amelia smiled and said, “It is not someone from the military but the member of our family. Remember when we had gone back to meet with them?”

The memory surfaced in the minds of the two girls, they realized who the person was, and they all stood up quickly and Feng Yun asked, “Can someone fill me in?”

Hao Mei replied, “Your Excellency, it is my aunt, probably.”

Shi Lang vanished from the pavilion and appeared outside at the outpost. Even Shi Tao had not yet arrived, and when the guarding disciples saw Shi Lang, they bowed deeply, however, the Terran was distracted by a young lady who was somewhat timid, somewhat curiously looking around the place. When she saw him, her gaze was also locked. Shi Lang walked up to her, and raised his hand to pat her head. This was his sister, he asked, “Xiao Ting, remember me?”

Shi Ting smiled brightly, her resemblance with their their mother Luna was so high that for a moment Shi Lang felt as if his mother was smiling at him. The young lady reached over and embraced Shi Lang. The latter gently held her in his arms and then patted her head before he said, “Took you very long to come over.”

Shi Ting sighed and replied, “Well, time flow is a different thing but I had to make sure that the Shi Family is doing well along with some other responsibilities of the Federation. There are five people in the Supreme Council who are either Shi, or related to us. Shi Kai’s daughter broke through consecutively and reached the level of Supreme General, just like you, and they all feared her, even the Galactic Council.”

Shi Lang smiled and said, “Her name was also Ting, no?”

Shi Ting chuckled understanding the pun that Shi Lang was throwing at her. After a brief hug, he led her inside the Asura hall, and showed her the entire place while the family also came over to greet her. The hall members were shocked when they saw Shi Lang and Amelia to be so welcoming and kind to the new comer. Although, the two of them have always been kind and generous with the rest, but this time the unfamiliar sensation of love and affection that was oozing from them was surprising.

Shi Lang didn’t care what the rest of the people were thinking about him. All that mattered was that his sister had come over, she had managed to pass the tribulation. For him that was the biggest happiness in a recent time. Shi Ting also didn’t treat them distantly, she knew that this was her family and so she was happy and felt warm.

The next few days, Shi Lang stayed home chatting with Shi Ting and even teaching her higher level moves of cultivation, and while he was doing this, the people from the jewel-eyed race were panicking, because they had no idea when Shi Lang was going to come over.
