166 The Little Prince Charming
Day Eighteen…

Richard told them to sit down first and discuss what happened to Abigail. As they talked, Richard went to the kitchen to ask the cook to prepare food for them.
Richard let the two women talk to Abigail alone as he didn’t want them to feel uncomfortable in his presence.
Meanwhile, in the living room, Santra and Ana started interrogating Abigail.
“Abi, what happened? Why did you jump from the 13th floor of Centerville Hotel?” Ana asked her with a serious expression on her face. “Was it because of Dave? Did he cheat on you?”
Abigail frowned. Another guy was mentioned but she couldn’t remember him. She had a bad feeling about this guy. What if he might be the reason her plan to get closer to Nathan would be ruined?
‘I just wished he cheated on the real Abigail. At least, I will not feel guilty if ever I will break my connection with him,’ Abigail thought to herself.
“Honestly, I don’t remember what happened. I can’t remember Dave as well. Who is he? My lover?” Abigail could only feign ignorance. She would always use her memory loss as a good excuse.
“OMG, you don’t even remember Dave?” Santra gasped in surprise.
“We don’t know the real score between you and Dave. But one thing is for sure… he is a special guy in your life,” Ana answered her truthfully. “And you love him,” she added, looking straight into her eyes.
Santra just bobbed her head in support of Ana’s words.
Abigail had no reaction. She didn’t know what she should feel about him. Even if the real Abigail loved that guy, she didn’t have any feelings for him so she couldn’t pretend that she was still in love with him.
‘Can I tell them that my feelings for him also disappeared when I lost my memory?’ Abigail mused to herself, darting her gaze back and forth between her manager and her personal assistant.
“After that incident, we haven’t heard any news about Dave. We don’t know if he knew what happened to you or not.” Ana couldn’t hide her displeasure. She hated Dave for not showing up when Abigail got admitted to the hospital. She thought Dave didn’t care about Abigail anymore.
Abigail could only nod her head. This was also the reason she included Dave as one of the suspects. What if he was the guy who pushed her from the balcony of the 13th floor? Too bad, she was not able to see his face.
“It’s fine. I think this is the best for us. I don’t want him to get involved with me. Besides, I couldn’t remember him,” Abigail said nonchalantly.
“But anyway… who took you from the hospital? You suddenly disappeared without a trace!” Ana said exasperatedly. This was another mystery they needed to solve.
As Abigail heard her question, she sighed deeply. She had to come up with another story regarding this. She couldn’t tell them that she left the hospital on her own.
“A loyal fan… who is capable of treating me. I can’t disclose his identity,” Abigail replied meekly.
“I knew it! An obsessed fan might have done it!” Santra blurted out, snapping her fingers.
Abigail just smiled sheepishly. Then Nathan’s face flashed in her mind. She referred to him as a loyal fan. But it was quite the opposite.
‘Damn! I have to convince the devil to pretend to be my loyal fan.’ Abigail was already thinking of a plan on how to make her story believable. She needed Nathan’s cooperation.
“Ladies, let’s have some snacks first,” Richard returned to the living room, holding a tray of snacks. He was the CEO but he was the one serving them as if they were an important visitor.
“CEO, you should have called me. You don’t have to do this.” Santra immediately took the tray from Richard’s hand.
“It’s nothing. I don’t mind it all. Besides, I believe that our next superstar will be born… and will reign in the whole entertainment industry soon!” Richard said meaningfully as he glanced at Abigail.
Ana and Santra just giggled at his confidence. He truly believed that Abigail would become the next superstar!
On the other hand, Abigail just played along with them. Being a superstar was not her goal. She would regain her body back after 100 Days once she succeeded in her mission. Whether Abigail Scarlett would be a superstar by that time or not, was not her concern anymore.
The four of them began eating their snacks. Ana already mentioned their plan for Abigail’s comeback. Her fans and the media didn’t have any ideas that Abigail Scarlett was alive and kicking! She looked even healthier than before.
“Let’s keep this a secret first. I think it will be best if she will suddenly appear in the Star Gala. It will be a grand entrance!” Richard suggested to them. “Let Abigail take a good rest first. Who knows she is not yet one hundred percent recovered.”
“You are right, sir. You have a point!” Abigail’s manager agreed to his proposition.
Santra turned to Abigail and asked her, “Miss Abi, are you going to stay here with us starting today?” She was looking at her expectantly. She missed her so much.
Abigail was about to reply when a guard suddenly interrupted them. There was a worried look on his face as he told them, “Sir, there are lots of people outside!”
Richard furrowed his brow when he heard that. “Reporters?! Did they find out already that Abigail came back?”
“Summoned all our security to stay on guard in front of the gate!” Richard added, giving him a command. Currently, he has five security guards assigned in his flat to secure Ana and Santra’s safety, keeping them away from the reporters.
The guard shook his head in panic. “Sir, we are outnumbered. The men outside are not reporters. There are twenty-five men in black who look like professional soldiers lining up in front of our gate! They are asking for Miss Abigail Scarlett. They said they came here to pick her up.”
“Cough! Cough!” Abigail choked on her drinks when she heard that. ‘What did he say? Twenty-five men in uniform searching for me?’
Richard, Ana, and Santra looked at her with a puzzled look on their faces.
“Do you know them?” Richard asked her curiously.
Abigail remained quiet, still trying to figure out who sent those men. After a while, her eyes went round as the realization struck her.
‘Hey, No way?! Don’t tell me… they are Nathan’s men?!!’
Abigail immediately proceeded to the entrance door to take a peek at the people outside. Richard, Ana, and Santra also stood up, following her from behind.
‘Oh my God!’ Abigail’s jaw dropped as soon as she saw the men in uniform outside. She recognized some of them.
‘Fuck! What are they doing here? Are they making a scene?! For real? Sending twenty-five armed men just to fetch me?! Is Nathan crazy?!’ Abigail facepalmed at that thought.
Abigail was still standing at the entrance door with her baffled expression when someone stepped out of the car. A young charming boy holding a teddy bear and a bouquet of roses came into their view.
‘Ethan?’
