"You are laughing?" Shang Xixi glared at him.
Noticing that she was getting angry, he held back his laugh and shook his head. "I'm not laughing anymore."
He walked over and held her hands. "Xixi, no matter how you look, or how bad your smell is, I will still like you."
To prove his words, he bent down and kissed her. Living abroad for more than a year had made him more open-minded. They had known each other since junior high and officially became a couple in their second year of high school.

Shang Xixi felt guilty for stopping him midway, but when she heard this, she couldn't help but laugh. She hugged him and said, "I need to go to the bathroom."
Wen Hanyu went silent for a moment before he let her go and asked, "Do you feel unwell anywhere?"

After Shang Xixi went to the bathroom to clean up, Wen Hanyu took out a portable stove, a kettle, and a bottle of water. He boiled some water and made a cup of brown sugar ginger water.
Not long after the ginger water was ready, his girlfriend came out of the bathroom. This time, she had changed into clothes found in the wardrobe, a set of winter sportswear. With thermal clothes under the sportswear, she was warm.
Seeing her look fresh, Wen Hanyu raised his eyebrows and asked, "Xixi, didn't you say that you want to save water? Why change your mind?"
"I tried the faucet and saw that there was still water. It was clean and had no smell, so I just took a simple bath."
"You should tell me if you want to take a bath. I can boil hot water for you. Taking a cold bath during your period will make you feel more pain later."
"I'm not as fragile as you think," Shang Xixi chuckled.
Wen Hanyu was helpless when facing his girlfriend. He let out a sigh and said, "I made some brown sugar ginger water for you. Drink it first."
Shang Xixi accepted the cup and gave him a kiss. "Thank you, boyfriend."
Wen Hanyu smiled and said, "I will go take a bath."
"There is another set of winter sportswear. Just wear that, it's warm."

After he finished with his bath, Wen Hanyu cooked a simple dinner for both of them. Only after filling their stomach did they go to sleep. With a soft bed, they sleep better than before.
At 4 o'clock the next morning, a group of people rushed toward the northern border area. When the sun rose on the eastern horizon, the snowfall finally stopped, and the group stood on the rooftop of a hypermart.
Looking at the surroundings covered in vast white expanses, Yuan Ruiyue turned to Du Beiye and asked, "How is it?"
Glancing at her map, Du Beiye said, "There are no zombies and no mutant beasts in this area, but there are people hiding inside the building. Our target might be one of them."
Hearing this, Yuan Ruiyue thought for a moment and asked, "Do you still have free space in your space?"
Du Beiye nodded and replied, "The space should be enough to collect the supplies in this area."
