When she mentioned "shameless women," her gaze drifted pointedly toward Clara Grant.

Miles Quinn frowned and looked at Chloe Grant, completely baffled. "Chloe, from the way you’re talking, it sounds like you’re desperate to prove that Clara seduced me. Why are you in such a hurry? Was this recording your doing?"

"I..." Chloe Grant was caught off guard, a flicker of guilt in her eyes. "I didn’t say anything like that. I was just defending you, wasn’t I?"

"Enough!" Theodore Quinn, who had been silent all this time, suddenly spoke, his voice full of authority.

That is my failing. I owe you all a proper celebration, and I will be sure to make it up to you in the future."

After he finished, he looked to Seth Quinn. "Seth, see our guests out for me."
