Duke looked at the attribute panel that appeared on the Skill Tree, with each attribute having some enhancement.

However, the enhancement in the level of mastery over rules does not bring a direct increase in Spiritual Power.

And Spiritual Power affects the ability to control rules.

For instance, when Duke uses the Six-Color Divine Light, the burden on his Spiritual Power is very heavy.

Only by improving Spiritual Power can the duration of using the Six-Color Divine Light be increased.

The higher the Spiritual Power, the smoother it is to use the Six-Color Divine Light.

Duke plans to still primarily use the Four-Color Divine Light along with Metallic Yellow Sand through conventional means; the Six-Color Divine Light is too burdensome to be used lightly.

He estimates that at least until he reaches Tier Three High Stage or even Demigod Level, can he use the Six-Color Divine Light somewhat smoothly.

Regardless, for a Wizard, Spiritual Power always remains fundamental, and Meditation cannot be stopped.

Successfully condensing Divine Status to ascend to Level 4 doesn’t have a clear requirement on Spiritual Power threshold, at this level, Spiritual Power is not a rigid condition but a basic requirement, naturally the higher the better.

According to some accessible data, Duke learned that generally Wizards ascending to Level 4 have Spiritual Power reaching over a thousand.

Below a thousand it is still possible to condense Divine Status, as long as you have the capability.

Duke spent another month, and during this month he only did one thing - delving into the rules of Dark Attribute.

The burden of only utilizing one rule is much smaller, allowing for more proficiency to be accumulated.

Duke entered Dark Form, wielding the power of the Dark Bloodline freely within the Light God Court.

The Blood of the Dark slowly released power deep in the bloodstream, each pulse of the bloodline creating extremely tiny black ripples on the surface of the Shadow Branches, the ripples slowly expanded along the branches’ patterns, and each expansion left a new fine mark at the end of the pattern.

This method of slowly advancing by relying on Bloodline Power is far less efficient than using the Key of Rules, but it wins in stability and continuity, requiring no additional resource investment.

When the proficiency of the ink-black branch on the Skill Tree interface finally surpassed a certain threshold, the entire branch quivered slightly, and the shadow patterns on its surface simultaneously contracted inward by a layer, becoming more solid and profound.

All six rule branches have firmly stabilized at the LV2 level, interwoven into a six-colored flowing rule network in his Spiritual Sea.

Duke exhaled a long breath.

From advancing to Level 3 till now, years of hard work plus the stack of thirty Keys of Rules finally pushed all Sixth Element Rules past the LV2 threshold, solidifying the Level 3 Middle Stage realm completely.

Thinking of this, Duke suddenly had a feeling of "after years of hard work at the office saved a few thousand bucks, with the rich woman contributing a million, finally bought a house".

When he stepped out of the dorm room, the atmosphere of the Central Islands had changed completely from when he closed himself off.

As early as a few months ago, news of the Path of Divine Revelation had been officially announced to the entire Plane through the Wizard Council’s official channels, allowing all Wizard Plane members below Level 4 who meet the criteria to register for selection.

This news dropped like a giant stone into a calm lake, causing ripples that swept through every continent of the Wizard Plane in just a few months.

Walking in Silver Wing Plaza, one can see young Wizards wearing various Magic Robes gathering in groups, discussing the rules, strategies, and rumors about the Path of Divine Revelation everywhere.

The direction of the Teleportation Hall almost lights up with teleportation glow every now and then, as elite Wizards from the West Coast, East Coast, Golden Continent, Scavvy Continent, and even more remote areas continuously arrive at the Central Islands.

The air is thick with a tension and excitement as if a great battle is imminent, with occasional whispers about the Sea Race having also sent people over, residing at the Sixth District’s foreign guest reception area.

Standing by the fountain in Silver Wing Plaza for a moment, Duke was about to look up the latest intelligence regarding Elderlands when suddenly, faint footsteps sound behind him.

Distinct to the movement of several persons simultaneously in water, the steps were extremely light upon landing, with uniform stride and almost no gaps between each movement.

He turned around to see four young Sea Race individuals dressed in formal attire walking towards him.

Leading them was a male Sea Race, with a resemblance to Serafina - same exquisite facial features, matching azure hair, and deep sea-blue aquamarine eyes.

However, his demeanor was entirely different from Serafina, with sharp tensions apparent between brows, the curve of his mouth was more of a scrutinizing look than a smile or greeting.

This person wore a dark blue court robe, embroidered with ancient insignia of the Sea Race Royal Family at the cuffs and collar, with a slender longsword forged from deep-sea crystal hanging at the waist, the gemstone on the hilt gleaming with a cold light under the silver-blue daybreak.

Following him were two female and one male Sea Race members, their aura steadily resting at Level 3 Peak.

One female Sea Race had a tall physique, her deep green hair was tied into a neat ponytail behind her head; the other was relatively petite, with bobbed hair reaching her ears, her ear fins larger than those of the others, clearly adept at rapid underwater maneuvering.

The male Sea Race was burly, standing silently at the back of the group, arms folded across his chest.

The positions of these three seemingly random stand, forming a faint triangular protective formation surrounding the leading male Sea Race in the center.
