Abyss Tree Evolution: A Mission to Conquer the World
Chapter 192: The Deal 5
"Of course, that depends on our future dealings and the sincerity of our cooperation!"
"Hahaha! Of course, Lord Broke!" Manager Lance laughed understandingly. "Is there anything else I can help you with?"
"Yes, certainly, Lord Lance!" Vaelor smiled and immediately took advantage of the opportunity, pulling out a long list containing hundreds of requests!
Manager Lance furrowed his brows and took the list. After examining it carefully, he looked toward Vaelor again. "You really are building an Empire from scratch!"
"Everyone wants to carve out a place for themselves in this vast universe, Lord Lance!" Vaelor replied with a smile from behind the mask and comfortably leaned his back against the sofa!
Manager Lance furrowed his brows as he thought about the requests Vaelor had made.
He was not asking for resources or weapons, or even Arrays. What he was asking for were the basics, as well as methods of education and manufacturing!
He was asking for the basics of creating Arrays and the basics of craftsmanship and manufacturing, not only the basics but also the advanced stages, in addition to robots equipped with advanced artificial intelligence to explain all of this and train people in it.
In addition to methods for searching for and discovering minerals, methods for classifying and organizing resources, and many other similar things!
It was true that Vaelor had requested many things, but he had not exaggerated their levels. Everything he requested had a maximum limit of Level Six, but there was only one thing on the list that made Manager Lance think twice!
"As for the list, everything on it will be in your personal account by tomorrow at the latest, Lord Vaelor!" Manager Lance closed the list screen and looked toward Vaelor with furrowed brows before continuing, "Except for one thing!"
"Oh! And what is that thing, Lord Lance?" Vaelor smiled and asked, already expecting the answer.
"It is the Epic Equipment. This is something I cannot decide on!" Manager Lance shook his head, relieving himself of the responsibility, and Vaelor understood this matter.
The equipment that humans could manufacture was divided into three main categories.
First, the lowest grade was Ordinary Equipment, which Vaelor used and imported from the Stellar Green Branch Empire.
This equipment was good to use and served its purpose, but its limits clearly stopped at Level Six... Wis (6), and it could not advance beyond that because the nature of minerals and materials above Level Six did not align with the techniques used to manufacture Ordinary Equipment, no matter how hard they tried.
Humanity realized this during the First Epoch and worked hard to get rid of this problem. After millions of years and thousands of generations of research and development, discovering new resources and testing them, they came up with a higher level of equipment and an entirely new alloy, and that equipment was named Epic Equipment.
Epic Equipment was divided into four levels after tens of millions of years of experimentation and development.
These levels were Basic-grade, then Legendary, then Heaven, then Immortal Equipment. The same simple division as resources.
The Basic grade corresponded to the Wis range.
The Legendary grade corresponded to the Calamity range.
The Heaven grade corresponded to the Immortal range.
The Immortal grade was the highest level humanity had been able to produce in this field, and it was reserved only for those who stood at the pinnacle of the universe.
But during the Fourth Epoch, after the Primordial Court rose and took its place among the great powers of the universe, it surpassed everyone who came before and produced the third type of human equipment, a type that it monopolized alone and that surpassed the rest of the equipment in terms of strength and durability, known as Chaos Equipment!
ــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ
Notice: Chaos Equipment was previously mentioned in Chapter 52.
ــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ
Ordinary Equipment was produced by almost all Empires, while the technology for manufacturing Epic Equipment was possessed by at least the Cosmic Empires, whereas the technology for manufacturing Chaos Equipment was monopolized solely by the Primordial Court!
Vaelor now wanted the technology for manufacturing Epic Equipment, which was possessed by the Cosmic Red Lotus Empire. And this was something far beyond Manager Lance’s ability to decide.
Of course, Vaelor only wanted the technology for the Basic and Legendary grades, and he had naturally included them in the request. Otherwise, if he had asked for the technology related to the Heaven grade, Lance would have rejected him immediately, as these things were essentially foundations of the Cosmic Empires, and they would not give them up easily.
"Of course, I understand this matter, Lord Lance. You have all the time you need." Vaelor nodded understandingly and stood up from his seat, looking toward Lance and Old Anz.
"Now that our deal has ended, I am truly happy to have done business with you, Lord Lance." Vaelor extended his hand and shook Manager Lance’s hand.
"I am also glad to have met you, Lord Broke!" Manager Lance immediately stood up and returned Vaelor’s handshake. "But I have two questions, if you please, and I hope you will answer them for me!"
"Go ahead, of course, Lord Lance!" Vaelor immediately nodded in agreement.
"First, may I know whether you will be attending the Immortal Auction or not?" Lance naturally asked his first question, then asked the second one directly. "Then, may I know why you specifically chose the name Broke as your title?"
"Oh! Was it really that obvious?" Vaelor asked sarcastically, somewhat surprised.
"No matter how strange the civilization you came from is, Lord, I don’t think they would commonly use this name." Manager Lance smiled and replied sarcastically.
"Hahaha, you are right, Lord Lance." Vaelor laughed and nodded in agreement.
"Of course I will attend the Immortal Auction. It is an opportunity that only comes once every million years, and who knows if I will live until the next auction or not. It is also an opportunity to broaden my horizons and witness the wonders of the universe!" Vaelor said, somewhat excitedly, when the Immortal Auction was mentioned.
"Then it will be a good opportunity for you to meet my father and reach an agreement with him regarding the matter of Epic Equipment." Manager Lance happily spoke and quickly offered him the idea.
"It will certainly be a pleasure to meet the Emperor of the Cosmic Red Lotus Empire!" Vaelor happily nodded and continued...
"As for my title, that is because I really am broke. Otherwise, why would I have come to sell you my goods?"

There are just two points that need to be clarified.
The Star Wings Empire was previously mentioned by me as an Immortal Empire, and that was a mistake on my part because I did not go back to the glossary. The correct name is:
The Celestial Star Wings Empire.
As for Thayron Lagnarana, I previously mentioned that he was an Immortal King — the Hell Star Immortal King. This was also a mistake, and I will go back and correct it in the previous Chapters.
The correct title is — the Hell Star Sultan.
The difference will be explained in the future.
