Just then, Shawa emerged from the other workshop. After seeing the two people at the dining table, she instinctively glanced toward the workshop belonging to Wei’en. She waited a few seconds, and upon realizing there was no sound, she silently sat down beside Tina.

Miss Zombie nodded stiffly, understanding that the white-haired girl was saying she had undergone some changes.

In reality, after devouring those Undead Creatures, her power had successfully reached the Director level. Every part of her, except for the mechanically modified sections, had been strengthened from the inside out. She was now several times stronger than before.

Zero stopped in his tracks. He brought the Mechanical Puppet back with him and leaned over the drill press. "I get it, Father. I’ll make the parts for a few more puppets."

"Good. As soon as you can. I might be busy with other things for a while, so if you’re too slow, you’ll have to try engraving the runes yourself."

Wei’en looked at their identical mechanical bodies. If it weren’t for the red glow in Zero’s gear-like eyes, he would have trouble telling which one was the Mechanical Life.

"Understood!"

Seeing how serious he was, Zero didn’t dare to fool around anymore. He obediently began manufacturing various components in tandem with the Mechanical Puppet.

When Wei’en saw this, he thought, ’They can do it like that?’

’Compared to the learning ability of a Mechanical Life, is the innate ability to control Mechanical Puppets even more powerful?’
