Chapter 1111 1111: Trivial Dilemma.
Tong Bai stood in the coliseum watching the huge Tryant Titan running towards her despite the big hole she opened through it’s main trunk. The spatial element combined with the laws of destruction stopped the regeneration. However, the effect didn’t seem too obvious, the vitality of the creature was still same despite a minor fluctuation.
The lady turned to look at Shi Lang and waved her fist toward it, causing the young man to smile wryly, before he said, “Tao, who gathered the information on these guys?”
Shi Tao replied, “It was all done during the battles they had. The information exchange with the various clans is not actually very stable and secure.”
Shi Lang sighed and replied, “Your aunt will haunt me about this for centuries.”
…
Tong Bai watched the Tryant coming over to her at full speed. The creature was so strong that he caused the ground to tremble and left cobweb pattern wherever it stepped. Tong Bai clenched her fist and said, “Heaven Lock.”
Suddenly, the Tryant froze. He let out a shallow roar, it was as if even the sounds he made were being restricted. Tong Bai said, “You can make a sound that is an achievement, but forgive me for being blunt. I am getting bored. Shall I send you on your way?”
The next moment she took a deep breath and said, “Void Descent.”
Suddenly, void fluctuated and the next moment, the void began to fluctuate. After a few moments, cracks began to appear on the body of the Tryant Titan’s body. The fluctuations were akin to waves of tide. They hit the body of the Tryant Titan harder with every new wave.
Within a few seconds, the Tryant Titan crumbled apart and was scattered all over the ground. Tong Bai sensed that there was still some vitality radiating off the crumbled pieces of the Tryant Titan. She made a few seals and then opened clusters of void portals. She scattered the body of the Tryant Titan to the various void portals and let it float in the void forever.
The Envoy in the void took a deep breath and said, “The human race wins the contention.”
Tong Bai vanished from her position and then arrived to sit beside Shi Lang, before the latter could even congratulate her, the lady slapped her shoulder hard and he sighed as he replied, “I apologize for the folly.”
Tong Bai snorted and replied, “You owe me ten Void Sensing Pills, nothing less.”
Shi Lang sighed and then they began to observe the various matches, as they were doing that, Amelia said, “I think we should try and invent a formation array that could give us an estimate of how strong the vitality of a person could be?”
Tong Bai nodded and replied, “Hmmm, good idea, where is the head of array department?”
Shi Lang didn’t bother with all this and kept looking at the battles. After ten battles, he suddenly sat up straight and began paying attention to the battle in front of him. The people noticed this, after a long time the Shura was watching a battle with such interest.
The two people in the arena were fighting with each other using brute force and the sword attacks they exchanged with each other were causing spatial fissures, and it was utter carnage. The experts didn’t stop fighting even with the wounds they had on their bodies. Blood dripped from their bodies and stained the ground but the two of them didn’t stop.
After half an hour, the broke apart from each other and then caught their breaths to raise their swords. On the other side, Shi Lang stood up from his seat. The people looked at him and the Terran said, “Respect those who fight with their might and their courage. Even when they have the burden of their entire race on their shoulders they didn’t falter even in one move. They are betting their all in this battle, and they deserve respect.”
The battle had reached its last leg, and now the last move will decide what would happen. As Shi Lang stopped talking, the two people moved out at the best level that they could. The blades clashed and then they appeared behind each other. One of them placed his sword on the ground and supported himself, while the other revealed a bitter smile and fell down on the ground.
Shi Lang sighed and said, “I want to have a fight like this. Something that pushes me to the brink of it all.”
Amelia reached out to grab a pinch of his abdominal muscles and twisted the flesh hard. The Terran winced from pain and Amelia said, “Sit.”
Shi Lang sat down on the seat back again and he took a deep breath as he continued watching the battles. After all the matches were finished, Shi Lang and all returned home. This time they knew who their opponent would be and they were all kind of relaxed. However, when Shi Lang saw this, he said, “If you all dared to underestimate someone who survived the first two rounds of the this high stake life and death battle, then you all are better dead.”
The people instantly shivered, Shi Lang replied, “Have you all understood what is going on? This is not a simple monthly event that I hold for your enjoyment. This is the life and death struggle of the entire race that is held because someone else is stronger than us. If you cannot recognize this fact then believe it or not, I will kill you all before you can even win the other representative candidates. Understood?”
As he finished speaking, his supreme aura descended upon the people and they all shivered. They all woke up from the situation and then they replied, “Yes, Lord Shi.”
Shi Lang snorted and turned away to go back to his garden, he was brimming with the intention to fight and his battle spirit was soaring like never before. He looked around and clenched his fists. Amelia appeared beside him with a smile and said, “If you wish to fight then why don’t you take all the battles yourself?”
Shi Lang sighed and replied, “One duty as a Supreme and a Dao Champion is to ensure that everyone grows stronger. How can I take away this experience from them all?”
The dilemma of the strong would always seem to be trivial.
