Chapter 1785: Toward The Fourth Ground Floor

"Xiajie, she—"

Mo Cangyue hadn’t finished answering Yuan Xuan when they suddenly heard Zhang Fei shout a warning.

"Everybody moves further away!"

Before any of the demons could move, they saw Zhang Fei raise his right hand. The Primordial Flame slowly spread throughout the area, and the heat on the second ground floor instantly skyrocketed.

Mo Luoxie and Yuan Xuan were shocked by Zhang Fei’s action, and their feet were rooted to the spot. "What is he actually planning? What kind of flame is that?"

Mo Cangyue reacted quickly by pulling the two of them away to the edge of the floor, warning them at the same time. "Activate your shields now."

Qi Qingxiu, Ye Mingran, Dong Xuanyin, and Nalan Shizhe followed all the demons present on that floor by flying to the edge before activating their barriers. They did not expect that Zhang Fei became impatient and used the Primordial Flame all of a sudden.

In the air, Zhang Fei looked up and used more of his fire qi and spread the flame further. Huo Ling emerged from his body, and the Primordial Flame instantly became much stronger and hotter. "Haha! Why are you suddenly showing off, husband? Are you doing this to lure the other demon gods to you?"

"Do you really think I would do that?"

"Well? Your actions are sometimes unpredictable, husband."

"Haha," Zhang Fei softly laughed, spread his senses, and locked all the mindless demons on the floor. He counted the number of those mindless demons in his mind. "Let’s kill them a few times, Ling’er."

"Alright." Huo Ling’s body turned into flame; she hugged Zhang Fei from behind. "Let’s do it, husband."

"Okay!" After the Primordial Flame enveloped the sky of the second ground floor, Zhang Fei waved his right hand down, followed by countless flame spears corresponding to the number of those mindless demons descending from the sky.

All the demons present on the second ground floor closed their eyes because Zhang Fei’s action made the area extremely bright, and sweat drenched their bodies because the Primordial Flame was scorching hot.

In a matter of seconds, the roars of those mindless demons echoed across the second ground floor, but it didn’t last long because they died too quickly.

After he sucked all the demon items on the floor and those mindless demons respawned, Zhang Fei immediately attacked them again. For several minutes, the roars of those mindless demons echoed on the floor, shocking all the demons present there.

At first, Mo Luoxie still doubted Zhang Fei’s abilities because he hadn’t seen him in action, but his doubts had disappeared from his mind now. "Xuan, I admit defeat to him."

"I know." Yuan Xuan grabbed Mo Luoxie’s hand, interlocking their fingers. "No wonder Uncle Mo wants you to build a good relationship with Zhang Fei, Luoxie. He is really a monster, and his strength is beyond his cultivation level."

"Haha," Huo Ling laughed, looking at them. "After today, your name will be famous in the Myriad Abyss Domain, husband. All the demon gods in this domain will surely hear of your name, and many of them will surely seek you out, either to befriend you or to kill you."

Zhang Fei nodded slightly. "If they come to befriend me, I will welcome them with open arms. If they come to kill me, I will kill them by torturing them slowly, like Yan Tianling."

"Husband!" Zhang Fei turned to Qi Qingxiu and the other three. "Do you really intend to lure those demon gods?"

"Everything has already happened, so you don’t need to ask that again, Qingxiu." Ye Mingran said.

Nalan Shizhe nodded in agreement. "Those demon gods will eventually come to you, so you have to be prepared to face them, son."

"Xuan and I have no problem with that." Mo Luoxie replied with a smile.

"Good!" Zhang Fei looked at Mo Cangyue again. "I can look for the Infernal Blood Core and the Demon Essence Drop on the fourth floor, right?"

"You can look for the Demon Essence Drop on the third floor, but very few mindless demons drop that item." Zhang Fei fell into thought after hearing Mo Cangyue’s suggestion. "I think we should look for the Infernal Blood Core on the fourth ground floor first, and we’ll return to the third floor after we hunt the Abyssal Demon Heart and the Demon Ritual Sigil on the fifth ground floor."
