Chapter 758: Individual Rankings And Rewards

Chapter 758: Individual Rankings And Rewards

"WOOOOOAAAHHHHHH!!!"

People immediately started cheering the moment Leo and the other surviving members were teleported back into the stadium.

But before they appeared, they had already been treated for injuries and exhaustion with high-grade potions and spells.

Meaning Lily was no longer on the verge of collapse. Instead, she was standing proudly beside Leo. And it wasn’t just them. All 25 members of the academy stood around so everyone could get a look at them.

"Our heroes!"

"YEAHHHH!"

"Aurelius! Aurelius! Aurelius!"

"Pride of the humans!"

"Leo! Leo! Leo!"

"Lily! Lily!"

The cheers were mixed between the academy, Leo, Lily, and the others, but all in all, everything was directed toward them.

And humans were obviously the loudest.

The students did the formality of waving back at the audience, which only intensified the reaction.

"These ladies and gentlemen are the champions of the 1st Three Empire Interacademy Competition!"

The host continued.

"Now! For the next 5 years, Aurelius Beast Academy will be the undisputed 1st-ranked academy across the three Empires, and its name will go down in history!"

And with that, the next people who appeared right opposite the Aurelius students were the Sunborn Students.

"Then we have our 2nd-ranked academy, which was no less valiant!"

This time, the dragons cheered loudly.

Though many praises were for the academy and others, most were for Azrakar due to his display of Divine Astra from their god.

As for the students themselves, they had a bitter taste in their mouths after having lost to humans.

Especially Vulcarion, Vorthak, and even more so Azrakar. He still couldn’t wrap his head around what had happened.

How could a person at his strength level survive that Divine Astra?

There is only one possibility that I can think of... It’s that he is way stronger than me and hasn’t had much training to use that strength, which brought him to my level. But... that shouldn’t be possible... right? Azrakar was still trying to find answers.

He could never believe someone with this much strength could go his whole life without training.

But little did he know, it was exactly the case.

Next was the individual rankings board.

Apart from academy rankings, the authorities had even ranked the top 10 strongest individuals across all academies based on data they gathered during the competition, their fighting performance, and their overall presence.

It was as follows.

1] Leo - [Aurelius Beast Academy]

2] Azrakar Sunborn - [Sunborn Royal Academy]

3] Lily - [Aurelius Beast Academy]

4] Darren - [Velerath Grand Academy]

5] Vorthak Sunborn - [Sunborn Royal Academy]

6] Vulcarion - [Sunborn Royal Academy]

7] Zyrak - [Azirith Grand Academy]

8] Aerielle - [Elarion Royal Academy]

9] Evelyn - [Valencrest Royal Academy]

10] Igniroth - [Sunborn Grand Academy]

With that, the rewards ceremony began.

It turned out that the other academy students had already received their rewards during the 2-day rest period that Sunborn and Aurelius students had gotten after defeating the Behemoth. Meaning, only they were left out.

The first kind of rewards was obviously the ones that could be revealed to the general public and didn’t pose any confidentiality threat that would expose their prospective newfound abilities.

"Every ranker of Aurelius Beast Academy gets 1000 Platinum Coins, and rankers of Sunborn Royal Academy get 500 Platinum Coins!"

The host announced, making all the students suck in a breath. 1000 Platinum Coins were 250 Million AC!

The dragons immediately got a bit jealous that Aurelius got 500 more.

Though it wasn’t said, these coins could be converted into their academy’s credits.

"The non-rankers are uniformly given 100 and 50 Platinum Coins, respectively."

At the same moment, large silver chests suddenly appeared in front of the respective students and set themselves on the ground.

"Then we have Champion Medal, Interacademy Champion Badge, and Official Certificate recognisable throughout the 3 Empires, granting them priority access to any facility—exclusively for the rankers of Aurelius Beast Academy!"

Unfortunately, the Sunborn students didn’t receive one.

Everything naturally appeared on their dresses. The badge was pinned proudly over their chests, the medal hung from their necks, and a certificate ceremoniously appeared on top of the money chest.

"Next, Nobility Status!"

"From here on, the rankers of the academy are granted the noble rank of Viscount, and non-rankers the noble rank of Baron! While the top 10 on the individual ranking board are granted the rank of Count!"

Once again, floating round badges appeared in front of the students. Instead of being worn, they gently placed themselves above the certificate.

The Baron ones were black-silver, the Viscount ones were silver, and the Count ones were gold.

Though there were only 6 recipients in the stadium. The badges for Darren, Zyrak, Aerielle, and Evelyn seemed to have been given beforehand.

This was an individual status separate from inherited family status. Meaning that if, for any reason, the family’s nobility status was revoked tomorrow, theirs would remain separate. This even gave them rights to start their own noble line separate from the family if they wished.

"Then, everybody gets a Free Teleportation Pass throughout the unrestricted zones of the 3 Empires!"

For this, a rectangular card with intricate runes was presented.

"Next, we have Equipment Vouchers—1 High Purple(4) tier for all non-rankers, 3 Peak Purple(4) Tier for all rankers of both academies. And separately, 3 Mid Yellow(5) Tier for students ranking 5 to 10 individually, and 3 Peak Yellow(5) Tier for the top 5 individual rankers! Students can take these vouchers anytime to their academy authorities and demand their choice of equipment!"

The students noted that it was equipment, meaning it wasn’t restricted only to weapons.

"Now we have the most coveted treasures for any beings, regardless of whether they are intelligent or not! Even the strongest of strong beasts get feral over these. And you guessed correctly; they are none other than Soul enhancement essence extracted from high-grade natural treasures!!"

The host finished, and the stadium cheered loudly.

"10 Peak Purple(4) tier soul essence for each ranker of Aurelius Beast Academy and 4 Mid Purple(4) tier treasures for non-rankers!"

"For reference, just consuming two Peak Purple Soul essence can increase one lowest category of common soul to Uncommon and consuming all 10 could even push somebody to the brink of Rare soul!"

Hearing that, everybody’s muscles tensed; even Azrakar’s eyes went wide. This time, the jealousy was even more palpable than the monetary reward because they received exactly half the rewards.

But Leo wasn’t that excited; he had something far better.

"And finally, Cultivation Resource Voucher valid for 5 years! Everybody can use this to get an unlimited supply of resources needed to cultivate and gain strength!"

All students nodded in satisfaction. Somehow, even this felt satisfactory, and the private rewards still remained.

But before the students received their private rewards, the authorities announced the rewards the winning academy would get.

For this, the students’ rewards were automatically stored in a spatial ring and given to them as they were teleported away to the private location for reward distribution.

Then the host began announcing the rewards for Aurelius Beast Academy.

"For the opening—we have 100 Million Platinum Coins!!!"

The host’s voice echoed through the 3 Empires, making everybody’s breath stop.

Even Leo needed a second to figure out how much that was in AC.

25,000,000... 000,000... Finally over... But, 25 Trillion AC!!

Leo exclaimed internally with wide eyes.
