Chapter 380: Chapter 381: A Forgotten Thing

’My current physical stats have already surpassed the limits of a Level 3 Wizard.’

’But I haven’t reached the level of a Morning Star Body Refining Wizard because I haven’t nurtured my own Power Star yet.’

’Once the Power Star is nurtured from within my body, I’ll be a Morning Star Body Refining Wizard in the truest sense.’

Andre looked at the data displayed on the system, feeling the power contained within his body.

This power was immense, yet it felt incomplete.

The reason was the Power Star. A so-called Power Star is another form of a Morning Star World.

Body Refining Wizards focus all their power on their bodies; they do not place much importance on the cultivation of Witchcraft.

However, this approach created a bottleneck, making it impossible for them to break through.

So, to break through and become Morning Star Wizards, they devised a method: refining their Ladder of Truth into a star.

Once a Body Refining Wizard’s physical body compresses their Ladder of Truth into a star, they become a Morning Star Wizard.

After that, Body Refining Wizards continuously fill their Power Star with matter to increase its mass. Upon reaching a limit, they compress it again, then resume filling it to increase its mass further.

They repeat this process until the Power Star is compressed into a black hole. Only then can Body Refining Wizards bear the Power of Truth.

’This step requires quite a lot of things!’

Andre recalled the books he had read about Body Refining Wizards.

Because of his Bloodline, his physical strength was not weaker than that of other Body Refining Wizards.

In fact, unlike other Body Refining Wizards, he didn’t need to undergo terrifying training regimens to increase his strength.

Things like fighting Giant Dragons with his bare hands or tearing Magical Beasts apart with a single hand—he didn’t need to do any of that.

His Bloodline alone could propel him further and further down the path of a Body Refining Wizard.

But because of this, if he wanted his body to complete its transformation, he would need to expend far more resources and effort than an ordinary person.

Fortunately, he had no shortage of such Potions.

What he lacked was time. This was because his body and Magic Power were advancing in tandem.

After his physical stats surpassed those of a Level 3 Wizard, the changes in his body would drive changes in his Magic Power.

In other words, Andre was truly running out of time.

In an ever-shrinking window of time, he had to read every book in his family’s collection meant for wizards below Level 3, and he had to memorize and master all that knowledge.

Only then could he break through to become a Morning Star Wizard with a Perfect Body.

After that, he could go to the Bottomless Abyss and verify what the Barbaric Universe World had told him.

’The membrane... the membrane of the Star Realm... Could it be that other beings don’t know the Star Realm’s membrane has been damaged?’

Andre was skeptical about this.

After all, his family had brought him back specifically to verify the Chaos Divine Kingdom’s plan.

And this plan was a preparation for the family to leave the Star Realm and venture into the Chaos.

The family had already made preparations. Could it be that the Truth Great Wizards in the family were truly unaware of what was happening in the Star Realm?

If they did know, then a plan like the Chaos Divine Kingdom’s would be absolutely necessary.

’Another point: why was the Star Realm Will previously unwilling to let Chaos Magic Power appear in the Star Realm?’

’It was only after I arrived in this world that the Star Realm Will allowed Chaos Magic Power to manifest within the Star Realm.’

’What’s the hidden story here?’

’Could it be that the Star Realm is so severely damaged that the Star Realm Will can no longer maintain itself while resisting the corrosion of Chaos, as it did before?’

’So, does it need a stable, controllable form of Chaos Magic Power to appear in the Star Realm, and then use this controllable, stable Chaos Magic Power to generate a new membrane?’

As one thought faded from Andre’s mind, a new one emerged.

But this idea only lingered in Andre’s mind for an instant before vanishing.

At his current level, he was not yet qualified to meddle in such high-level affairs. His strength didn’t permit it.

For these matters, he only needed to remember their names. If he delved any deeper, he himself might face an unforeseen accident.

’Now, what else do I need to do?’

Andre blinked, looking at his system panel.

According to the data on the system, he should now burn the accumulated Truth in his system to break through and become a Morning Star.

But he still hadn’t finished reading all the books in his family’s collection, even with so many of his clones constantly poring over them.

But compared to the sheer volume of books the family possessed, even that many clones were just a drop in the ocean.

The books stored in the family collection had 12,000 categories alone.

And note, these 12,000 categories weren’t actual books, but more like Chapter indexes.

Under each category were thousands, even tens of thousands, of books waiting for Andre to read.

And that was just for the books that could be categorized; the number of uncategorized books was even greater.

In other words, the task Andre had undertaken was like carving out a new path.

And right now, Andre had only taken a single, insignificant step on that path.

A long road still stretched out before him.

’Right, it seems I forgot something.’

Thinking about all the books stored in the family collection, Andre couldn’t help but smack himself on the forehead.

He had fused with several hearts from the Multi-Heart Race, but he had never fused with the brains of the Multi-Brain Race or the eyes of the Multi-Eyed Race.

’How could I have completely forgotten about the organs of those two races!’

Andre smacked his forehead a couple of times, feeling a pang of regret.
