Young Master Gu, Please Be Gentle

Chapter 983

Chapter 983: I’ve Been Eyeing You for so Long

A red mark appeared on An’an’s right cheek after receiving a slap from Delia.

But she had no expression on even when her face was stinging from the slap. Lifting her eyes, she gave Delia an impassive glance. “You’re getting desperate?”

“You!”

Delia almost vomited blood, he had underestimated this An’an.

He hadn’t expected himself to land in such a plight because of a woman. His stamp had been leaked and his nest raided, now he had no way of getting out of such a plight. He could very possibly be caught at such a rate.

“An’an, don’t be too pleased, you’re still in my hands now. Aren’t you afraid?”

An underling scurried over. “Master Delia, we’ve been discovered, someone has caught up.”

It was Lu Yan.

An’an looked far away, the corners of her lips kicked up as she heard the approaching footsteps.

They were so steady and powerful.

She wasn’t afraid.

She wasn’t afraid at all.

That’s because she knew that he was on the way. He had said it, he might be late, but he would never be absent.

She was waiting for him.

Delia sneered. “What good timing. I was just waiting for Blood Eagle to come.”

Delia then pinched An’an’s face forcefully, revealing an evil grin. “Let’s see, once Blood Eagle pushes open the door and sees you underneath me, will he be devastated?”

“What are you trying to do?” An’an asked.

“Enjoy you! An’an, I’ve been eyeing you for so long!”

“Scram!

“Do you know what kind of people are the most powerful on earth? Those who give up on love. Blood Eagle could have become the most powerful warrior, but what a shame, he has a fatal weakness now, and that’s you. How am I going to ruin him? I’m certainly going to use you to hurt him. I’m going to make life so difficult for him, he’s going to scramble and yearn for death.”

An’an’s face turned as white as a sheet of paper. She knew Lu Yan’s weaknesses even better than Delia.

Little Yan had witnessed his mother being pinned underneath another man when he was young. That had become his life’s biggest nightmare.

Now, if she were to be assaulted by Delia, Lu Yan would totally be ruined.

Underneath Lu Yan’s strong armor was a gentle heart. He had given this gentleness to only her after his parents had passed away.

She had become his only tender spot.

An’an was brought into a room by Delia. There was a huge monitor in the room and Delia picked up the remote control, switching the monitor on.

It was a chamber with mirrors all around it. A group of Japanese samurai stood in the room, holding huge knives in their hands while they were bowing respectfully at someone.

Boom! The chamber’s door was kicked open, the cold wind from outside gushed in. An imposing figure appeared.

Lu Yan burst in.

He stood under the lights, his black boots making loud sounds as he walked.

“Delia, what are you trying to do?” An’an’s heart thumped as she glared at Delia.

Delia had a sip of the red wine in his hand. “These are Japanese samurais I hired using a great sum of money. They are specialized in using blades. Isn’t Blood Eagle really formidable? Let us see how he’s going to win with just his bare hands.”

This lunatic!

No matter how agile Lu Yan was, how could he win when he was about to fight 10, 20, or possibly 30 people by himself? They even had knives in their hands. Blood Eagle or not, he was also human. How could he possibly win?
